Fantastic experience: Jaime has been giving me the most amazing facials for a couple of months now. She’s very professional and courteous. My skin is changing for the best! Friends ask me what I’m doing to my face because it’s starting to look flawless and younger looking. It’s the Diamond Glow facial!! Jaime does such a good job on my face that people think I’m in 40s!! But I’m in my mid 50s. The products she uses are very good quality. I can’t express enough how my face feels after my facial. Fantastic experience: I had my Dermaplaning Facial today with Jaime. She's their new aesthetician. However, I've been getting treatments and facials with Jaime for almost a year now from the other spa where she used to work at. I had to follow her when she transferred to Serenity, lol. She's very good and gentle. I'll continue to see her because she's knowledgeable of the treatments that I need.

Fantastic experience: Ashley has been doing my botox for years now (maybe even a decade?) and I can't recommend her enough. She's consistent, incredibly knowledgable, honest and never overdoes it. I've never been unhappy with the results. Jaime did my eyebrows today for the first time, I couldn't be more pleased with them. I'll be the first to admit how particular I am about my eyebrows and she exceeded every expectation. She took her time and checked in with me at least twice to make sure I liked the shape and size. I absolutely love the results.

Fantastic experience: The staff at MD Diet Temecula (now, Serenity MD) is the absolute best! They are the epitome of efficient and professional while friendly and fun. Dr. Fuertez is approachable and congenial, and he is an out of box thinker, offering multiple choices of treatments to suit individual comfort levels and financial abilities. I am achieving my personal best in my 50’s with the help of the Serenity MD staff and the services they offer; they are helping me age like fine wine!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a faithful patient of theirs for months now driving allI the way out from Moreno Valley to Temecula because the staff is so friendly and gentle! I’ve always had trouble losing weight on my own and hated shots so I started out with the pills and after a few months decided to try the shots a let me tell you! BEST DECISION EVER! The shots are painless and the weight comes off steady every week! I’m well on my way to reaching my person goal weight thanks to their help ☺️

Fantastic experience: I love this place! Lindsey and Ashley have always taken such good care of me and I feel so welcome whenever I go there. I have also had great experiences with Dr. Fuertez over the years and can't say a bad thing about this group. I have been running Healthcare companies for the past decade and they have had the same staff since I first went there 9 years ago. They have super low turnover which speaks to how amazing their office culture is, which I feel helps with the outcomes. I love everyone here.

Fantastic experience: HIGHLY recommend Natasha and MD Diet of Temecula ! She gave me EXACTLY what I wanted! The volume and shape are perfection. Negative experience: Made an appointment but after 6 people going ahead of me without explanation but we are running behind. Even the walk-in was taken before me. I decided not to spend my money where it was not respected. Would not recommend.

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to MD Diet at this location since they opened for a wide variety of treatments. I always recommend this place to all of my family and friends. Dr. Fuertez takes time to explain the various diet plans and pitfalls. He made sure that I got the plan that was right for me based on my medical history. Not the newest or most expensive. Ashley is really a master if you need Botox or laser treatments. I am always very pleased with the results! I go in weekly and get a B-Complex shot & get weighed. All of the staff are kind and conduct themselves professionally.

Fantastic experience: Ashley is amazing and so sweet! I was hesitant to try a new location for botox. I'd been going to the same plastic surgeons office in San Diego for years. I gave it a try after moving to the area and tons of my mommy friends recommended! Better results than ever before! Everyone in the office is friendly and never a long wait! This was my 2nd time but I'll be back also less expensive!!!

Negative experience: I made an appointment with MD diet and ehen I arrived for my treatment, I wasn't on the schedule. Even after receiving a text message confirming my appointment they said because I didn't pay the $50 deposit that they canceled my appointment. When I booked the appointment they wanted a deposit of $50. I was at work and didn't have my credit card handy and said I would call it in. In the meantime I got a text message confirming my appointment. I didn't move forward with leaving a deposit assuming my appointment was confirmed. When I arrive they didn't have me on the schedule and the woman at the front desk was very rude stating that, " because I didn't leave the deposit my appointment was canceled". She didn't try to be accommodating and ask if I would like to go ahead and reschedule right then and there. I had to ask her if she could get me in, seeing that I took time off of work to be there for this appointment. She was extremely condescending and did not want to effort herself. Good business practice and customer service is giving the patient the opportunity to reschedule without being so rude and brushing them off. Furthermore, confirming the appointment with a text message at MD diet is a failure and they should have followed with a phone call to confirm the appointment. Because I was going by the text message that I received from them confirming my appointment. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Negative experience: Unfortunately I was forced to give one star because I would give this place zero star rating based on the unprofessional service I received on my first initial visit as a new patient you would think that they would take in consideration customer service however they instead treated me very poorly by giving away my appointment to someone else while I wasted my time and effort‘s. As I am at disable at the time and instead of them putting me in somebody else’s appointment they said that they were unable to help me at this time so I kindly asked for a refund and will take my business somewhere else I find that Beer creek diet medical center located in wildomar is another option. I believe I was racial profiled. Bad business!

Fantastic experience: Ashley is the RN here and is amazing. I’ve gotten Botox from her for years and everything she recommends is in your best interest. All of the before and afters I’ve seen her do are incredible. Shes so knowledgeable and gives you great results.

Positive experience: I NEVER EVER COMPLAIN, BUT, I'm disappointed... I'm no diva, and when I get to spend a lil extra on myself I would like you be happy with my indulgence. I went in for botox, second time here, because I really liked them, went with the techs recommendation...I'm. sorry I just dont see a change! It took weeks for me to call back after talking to another botox tech who told me i should get a complimentary touch up. MD tech disagreed , said the site is relaxed...Im not going to argue with the sweet girl... I've had botox before and loved my results. if im not happy what would a few more units hurt to please a return customer...With my budget, this was a big deal for me, and I have a big event I'm attending, and not feeling my best...just disapointed...I think they are the sweetest staff but I guess a lil stingy ... this is just constructive criticism because I really dont like to complain, they are always super nice and available and on time...but darn...

Fantastic experience: Great staff, great experience and they really care and encourage you. Products prescribed work. They give you the tools, but you still need your own discipline and motivation to get results. Would recommend them to anyone looking to drop weight safely.

The office atmosphere is inviting, the staff are friendly. The Dr. I saw was so careful in prescribing me safely because of my medical history. I really appreciate this office I am already losing weight and without risking my health.

Fantastic experience: MD Diet/Serenity is absolutely the most amazing place of wellness and beauty. The staff is first-class and Ashley is super knowledgeable and has a great deal of integrity. I participted in the HCG program and it literally saved my life. Once the weight was gone, I knew I needed to get a little pump up in my face and it turned out better than expected. Ashley is an artist and knew when to say "when". I could not be happier with the office, the doctor and staff and my results all around. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: Extremely friendly staff, and their products and services really do wonrk. I have utilized their weight loss service, hair removal, trusculpt, and purchased some facial products. Their weight loss service works as long as you exercise and follow their meal plan. I've lost over 30 pounds in a couple of months. The trusculpt I like because it not only kills fat cells but tightened my skin as well. I've done one treatment and the results showed after about two weeks. I'll be doing two more treatments. The hair removal works and does require more than one treatment but I've had success. Highly recommend MD Diet of Temecula!
