Fantastic experience: I'm a 19 year old high school student and I've played sports all my life particularly basketball. The last couple of years I have been struggling with patellar tendinitis and it was to the point that 30 min practices would put me in excruciating pain and I had tried everything, various bands and even got medication to try and help with the pain. I even went to regular Physical therapy but nothing worked. Until I came to truform, after my first appointment I immediately started feeling better in my knees, I've gone to 4 appointments since then and I feel brand-new. I'm getting better by each appointment and I'm very happy with the results. Now I can run and jump and workout again without much pain anymore and happy I can finally get back to playing basketball. I’ve gone for multiple acute issues, including a slipped rib making it hard to turn my head, a strained shoulder, and an out of place foot bone that he was able to immediately diagnose and treat, despite 3 other doctors missing the issue in examinations and extensive imaging. Fantastic experience: Dr. Vear is the best chiropractor I've ever been to. I reached out to him when my elbow was causing me pain and I had to stop working out. He used Active Release Technique on me and within 2 weeks I was able to start working out again. I've continued to see him as I've been working out, and my elbow has continued to get better, even as I've been working out. Fantastic experience: Listen...I was dealing with hip pain for years, it affected sports, driving, jogging, everything. Nothing had helped and I just accepted nothing would. The owner of my gym recommended Dr. joe to me, and needless to say I don't have that pain anymore. Fantastic experience: Over the last 25 years I have had Chiropractic care for various ailments and Dr. Vear is one of the most knowledgeable and caring practitioners I have met. Fantastic experience: About two months after slipping and falling on my stairs, a friend encouraged me to see Dr. Joe for shoulder pain that was not getting better and was starting to negatively affect my sleep. Dr. Joe listened to my description of the pain and how it was affecting my daily routine and then gently checked my range of motion. Over several visits he used a variety of techniques from cupping, tape, heat, manipulation and massage and after EVERY visit, my shoulder felt better!!! He also gave me some exercises to do at home to begin the process of restrengthening my shoulder. After just a few visits, my shoulder is doing fine and I’m so glad I didn’t try to ‘suck it up’ and deal with it on my own! Fantastic experience: This was my first visit ever to a Chiropractor and I have to admit I was really nervous. I don’t like hearing people crack their knuckles and the thought of someone “cracking” my spine and neck really freaked me out. A bad coughing fit is the reason I wound up in Dr. Vear’s office. After weeks of intense pain in my ribs, I took the advice of a friend and called. He was able to quickly identify the problem and explained everything he was doing and why. I appreciate his caring, one-on-one approach. I also love that it’s not all about the “crack.” He uses several modalities, including cupping and soft tissue work. Fantastic experience: This is a lengthy review, but I feel it’s important to detail my excellent experience with Dr. Joseph. I went to Dr. Joseph after two close friends of mine recommended him. I had recently developed a chronic pain in my shoulder blade area along with numbing down my arm, which became somewhat debilitating and very annoying. I reached out to him via email with an explanation of my symptoms and he responded right away and that he has treated similar issues and that he believes he can help. He offered to see me that same day so I went. I’ve never been to a chiropractor before and explained to him that I wasn’t comfortable and freaked out by neck adjustments. He was very thoughtful and respectful of my concern and told me he wouldn’t do anything I was uncomfortable with. He was also willing to educate me and answer all of my questions during my first session. I had a lot of them too! As the patient, trust is so important but I learned that relaxation is also just as crucial when adjustments are done, especially the neck area. By the end of my first session, he had me relaxed, gained my trust, and I had my first neck adjustment, EVER! He came up with a weekly plan to address my situation and I’ve now had 5 sessions with him and I feel 100% better and my symptoms have all but disappeared. Dr. Joseph isn’t the chiropractor that only does adjustments, he is also a soft tissue expert and in my situation, he used several different techniques to help address the areas where I was having issues. He’s done cupping therapy, heat, massaging, stretching, and of course, all body adjustments. All of them together have a greater impact on your recovery than adjustments alone. Although I went in for shoulder pain, his approach to address all of my body’s alignment has helped with other issues as well. I also have a torn meniscus in my right knee and was limping daily. That pain has been dramatically reduced because of the treatment by Dr. Joseph and I rarely limp anymore. He’s a no BS Dr. who is genuinely looking to improve people’s lives in any way he can. His goal is to address your ailments or improve your health, not to empty your wallet. For all of these reasons, I can’t recommend him enough and you should contact him to see for yourself. Fantastic experience: Partially tore my left calf muscle. As I learned more about Dr Joseph, I realized that not only does he perform chiropractic services, but he also specializes in soft tissue as well. Through a handful of visits with Dr Joseph, he was able to work out the built up scar tissue and speed my recovery process along. I will be back!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Joseph is a knowledgeable chiropractor who treats his clients like family. He gives helpful suggestions that make me feel that my problems are common and treatable. In the beginning, he gave me a thorough exam and asked relevant questions. I appreciated that he was able to assess the situation accurately without expensive tests. I have noticed that Dr. Joseph uses a wide variety of strategies, even working my extremities, such as my feet and he always does soft tissue work in my neck. He is very knowledgeable about the specific muscles and the stretches I can do at home, though he also stretches my body during the session. He uses other strategies such as cupping, when he sees that my body needs it. I really appreciate that he offers a 30 minute session and an hour long all inclusive session, depending on what I want to get out of a session. Before finding True Form Chiropractic, I had pain in my back, neck and shoulders for quite a while and massages alone were not giving long term results. Now that I am combining wellness massage with chiropractic care, I am seeing great results. It is very rare that I feel that pain like before. While I am not an athlete, but I appreciate that Dr. Joseph uses the same training and skills that he applies with athletes to help someone like me. I now feel more relaxed and flexible and my body is overall less tense because I know Dr. Joseph has got my back.

Fantastic experience: I started seeing Dr. Vear several months ago when chronic hip and sciatic nerve pain became unbearable. After only a couple treatments I started to feel much better, and am now more or less pain free (which I never thought possible). Fantastic experience: For as long as I can remember, I have struggled with limited hip mobility and incredibly tight muscles in the hip/groin area. I wasn’t sure if it was the result of competitive sports, or the fact that I had taken to long-distance running after college. Fantastic experience: I was referred to Dr. Joshua because I was experiencing severe sciatic pain. I've been very impressed with his depth of knowledge and experience, which means he can offer me much more than any chiropractor I have previously visited. The modalities he offers go far beyond the typical, which really makes a difference. Best of all, I've learned how to move forward in my healing. He'll be my chiropractor from here on out! ;-)

I visit him for my back every 2 weeks and i have never felt better. Fantastic experience: I've had a nagging shoulder injury from a joint manipulation in Jiu Jitsu that's been worsened by my rugby and weightlifting over the last month. I could hardly do a single push up earlier today. After an hour with Dr Joe, about 75% of the pain is gone, the mobility is restored, and I was doing clap push ups with little pain at the end of the session. He also adjusted a hip and rib that other chiropractors have not been able to pop over the last 6 months. I feel brand new!

Not only does he take the time to listen to your opinion on what your issue is, he thoroughly evaluates you with a functional movement screen, accurately diagnosis your issue(s), and proceeds to explain exactly what is going wrong and how to go about correcting it. The transparency is incredibly refreshing, but even more satisfying is that he gives you corrective exercises to ensure that you won't need to return for perpetual visits. Fantastic experience: Dr Joe is one of the best chiropractors! He does more than a simple adjustment as he does soft tissue work and rock taping to accomplish more than any other chiropractor I have ever visited. He met my daughter in the morning so she wouldn't miss too much school and made her shoulder feel better in one visit, the rock tape helped remind her to have good posture. We followed up with a pediatric visit and she was impressed with his work! I have great hopes he will keep her from needing surgery.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Joe is simply the best. After each session, I'm always impressed by his thoroughness, knowledge and all-around thoughtfulness for my wellbeing. He was so patient at my first appointment and took extra care to listen to my pain points (even reviewed my MRI disc) and injury history, evaluate my range of motion and get to work. He approaches each session with enthusiasm, always striving to improve my range of motion with adjustments, soft tissue work, kinesiology tape and stretches. My health feels like a team effort, as he empowers me to strengthen my core at home with a range of exercises. He even checks in with me during the week to see how I am feeling. He takes time to identify any issues and sources of pain as well as short and long term strategies to treat the pain and what is causing it. I felt much better after the first visit and I can definitely notice improvements after every visit.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Joe is a holistic chiropractor. He does much more than just the basic adjustments. He does awesome stretches and exercises on and off the table and he gives you exercises and stretches you can do at home or at the gym. I came to Dr. Joe because of sore hips and lack of mobility. After a few sessions, my hip soreness was greatly diminished and my mobility improved. My weight lifting has improved, especially dead lifts and squats, and my overall health has become better.

Fantastic experience: Moved here August 2016 and didn't have a new chiropractor. Met Dr. Vear at the gym and thank goodness I did. Great for general upkeep/adjustments and then some. My left trap tightened up badly and I couldn't hardly sleep because I'd roll on it and wake up in pain. Went to him the next day, and slept like a baby that night. Definitely taking my business here from now on, very experienced and it showed.

Fantastic experience: I have had chronic back pain for four years. A few weeks ago I was in so much pain that it was difficult to breathe. A friend of mine recommended that I go see Dr. Vear and I am so happy she did!
