Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Dr. Adams for about a year. I went to him to get help to achieve better all around health and well being. I suffer from chronic inflammation, had issues with high blood pressure and cholesterol. He has worked with me, and currently I am on only one medication, with hopes of coming off this last one. He recently added Infrared Light Therapy to his clinic. Since I suffer from Crohns and Celiac Disease, I signed up for a package to try for 10 times. I went in one Monday morning. I was so sick. I had body aches and was very nauseous. After the Infrared Therapy, I walked feeling 100% better. I am loving the Infrared Therapy. It is my time to relax and do something healthy for myself. If you suffer from chronic inflammation, try the Infrared Light Therapy.

Fantastic experience: I feel amazing after visiting here for months now. Not only is my pain gone I notice my posture is better. I’m also doing the red light therapy and love it the most! My skin looks and feels more hydrated, my scars are looking better than before. And I get a boost of energy and an overall good feeling every time I lay under the red lights. Fantastic experience: I am so glad that I found Foundation Chiropractic. Mr. Adams and staff have been so good to me. I really do feel like Mr. Adams cares about my issues in my neck. He does several different things to help ease my everyday pains in my neck. He does not rush me in an out but makes sure I am good before sending me out the door. He has the sweetest staff! A bonus to all this is that I was able to sign up for something called the Chiro-Club which allows me to go in as many times as I would like in a month for an amazing price that is so affordable (since I do not have insurance) this is a huge blessing. Fantastic experience: Incredible staff that knows you by name after your first visit I was afraid never been to a chiropractor but after I explained that he took his time and prop to show me exactly what was gonna happen and after three visits my everyday pain was dropping if you need an adjustment please try this place they also offer massages and several different medications they offer for a low price.

Fantastic experience: I am very pleased with Dr Adams. He is professional and has assisted with my back structure and knees. I went in for back pain. He has equipment that is very unique It analyzes which vertebrae are out of alignment and then Dr Adams adjusts only those that are out of alignment. This is quite unique. The tool that is used for my knees is helping greatly. It is assisting my need to track properly. My knees are now comfortable. My back is healing and more comfortable. I am very satisfied with Dr Adams. I recommend him to those seeking relief with structural and other problems.

Fantastic experience: Just had my first visit with Dr. Adams and it was such a great experience. Loved how he explained everything and I truly appreciated the education component. I recently transitioned into a desk position with prolong hours which resulted in serious lower right back pain and compromised my ability to run. After this visit, I felt immediate relief and Dr. Adams not only focused on my reported problem but treated/adjusted my whole body. I felt amazing walking out and look forward to our planned maintenance treatment. The five stars you see on here is the truth and you will love their holistic approach. Also, it’s always a great sign when you encounter smiles from the front desk staff.

Fantastic experience: This is the absolute best place to go for adjustments. I’ve been going to Foundation for 2 years and getting adjusted regularly really helps with body maintenance. The key is regularly. The best way to stay away from meds, in my opinion, is to get an adjustment. Dr Adams is the best there is. I teach yoga and I’m a strong believer in a full body maintenance program. I had back pain and went to my PCP. They give me PAIN pills. I thought my teaching days were over before I started incorporating Foundation Chiropractic into my life. Take my advice and get yourself setup for regular adjustments. As soon as I went to get adjusted I got rid of the pills. This same situation happened before as I had terrible hip pain. Doctor gave me pills I went for an adjustment and bye bye pain also said goodbye to the the pills again. Adjustments truly work!!! You can also get a massage there. All of it works together for your good. God bless this wonderful chiropractor. Incorporate them into your life you’ll be happy you did.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Adams is wonderful. He has helped my shoulder and back pain, my oldest daughter’s lower back pain and another daughter’s popping jaw and back pain. We love the ease of scheduling appointments when we need them. I have also used Amy for a 30 minute massage. I’ve been to numerous chiropractors and massage therapists in our area and Foundation is the best!

Fantastic experience: Amy is the only person I will see for a massage. I've been going to her for over a year and lately I appreciate her knowledge and skill even more as she is helping me stay injury free during marathon training. Her kind demeanor always put me at ease and she is happy to either talk or not during the massage, depending on what I want. I always leave feeling very relaxed and healthy.

Fantastic experience: I started going to Foundations around Thanksgiving because I was suffering from excruciating back pain. I went in twice a week for adjustments and even enjoyed a massage from the amazing masseuse. Within a few weeks my back pain stopped and the doctor gave me exercises to do at home to protect the overall well being of my back and spine. I would recommend them to anyone.

He & his staff are always smiling & willing to help in any way possible. He does not prescribe pain medicine, says he prefers the “natural healing” way of things, sees better results & recovery that way. That is definitely something he and I both had in common, there. I would happily give 10 stars if I could. His methods yielded instant results & for that I am very thankful. Would recommend to my friends & family in a heartbeat. You won’t be disappointed, he knows what he is doing and he does it well!!
