Fantastic experience: Coming to North is like coming home. I’m greeted with a friendly smile every single time. I love how you’re treated as a friend and not a number. Order ahead for curb side or come inside and eat the delicious breakfast waffle!! My favorites are the Mangonada with Tajin and chamoy tea and Ferrero Rocher shake! I try to come in at least 2-3 times a week. Come see Mayra today!

Fantastic experience: North Nutrition is a bit of a sanctuary. I come regularly and have found the products to be consistently amazing (try the waffles!). More so than that, I've appreciated the care and service from the owner Myra. I've been a regular customer for about 2 years and North Nutrition and I highly recommend the shakes(Aubs or fruity pebbles), teas (mood ring), and waffles.

Fantastic experience: They offer cardio classes, fit camp classes, and they have delicious shakes & teas! North Nutrition has been there for their community multiple times. They are definitely more of a family then just a place to hang out/work out. It’s also kid friendly! They understand that not everyone has a babysitter. So come bring your kids with you if you need to. I was also shy to work out in front of others. I was scared that I would feel judged. That not the case, I’ve never felt judged here. I’m glad I took that step to actually go and work out. It helped me mentally and physically, I’m hoping it does the same for you. ♥️

North nutrition opened close to our house so i decided i would try one more and if i didnt feel comfortable then i was just gonna order herbalife products and do it at home by myself...BUT i walked in and Maihra welcomed me with a huuuuge smile and made the best Reese's shake i had ever tasted!!! She talked to me about the herbalife products and the different classes they have for exercising and NOT once did i feel unwelcome or like i was being judged. I felt and still feel like she is a person on a mission to get people happy and healthy!!! Whether you buy a shake or not she offers a ton of tips and advice and honestly i could go on and on about Maihra and the other amaaazing people who work with her but i dont think google gave me a big enough spot to write in!!! IF YOU WANT A FRIENDLY FAMILY FUN PLACE TO GET HEALTHY AT AND MAKE NEW FRIENDS THEN NORTH NUTRITION IS THE PLACE!! THE SHAKES AND TEAS ARE JUST ICING ON THE CAKE!!!

Always well received and most of all treated more like family/friend every single time! I don’t recommend going anywhere else but here!
