Fantastic experience: The best medical care I have ever received! Looking for root causes vs prescribing multiple medications with multiple side effects. No longer on any meds and healthier than ever!

Fantastic experience: Keri is very knowledgeable and did a great job of gathering the right information from me, identifying the probable cause of a problem I’ve had for several years, and prescribing the right protocol (it’s been extremely effective after only a few days!) She is very organized and spent time to hear what I cared about then sent me a care plan afterwards to help me achieve my goals. I feel like I’m in good hands and can trust Keri’s very clear guidance. Also, the items I purchased in the apothecary were expensive but seemed to be at cost—something that cost me $90 was a $140 to $160 online elsewhere. And it has had a huge impact in improving my symptoms already.

One hour meeting was very efficient and provided huge amount of specific information related to my questions and goals. Prior to meeting, Keri requested my input into a very easy to use APP. That saved time and provided her with information on my medical situation and goals. Keri is a great listener as evidenced by her very detailed notes that were available to me in a CarePlan on the APP. The nutritional feedback even includes specific brands, stores that carry these products, and recipes. Keri made it easy for me to follow up in a shopping trip to get started executing the Care Plan. Highly recommend a visit to Keri if you are facing a new medical condition or if you want to pursue a healthier diet. Well worth your time.

Fantastic experience: It took me years to find a practice that combines conventional gold standard medicine with open minded, evidence based, preventive and longevity care. This is not an ordinary GP office. Medical evaluation is thorough, using the most up-to date equipment and methods. Treatment is comprehensive, with an in-house integrative team for total health-care from Rx to nutritional education, to supplements. For a caring and professional team, I strongly recommend.

Fantastic experience: The Crossroads Apothecary. Holistic Health and Wellness Center. In March 2024. I met with Lynn to discuss a treatment plan to help me to experience relief and healing from a myriad of health issues that had invaded my body. I experienced chronic pain, overwhelming fatigue, back and joint stiffness, Edema/lymphedema, sleep problems, migraines, digestive problems, depression and trouble with memory. I was looking for answers and strategies to ease these symptoms. I found relief with Lynn in the use of the state of art medical technology equipment using PEMF and FLOW(LET) at the Crossroads lntegrative Medicine Practice. I received treatment over a three month period. I can attest that l Am feeling and behaving more than 90% better than my first visit. I met with the nutritionist Keri who was very helpful in getting me on proper vitamins and nutraceuticals for my conditions.

Fantastic experience: Roye Evans is the best there is in acupuncture. She’s very well educated, kind, empathetic and always knows what needs done. I always leave feeling better! ❤️ her! Edit- I still see Roye. She is the GOAT of Acupuncture. My jaw was out of joint and couldn’t close my mouth and get molars to meet. I left with that fixed and days later feeling great! She is amazing and I would recommend her to anyone needing acupuncture care.

Fantastic experience: This was one of the best classes I’ve taken. The research done on all things fish was extensive. The fish, Steelhead Trout, Cod, and Salmon were delicious. I loved all the sauces Keri made for the fish. The roasted vegetables were an extra added bonus. You can’t go wrong taking a class here.

I am a retired professional with careers in classical music, speech-language pathology, and special education administration. I have purchased products from Crossroads Apothecary for over a decade. A patient of Dr. Warren M. Ross, I purchase natural vitamins and supplements recommended during my regularly scheduled medical visits. Prior to becoming a patient of Dr. Ross, I had numerous chronic health conditions managed by prescription medications which caused severe adverse reactions resulting in deteriorating health. A patient of Dr. Ross with the emphasis on Integrative Medicine, I am currently on no prescription medications and experiencing greatly improved health outcomes through his medical monitoring and the use of recommended vitamins and supplements. Additionally, the emphasis that Dr. Ross places on patient education is invaluable. I purchase the recommended vitamins and supplements from the Crossroads Apothecary. I have found the staff, Emily, Charles, Christine and Roye to be exceptional professionals implementing the philosophy of best practices in the bridge between traditional and integrative medicine. The environment is clean, well maintained, and well stocked. The sales associates are pleasant, courteous,, and well informed. I began nutritional counseling with Alexa where I learned the importance of adequate protein in my vegetarian/vegan diet. Through continuation and collaboration, I am currently receiving nutritional counseling from Keri where I have expanded my knowledge of diet and nutrition in an effort to attain and maintain my ideal healthy weight. I believe that food is medicine. I hope to participate in future cooking classes with these outstanding nutritionists. Of special note is my long-standing relationship with Lynn. For decades I have known Lynn to be a woman of impeccable character sharing her extensive knowledge of health and wellness through maintenance of a healthy diet including vitamins and supplements. I will always appreciate the fact that Lynn was generous and supportive with her knowledge before I became a patient of Dr. Ross. She continues to be a tremendous asset in my health and wellness journey. I feel blessed to be in partnership with this extraordinary medical team.

Negative experience: It’s disheartening when a company has to give customers incentives to leave a positive review because the negative reviews are coming in HOT. Most of the recent “cover up” comments on this apothecary are false. I will say that the cafe never has items as listed , the supplements are extremely overpriced (along with the services such as the “longevity program”), and the staff are not friendly and nice. Lynn is not a great person. That’s why they can’t hold on to the staff they have. The teaching kitchen classes are a joke. They rotate the same few classes over and over, and over. As Kerri is a nutritionalist, you would think she would know how to switch up recipes and add diversity to the classes. I’m also disappointed in the use of apparent stock photos on Google and on the webpage. Save your money and go elsewhere !!!!!

Fantastic experience: The personal attention from the knowledgeable providers and staff at Crossroads Apothecary is exceptional. Products are of high quality and readily available. The Teaching Kitchen classes are well worth the time to attend. And the special lattes and muffins from the cafe are delectable!

Fantastic experience: First of all, everyone associated with crossroads is so knowledgeable, kind, and helpful. Such a great group of people making a real difference. Regarding me personally, I come regularly to see Lynn for PEMF and have worked with Kerri and gone to a bunch of cooking classes too. Everything is just great. Highly recommend. Oh and also FYI they have the BEST muffins I have ever tasted.

Negative experience: I have had the opportunity to experience various aspects of the company, and I would like to share my thoughts in a constructive manner. Firstly, I want to express my appreciation for Dr. Ross and his dedicated staff in the doctors' office, who have been caring and attentive during my visits. I must note that there have been some challenges with communication, as getting in touch with them via phone can be difficult. Nevertheless, I recognize their commitment to promoting overall healing for their clients, which is commendable (why i gave 2 stars). I feel it is essential to address concerns raised about the manager Lynn from a previous post. She has a tendency to repeatedly ask customers (myself included), "does that make sense?" in a way that can be perceived as undermining and degrading. It raises questions about how the staff might be treated in similar situations. I believe this company has potential, especially given their focus on holistic health, but certain aspects need attention.

Negative experience: I came in to find some supplements as I was referred by a close friend of mine. I walked around and overheard the lady who appeared to be a supervisor or manager (i believe named Lyn or Gwyn) speak to the employees like total garbage. I felt so bad for them. She seemed to be very high strung and unprofessional frantically running around complaining about things. She spoke to the employee as if they were a child. This place needs better management ASAP. I walked out and didn't purchase my items because they were way cheaper online anyways. Save your money and go somewhere else!!!

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to the Apothecary for many years, and each experience is always amazing. I am always greeted, asked if I need help, asked about my day, etc. Last Friday, I arrived at 4:16, and even though they closed at 4:00, the kind people at the Apothecary let me in to grab what I needed even though they were wrapping up. This kind of service is rare to find these days.

Negative experience: Usually really good. But for $8 a sandwich, you could at least make sure it’s more than just bread. Tastes good but such a ripoff.

Fantastic experience: The staff there are always very helpful in helping me find what I am looking for. They go out of their way to look up information online and print out information on nutraceutical questions I have. This is my go to store for all my supplements.

Their teaching kitchen is far above the rest, if you want to learn how to cook healthy and live well....This is the place! The food continues to be delicious and the service exceptional. Every time we visit their cafe has homemade muffins, scones, sandwiches, smoothies and the soup is outstanding! The Team truly goes above and beyond, a breath of fresh air. Negative experience: I went to this place today at 12.10pm and bought a cup of soup. It was chicken Noodle soup. I opened the container in my car and took a spoone full off the broth. Soup was sooo hot it felt like I drank boiling water. My mouth is so burnt with just 1 sip of this soup. I called the store and in return I was asked by the kitchen manager what would you like me to do?? Well my mouth is burnt so at this point getting a refund of $6 is not my concern. I need to get my mouth fixed and see a doctor. I will never go back to this place!!!

Fantastic experience: I went to a cooking class at The Apothecary at Crossroads this past Friday and loved every minute of it! Not only did I learn different recipes, but I learned how to meal prep for weekday lunches and dinners! And healthy meals at that! The ingredients were normal things I would be able to find at our local Sprouts, Costco, or Whole Foods. Keri and Sara inspired me to try two of the sauce ideas we learned about, and now my frig is stocked and ready for the week! Thank you so much Keri and Sara for a great and informative class! Fantastic experience: I am such a fan of the work these folks are doing!! Doctor Ross is a great physician and FINALLY a primary care that works with alternative/integrative medicine AND takes insurance?! They also host vitality workshops- March 5th its DETOX for springtime. These people know what they are doing. Five stars for that and for the essential oil tangerine mocha at the Apothecary Cafe!!!
