Fantastic experience: Hardly a day goes by that I don’t get my workout in at Fitlab. The entire team puts their heart and energy into their clients’ health and well-being. It’s clear not just in how they work with me, but in how they interact with everyone who walks through the doors. Their passion for helping, healing, and guiding people through physical transformation is obvious. Fitlab is time and money well spent for anyone looking to live a fitter, healthier, and more fulfilling life.

Fantastic experience: An update to my review of 2 years ago. Joining the Fit Lab has, by far, been the best decision of my life. I am a senior citizen who wanted to be healthier and stronger. I look forward to working out, and feel so much better when I leave. Everyone at both the Lab and the Clinic, are very knowledgeable, and caring. My journey began pre covid with Chiropractic care with Dr. Brandon, which I continue weekly. I then joined the Fit Lab with Drs. Chantea and Jim Goetz. It is work, but they teach you more than how to build muscle, strength and flexibility, but change the "I can't" out of your vocabulary to " I can". You are encouraged to do your best, no negativity if you have a bad day. I have met people there who have become like family to me. We all support each other in and out of the lab. You feel like a part of something, something that is good for you physically and mentally. Their Nutrition program is top notch, I am in better health and shape than I have been in years. I would highly recommend that you call now, or stop in and see what it is all about. They offer other services as well, and have what is best for you in mind always. I can almost guarantee you will become one with us.

Fantastic experience: Very welcoming, gives you a breakdown on what areas of your body need help with the full body scan and it's more comprehensive than any doctors office I've been too. We all have flaws and parts we want slimmer, stronger. This place helps you achieve that with targeted technology and equipment geared toward your specific needs. Highly recommend.

Scam Reply to your comment. You never offered anything for me to refuse. Don't lie. I never showed up to last appointment because I started my complaint with Groupon. How can a person know if it works if you don't do a scan before and after. After two sessions, You never put me back in vibration pad. You shuffled me out the door.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to the FIT lab for a month now for nutrition guidance. The care and effort they put into each persons plan is exceptional. I am not quite an athlete but I am active. I know right from wrong with my food choices. But getting a food sensitivity test has revealed so much to me. Foods that I thought were good choices were not for me. Cutting out these foods I was sensitive to has delivered immediate results. I feel great! The continued support from coaching keeps me accountable and they offer suggestions to use in my diet. Highly recommend for nutrition and exercise!

Fantastic experience: The team at Functionised has literally saved my life. The whole team is fantastic. They really took the time to get to know me, what I wanted to achieve, and the timeframe I had in mind. In October 2023, we started with a full body scan as a baseline. They were able to tell all sorts of things about me, such as my body shape rating, posture, weight, muscle/fat composition, key measurements, etc. They customized an exercise program for me consisting of strength training, cardio, and recovery. I'll admit that I was just going through the motions at first and Dr. Chantea knew it - but she was pleasantly patient with me (pushing just enough). In January, something clicked (and she knew it would) - I wanted to be better! Stronger, faster, leaner, and just plain feel better. So, we increased from two to three days a week, and the workouts got harder as I started to push myself more each day. Then we added in a food sensitivity test and they helped modify my diet to eliminate foods and adult beverages that my body didn't like. Holy cow! I was poisoning myself for decades! For me, this wasn't just about weight loss, it was about a transformation! I'm not going to say that it's been easy, but I'm on my way. Together, we hit my first major milestone goal of losing 35 pounds in 5 months (from 220 down to 185 lbs.)! The new goal is 185 lbs. by Labor Day 2024 and then 165 lbs. by Christmas. Oh, and I didn't even mention the amazing chiropractic care that I receive on a weekly basis! Thank you, Functionised, for not just keeping me "above the grass" but making me feel 20 years younger!

Fantastic experience: I've been a member of FIT Lab for about 9 months. During lockdown my routine of working out 4 days a week was put on hold and I had been struggling to get back to a routine. I now am going here 3 days a week faithfully and I love it! The equipment they have on-site is like nothing I've used before and I am constantly improving my performance. Dr. Chantea and Dr. Jim are kind, down to earth, welcoming and extremely knowledgeable about fitness and overall health. They also have an on-site chiropractor, Dr. Brandon who is just as knowledgeable and kind, and his clients are always raving about him. I'm so glad I found this place and humans! x

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to Functionised for a little over 2 months, and with the help of Coaches Chantea, Jim, and most recently Dr. Mike, I am becoming Accountable. I am becoming stronger, getting over the fear of my own thoughts, and embracing the new me. With the guidance of these three, I am becoming who I know I can be. PRESENT in my kids life, Accountable in my actions, and Responsible for my choices. No pity parties here, they are incredible listeners and enjoy hearing my stories, all while assisting me in my goals. I have Reumatoid Arthritis, and was scared of injuries in a gym, and was great at making excuses. Using the ARX, Vibe plate, and now Car.o.l, I am becoming stronger, gaining more energy, and enjoying the time with my crazy littles! I am also putting negative thoughts out, and accepting who I am! Fantastic experience: Dr. Chantea has made a massive impact on not only my life but on the people around me. She did this by teaching me copping skills to handle day to day stresses. Dr Chantea taught me to make sure I have happy and healthy attitude towards life so that way I can thrive in any environment. She was a wonderful teacher and coach, she was patient and kind. She listened to whatever I needed to talk about and I never felt rushed when meeting with her. Negative experience: UPDATE FOLLOWING BUSINESS RESPONSE : after several back and forth emails with groupon, I was able to get "groupon bucks" but not a refund. I called to make an appointment for a 60 minute massage for a groupon I had purchased. They told me they no longer offer any massage therapy services. I asked how they refund me and they told me they cannot. I would have to contact groupon. Contacting groupon is a pain. This is especially annoying since the groupon would not have expired until 3/24/23. They are currently running other groupons. Save your money and a headache and do not purchase the groupon!

Negative experience: Purchased a certificate through Groupon for a 60 minute massage. They would not take it and said they no longer perform this service, which is not correct. They just want you to pay full price. It’s a terrible way to do business! Very disappointed!

Negative experience: I began loving the personal attention at FITLB. Unfortunately due to a back injury and Covid related family problems I had to stop going to the Fit Lab. They now want $3,000 from me and have been harassing me and my family of 5 for months. I paid over $1600 to them while working out there from June to October and they want payment for the time my family was quarantined with COVID and subsequent months. It is sad that this "family run" business would want to take money from a TEACHER and mother of three. DO NOT GO HERE! They are only after your money and do not care about you as a person.

Fantastic experience: At my initial consultation, I felt compelled to join. Jim is a warm, caring, and informed individual that made me feel like a family member right from the beginning. It's almost 2months now I've been a member and I can say for sure the F.I.T. lab was and is a huge part of my life. I work hard there, they push me to my limits, and I'm excited to continue this journey. Thanks to Functionised for everything! Best of wishes to the team. Fantastic experience: I’ve been to Dr. Mike for 4 weekly chiropractic appointments now and he has been able to completely relive pain that my former chiropractor couldn’t, was stumped by, and wrote off as not something he could help with for the past 5 months. I have been SO impressed by the time and attention he pays, as well as how holistic and thorough his treatments are. He is NOT your typical ‘same thing every time no matter what your complaint is’ kind of doctor by any means at all. Whether the pain is in my back, my hip, my neck, my arm, or headaches, Dr. Mike definitely sets out to solve the problem and get you back to living life without pain or discomfort and I am so glad I decided to make the switch! Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Brandon was highly recommended to me 2 1/2years ago by the Mad Scientist Jim Goetz when I was in a dire need of a chiropractic adjustment. Ever since my last chiropractor retired, I was unsuccessful at finding a chiropractor whom I can trust to align and adjust my body so that I don't have to live with unbearable neck pain and back pain (only to mention 2). For the past 2.5 years, I have been depending on Dr. Brandon to fix my body up whenever it is out of alignment, whether it is from stress, lifting, sleeping wrong, or just breathing. Thank you so very much!! You guys are my life-saver!

Fantastic experience: On May 24, 2018 I was in a car accident that left me with a severe concussion, I don't remember almost 3 whole weeks after the accident. I'm going to put the story of everything that happened below because what I want is for you to read this and know F.I.T. is AMAZING! I was having massive headaches and was seeing a concussion specialist as well as a PT for the headaches, they weren't working, I was ready to try anything. Jim Goetz saw me in pain at the gym one day and realized I couldn't even work out, he then introduced me to Dr. Mike Brandon! I can't say enough, truly. He listened to me and really took his time figuring out why I was having the pain. Yes, I was in an accident, but where was the pain, why was it still happening and what could be done to stop it from happening. Dr. Mike spent a lot of time w me that first day and I left there WITH NO HEAD PAIN!!! When I got home my family all said they could see a HUGE difference in my face, I wasn't squinting, my face looked relaxed and I seemed much happier, my usual self. I had sessions, about 1x/week with Dr. Mike for about a year, and I am truly astonished in that every time I saw him, I would walk out feeling awesome. I then started going about every other week, then once a month and now see him when I feel "off". Below I explain that during this time I was also having severe breathing problems and my second visit to Dr. Mike he felt 2 ribs in the front that were out (I could feel them, but didn't realize what they were) and one in the back. Now, to be honest, it was not balloons and unicorns when Dr. Mike fixed these ribs, but within a day or so I noticed my breathing was slightly better. During session 3, Dr. Mike noticed an extremely sore spot at the base of my skull, to the left, that was causing me a lot of pain. Dr. Mike explained that this was where the impact most likely was and that this swelling was causing a blockage that was leading to my headaches. He worked on that spot and I went the whole week with only one small headache! Now I will continue on to what happened after the accident: I was sent to a concussion specialist (he's great and has been helping me) who sent me out for therapy - vestibular (balance) and vision. The headaches were debilitating, and the therapy would only help for a day or so. A few weeks later I went to the doctor because I was coughing and having some breathing problems, after x-rays were taken I was diagnosed with and treated for Pneumonia. I was put on antibiotics and steroids. From June to October I was on antibiotics and steroids consistently. Another x-ray showed my lungs were not changing and the doctors decided I needed a CT Scan. Low and behold I have Atelectasis (2/3 of my left lung had basically "popped") and it could heal partially, and yes, it was due to the accident. At this time I was finished PT, and the headaches returned with a vengeance! I attempted to go to the gym with my daughter one morning, but I hurt so bad I ended up sitting in an office with the lights out, sunglasses and a baseball hat on. The training manager was Jim Goetz, and he is a partner at F.I.T. He set me up with Dr. Mike Brandon. WOW! I can't say enough! Because of the Atelectasis, I was sent to a pulmonologist who put me on yet ANOTHER round of antibiotics and steroids. Dr. Mike, from the onset, told me he didn't want to see me everyday or 3 days a week; he wanted to see me when I NEEDED him to. Again, I'd been going once a week and it was magnificent. I wasn't sure how I felt upon my initial visit. Would this really help, would it be a band-aid, would they just try to take my money, would it help. I don't know about other Chiropractic offices, but these guys really know their stuff! I drive 45 minutes to their office and will happily continue to do so. One last thing, their podcasts, listen to them. I've been listening to them when I drive to the office. They are fun, engaging and extremely informative. I've learned quite a few tricks from their podcasts, one being some tricks on not getting concussion headaches!

Fantastic experience: I originally started with Dr. Mike for his excellent chiropractor skills. I then went on to do and use the Fitlab part of their business. Between Dr. Mike's diet and exercise program, I have successfully lost and kept off 27 lbs. Just do as he says, it works!!! Chantae and Dr. Mike are also an incredible guiding force. They all have so much knowledge to share. They do keep it interesting and fun!

They have invested in state of the art technology and have the knowledge to guide you to becoming you best self. They believe in a total body approach which includes body scans, nutrition, and ARX resistance technology. I am totally impressed with the new facility they are building out to improve how the service their clients. They offer free consultations and if nothing else, you’ll learn a ton about yourself and your body!

Fantastic experience: This facility and the Doctors have been a savior for me and my battle with fibromyalgia, chronic muscle spasms, and regularly occurring knots throughout my body. The staff makes you feel at home, practice holistic wellness (love this) are EXTREMELY talented and knowledgeable. Fantastic experience: Becoming a patient of FIT was truly a great and impactful decision. I saw Dr. Mike for about 3 months for discomfort and pain I had; he was extremely accommodating and open to seeing me up to 3 times a week at some points. Dr. Mike thoroughly explained his strategies, showed me pictures, and clarified all questions and concerns honestly. The atmosphere is friendly and comfortable. 5/5 recommend!
