Negative experience: This is worst Healthcare facility ever. Had an issue after my pcp left and they switched my child to a different pcp and we didn't see eye to eye and instead of switching to a another pcp they let us go. Not professional and don't have an ounce of compassion. Stay away trust me!!

Negative experience: I was very disappointed with the care from my two appointments with Kimberly Russell. She treated me like a fool and asked why I wanted blood work ordered. She told me I didn't need to know what my vitamin or hormone levels were. She said "it doesn't matter". She would only order two of the blood work that I requested. Unfortunately, Russell is like the majority of healthcare providers. Just there to give you something once an issue arrises. I'm looking for a provider who is interested in keeping their patients healthy not just great them once they're ill. It was a very demeaning & frustrating experience.

Negative experience: Absolutely disgrace! Been going here for years seeing K. Russell and N. McCall for myself and my son. McCall and left and was assigned to Anna Pilzer. Was verbally abusive and bullied me. She began her examination with my minor son without me in the room because I was the restroom. Waiting for her. She entered the room and began her examination of my son. She was rude and decide to question my beliefs on my medical rights. Making rude comments and telling me "her policy and beliefs". She had me in tears and upset. I requested a manger and administrator secretary pretended to be a manager. BUT Understood why I was upset and began to comfort and apologized for Anna's behavior. Gave me tissues. Offered and Provided a new pcp fir my son right away. Who was amazing! I advised she was a better fit for us. The next week were given a letter that were no longer able to be patients at there facility because Anna Pilzer felt unsafe. And my beliefs go against there policy. Even though we've been patients since of them since 2018. Anna provided many lies and requested we no longer be patients at they're facility. Put notes on my son's medical records that I was irritate and verbal abusive. When I was the one in tears and felt unsafe and had no support as single parent and alone. She had an entire staff present. Who were all Comforting me. Once Anna spoke to real manager she told a different story. I spoke with Deb the manager told her My side of the story, she actually believed me and said that no one actually said I swore I was verbally abusive, but because anna felt unsafe. They've already made a decision, but after talking to me, she said she was going to talk to the team and see if they can overturn the decision. I waited two weeks for a decision, as this was during the holidays of july. I got a phone call from the director saying that they've overturned and would accept us back. But the gentleman was also a bully and wouldn't let me speak, saying that I had been verbally abusive for years, which didn't make sense because if they have a zero tolerance for abusive, then how did I end up being patients there since two thousand eighteen with me and my son, this place is full of lies. The gentleman told me the director said he was going to mail me a policy on abuse that I had to sign immediately and if I didn't get it back to them within a week, I would no longer be a patient again. They never sent me the form they did it on purpose. I had no choice but to find another primary care. When I requested my medical records to be mailed to me. They took more than thirty days to comply. when I called to get a status update they said that my medical records were still under review and asked who was new primary care was? Because they said that they most primary care won't accept records from the patient directly should be mailed directly from the facility. I Advise them again didn't have a primary care at the time and that I wanted my medical records directly mailed to me. Again I waited longer for mine and my sons medical records. I called back again. They asked me who was my primary care so they can mail the records to them. I said again my request was to mail my records directly to myself. And there's been longer than 30 days, and I questioned why they were holding up OUR records?. At that point, they said they would be mailing it that day and finally got my medical records. I noticed in the medical records that they had changed some notes and taking out things and added notes and conversations that's was never discussed during any physical examinations. THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE AND SNEAKY. DONT TRUST THE ADMINISTRATION OR ANNA PILZER!! I HAVE FILED COMPLAITS WITH MY INSURANCE AS WELL. I've also contacted any website that says. This place is anti vaccine friendly to inform them that is incorrect. They are not acceptable TO ALL BELIEFS Like they claim to be. Beware!

Positive experience: I followed my provider here from her previous location. Anna is great! Best NP EVER. She listens and I always leave feeling like I was treated with respect and quality care. The MA's are difficult. It takes days for call backs and prescription refills. It is quite difficult to get an appointment with my provider and communicating with her outside of an appointment is virtually impossible. This is much different than when I saw her at York Hospital. The clinic itself is chabby. If I weren't following my provider, I would not have chosen this practice.

Fantastic experience: The team at Whole Life Health Care is consistently wonderful. They are friendly, knowledgeable and respectful. My practitioner is Kim Russell, and she is very knowledgeable. I am an active researcher and participant in my healthcare and I usually have a lot of questions and opinions about treatment options- Kim never rushes me, listens carefully and makes me feel like I am able to have some agency over my healthcare. The energy at the facility seems upbeat - it seems the staff is happy there, which is nice to walk into as well. I have never had an unreasonably long wait, either. Wonderful practice overall.

Thank you so much, EJP! We think Kim is wonderful too and we're all so happy to be here. I'm glad you can sense that when you're here. We appreciate you entrusting us to care for you.

Negative experience: I’ve had nothing but issues with this practice. The latest issue was today, New Year’s Eve. I caught Covid and called their on-call service to get prescribed paxlovid. Paxlovid is for people with mild to moderate Covid symptoms to stop the progression or a potential progression to a severe infection. If you’re a high risk, patient, which I am. The nurse said their office protocol is that they are not going to prescribe the medication to patients with mild to moderate symptoms, unless they are severe enough for hospitalization. Why the hell would I be calling you if I needed to be hospitalized?! She said it is not going to be prescribed and that’s the offices protocol during the holiday. So clearly the practitioner just doesn’t want to be called for something that they consider minor. The nurse started arguing with me over my symptoms and what she considers to be mild and something that will not progress. She clearly has so much experience as an in the office nurse, and the holder of a crystal ball. I explained to her that as a respiratory therapist, I have seen 25 year old men die with Covid. So I would like her to call the practitioner and have them call me because at this point the arguing was getting ridiculous. The nurse called me back and said the nurse practitioner on call doesn’t foresee my symptoms getting worse but they will call the prescription in anyway. Why, does this practice make things so difficult? It’s a simple request to stop any potential progression of disease. As patients, we should not have to fight for every little thing to do with the care of our own bodies. This practice makes things difficult, and they are not progressive-thinking practitioners, and they do not put their patients first. You can also never get a hold of anyone of consequence unless you make an appointment and pay a co-pay. I cannot recommend this office at all and I will be switching primary care physicians as soon as I can find someone.

Fantastic experience: I have had such a difficult time finding a good pcp one who doesn't rush me through visits and really listens and is compassionate!!I wish I had come her a long time ago!!Dr.Kimberly Russell is a perfect fit for what I need! I am a complex patient and she has truly made a huge difference in the care I truly need. I've been with her now for almost 4 years, and she is AMAZING!!!

Negative experience: I was not happy with service when I went to this organization a few years ago and more upset after several YEARS of them continuing to text me “ reminders to make appmnts”. I have called several times and spoken to admin to get it to stop. They say they will take care of it and never have. I plan to file withBBB if they don’t finally stop the texts.

Fantastic experience: Nicole Rembisz , my nurse practitioner, and her nurse Morgan have been extremely helpful with my healthcare needs and prescription medications. Both of these professionals listen to my needs & requests. I have always felt listened to, and as a patient this is very important. I am not in the best of health at this time due to an emergency appendectomy, that unfortunately came with many complications. Nicole has been very supportive through this journey, and I’m thankful to have her as part of my healthcare team. Anyone who is looking for a provider I would highly recommend Nicole. I have been with her for many years and her care and concern for patients is unmatched.

Negative experience: Insane billing. $390 for a "new patient" appointment where they only asked me my medical history (I already provided my records ahead of time) and what I want out of my healthcare. I was under the impression this was a physical appointment all along (which would have been *free* with insurance), but nope. To my surprise, at the very end the doctor told me "ok great let's schedule that physical for 2 weeks out". They're contacting that I pay the full bill within a week or two of the appointment - several emails, texts, and mail. I've never been contacted by billing this quickly and relentlessly after an appointment. I was genuinely excited to have this appointment but now I feel taken advantage of.

Fantastic experience: I followed my PCP, Dr. Rembisz to this practice. I've seen her since I was 16, highly recommend her care! She's never let me down.

Negative experience: Cannot recommend. Particularly Elisabeth Robinson + clueless and often rude front desk. 1 star only for their touted PD and knowledge sharing, but who cares when they don't have time, interest, or bedside manner to do so. This practice needs practice! Don't be their neglected guinea pig. I used to only go to docs for physicals, preferring natural therapies. After a slipped disc injury, by necessity, I was prescribed meds + drank 200-400 mg caffeine regularly bc I was not sleeping. Despite being friendly myself, my 1st interaction was her looking down at her computer, seemingly inconvenienced about my debilitating pain and other concerns. She didn't explain what she assumed was going on. She acted like I was making things up then referred me away to other specialists and PT. After PT, she referred me to physiatry who helped somewhat. 7 months later pain continued and developed severe neck, back, foot, and wrist injuries from working excessively. I spent free time lying on the floor and stretching. I asked for more help and finally was referred to an orthopedic (I was seeing 4!). I also tried a dietitian and therapists for any type of help to get my active lifestyle back. At this point I was suicidal (for 1st time in adult life) after 8 months of acute pain, unable to live my life. 1 year later, I was desperate + I had to quit my job due to pain. In reviewing my records to send to insurance, I noticed visit notes were not accurate. Went on disability insurance. I don't know anything about disability insurance, who was asking for paperwork for long-term disability. I hoped she'd offer guidance, but instead she berated me. I reminded her she is my PCP and should be reviewing my records and managing my health care. I had an apt days later and she said that she did not think a 32 y/o should be in this much pain and she was not comfortable with disability. She also accused me of not being truthful, despite her note lacking things I mentioned during visits. I was enraged and broke down crying, upset and shouting about the lack of medical attention and my pain. She continued her coldness and finally sent me to pain management facility to not have to deal with my care, 13 months after my injuries began.

Fantastic experience: Can’t say enough positive things about my provider Nadine McCall. She is very thorough and knowledgeable. Takes her time, listens and does not rush appts. I’m lucky to be her patient!

Negative experience: Before scheduling at this practice, I called and asked if they would be welcoming to fat patients and was told that they welcome patients with all bodies. At my first appointment with Elisabeth Robinson, I got a weird vibe. After leaving this appointment, I received an appointment summary electronically listing a diagnosis that WAS NOT DISCUSSED at my appointment. When I called to express that this made me uncomfortable, I was gaslit and told that I was wrong. I stated I would be ending my care. The next day, I received a call from Elisabeth asking me to consider staying on as a patient with this diagnosis removed from my chart and I agreed. Several weeks later, I received a discharge summary in the mail. When I called to inquire about this, i was told that the conversation where the provider asked me to stay on as a patient was not documented. I was read a piece of charting where the provider described me as “being emotional”. This was completely unprofessional. I asked to make a formal complaint about the treatment I had received. The person who called me back was dismissive, argumentative, and stated that the conversation that happened on March 15 in which the provider asked me to stay on as a patient was documented on March 14, leading me to believe that the provider amended the documentation in my chart after the initial complaint. I was told that the provider “is a wonderful provider” as I was attempting to provide feedback on an incredibly harmful experience. No one should go here, and it is especially not a safe space for fat patients.

Negative experience: I wish I could do no stars, I have never been treated that poorly at a medical “PROFESSIONAL” place. The front desk called me by the wrong name trying to get my attention (clearly frustrated that I didn’t answer) however it was not my name so I didn’t respond. This particular day my usual provider was not in so I was scheduled with Elisabeth Robinson. Once in the secondary room, her first question when she came in was “So what’s wrong with you?” while looking at her clipboard. I understand that I am not one of her usual patients, however NO ONE should be treated poorly or like they aren’t worth the time when seeing a different medial care provider.

Negative experience: Absolutely fraudulent practice. I removed my family and children from here as our primary care as they do not follow up, refer or even try to diagnose their patients. In excruciating pain FOR 4-6 weeks and Travis Palmer wouldnt even refer me to any specialist or return my phone calls. They did ZERO, NOTHING, NADA!!! 6 Weeks later after exploring different specialists on my own. I had a severely herniated disc in my spine. Travis clearly has no experience to help his patients. He is a total fraud and should lose his license to practice! What a nightmare! An extra 6 weeks of level 10 pain due to Mr. PALMERS NEGLIGENCE! DO NOT BRING YOUR FAMILY HERE, THEY ARE STRICTLY ANOTHER OFFICE WHO ONLY CARES ABOUT PUSHING PEOPLE THROUGH TO MAKE MONEY. THEY DO NOT TREAT OR PROVIDE ANY SOUND ADVICE OR REFERALLS WHATSOEVER. They don't even have a clue about human health....my leg pain was clearly a tell tale sign of sciatic pain and he had no inkling of a clue!

Negative experience: Horrible experience. I would give zero stars if I could. I called and set up a new patient appointment, which had a month wait (I know this is typical so that wasn’t upsetting). But the morning of, they called and canceled due to the provider being out sick. I scheduled another appointment 3 weeks later and now they canceled that as well (with 1 week notice). This time they didn’t even have the decency to call me, I got a robo text/call. I was provided no explanation because a real person didn’t even have the time to call me. Then I’m supposed to call back to reschedule. I didn’t cancel the appointment, why am I the one expected to put in the effort to reschedule? I will certainly be finding a different office to work with.
