Positive experience: Love Dr. C. She saved me from surgery and is helping my family too. Sometimes the wait can be very long, but everyone I have met with back, hip, or knee pain knows who she is and loves her.

Negative experience: Very unprofessional… wasn’t able to be on my phone wile at work to answer their 3 calls so they called my friend that referred me… I work in healthcare so that’s definitely a HIPPA violation. Won’t be doing business with them.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Cole is the best. She is caring and kind and helps you feel your best.

She is an expert in her field, knowledgeable, knows exactly where the problem areas are and fixes them and on top of all that, so very kind. Her office staff are the best too. I love Dr. Cole!

Negative experience: Poor office staff, and I know I’m not the only one who can say they’ve had similar issues with the staff here. I was interrupted several times, hung up on, told my appointment was canceled just to be called back and told it was still good to go. I previously had billing issues with this office, inconsistent billing prices, and one time had to dispute a payment. I had paid for services and an employee sent it to collections for the same amount, had to take my bank stub in to show proof it was paid. Just a really horrible experience. I sadly do not recommend. I have visited Dr. Cole for several years, but her office staff is horrible and she was made aware of it several times and it still hasn’t been corrected. There’s no excuse.

I went to Dr Cole after dealing with intense pain for 2 years from plantar fasciitis - turns out I had been misdiagnosed and was in so much pain because my alignment was off. Dr Cole alleviated 85% of my pain in the first visit and I am completely pain free today. I keep a regular appointment for checkups. She is awesome and her staff is so friendly and understanding. I won’t go anywhere else!
