Fantastic experience: I can't recommend Cindy enough if you have always struggled with losing weight and being healthy. I lost 15 pounds in the first two months! She teaches you so much about nutrition through her eating guide and also her own experience. She taught me things I have never heard before from any doctor. Her knowledge helped me transform my eating habits which made me feel 10x better mentally and physically. Not only is she extremely knowledgeable with nutrition, but she is also a wonderful trainer. I was a newbie at strength training and she was very patient with me! She teaches you how to have great form which I really appreciated. Added bonus-- her energy is contagious and she will definitely make you smile and laugh along the way :) an amazing person who is so motivating and actually makes it fun. Fantastic experience: Working with Cindy has been such an amazing experience. The workouts she designed for me were great and I especially loved the fact that she teaches you the right and safe way to strengthen your body. I never got injured while working with her which was great! She is also so fun to work with! Fantastic experience: I met Cindy 15 years ago when I was looking for a trainer and loved how she helped me learn to lift weights the right way and eat correctly. So, fast forward to 2025 and I knew I wanted to workout with her again. I just finished my 3-month workout/nutrition program and I cannot say enough about how much she was able to get me refocused, retrained and lose weight and inches. Cindy is so open with all her knowledge, does her research and loves to help you learn it. She holds you accountable and by doing so, you get results. I am so appreciative of all that she did for me. Fantastic experience: I can’t even begin to share all the great things about working with Cindy. At 68 I had never worked out, so I was hesitant to make this commitment. At the same time, I knew that I had to make a lifestyle change to be healthier. When searching for a partner to go on this journey with me, I kept going back to Cindy’s website as she was inspiring to me with all her success stories. Plus, I loved the idea of working one on one in her setting. She seemed like she was a perfect match to help me. Now after 4 months, what a difference I’ve seen in myself. Her program is the best, working out, the nutrition guidance, healthy lifestyle, eating the right foods, and just understanding what the unhealthy foods are doing to our bodies. I’m sleeping so much better and I’ve (Cindy) healed my lactose intolerance from detoxing and cleaning my gut. She is the entire package which is what I needed, you can’t do it with exercises only. It’s the clean Whole Foods , she even helps with where and what kind of foods to buy. As well as recipes to cook. Cindy is so supportive and will help you with any of your questions or struggles. Fantastic experience: Five stars doesn’t begin to cover it! Partnering with Cindy has hands down been the best decision of my life. I had never worked out before, but over the years I had begun to watch myself go downhill both physically and mentally. I reached out to Cindy and met with her and could quickly tell that she is truly passionate about helping others. Her many years of experience attests to her knowledge and skills. Cindy has helped me not only lose weight, but she also has helped me gain so much confidence. She has also helped me make important lifestyle changes, not just temporary ones, which is more meaningful than anything as I will implement these changes for the remainder of my life. Cindy has a huge heart and will stop and listen to anything you need to discuss, whether it is diet/exercise related or not as she cares about you as a whole. Cindy does much more than show you how to “work out.” She literally takes your hand through the whole process and teaches you about what happens to your body when you have a poor diet and eat low-quality and processed foods. Cindy also provides you with so much guidance over meal prepping and gives you excellent outlines of how to structure the timing of your meals each day. Not to mention she also gives you all kinds of ideas for recipes, which I use often! Most importantly, she checks in on how you are doing with food regularly to help keep you on track. Cindy has lots of gym equipment at her home, which is clean and very welcoming. I feel so comfortable being able to work out there without having the pressure of others watching. Cindy shows you how to use each piece of equipment properly and the correct forms to implement to work out effectively. Additionally, Cindy has shown me so many resources for accessing healthy, organic foods, healthier versions of vitamins and supplements, and wholistic healthcare professionals to take the utmost care of myself. I have never felt this good in a very long time and I can say that I truly owe it all to Cindy! If you are ever in doubt about starting your fitness journey, meet with Cindy. Fantastic experience: It is so amazing to be able to work in out place that is clean, comfortable and incredibly effective! Cindy is a magician that somehow makes you feel really good about kicking your ass. Fantastic experience: In the three months I worked with Cindy I lost over 19 pounds and 3 inches off my waist. Cindy's workouts are efficient and effective. She does not use heavy weights but targets your core muscles. Her workouts are designed for maximum effectiveness without the risk of injury. Fantastic experience: Over the past 3+ years my body started to change and expand. I was dedicated walker/runner, made good food choices (I thought), and didn’t overeat. My efforts to stop the weight gain had the opposite effect. Workout leggings and loose tops were my go-to clothing to disguise my changing body, and more importantly, comfort. I was frustrated, defeated, and didn’t like how I felt in my own skin. I had a consultation for a tummy tuck and liposuction with the hope of finding the old me. My daughter was quick to discourage surgery and encouraged me to take a healthier approach and find a personal trainer. That was me February 2024 - and then I began my journey at Full Body Fitness. Fantastic experience: To understand my journey with Cindy Sams you need to know a little bit about me and where I was at before I started my program and where I am today. Where I WAS before I started. 5 Months ago (signed up for the 5-month program). 67 years old. Size 14, edging into size 16. Overweight by around 30 lbs. At the time I started this program with Cindy I weighted from 159.8 lbs. to 160 lbs. No energy, no motivation, no confidence in myself whatsoever. My eating habits were terrible. I had high blood pressure. Was on blood pressure medicine for around 25 years. Doctor said I was border line diabetic. With all these things against me I was depressed which caused me to eat more. Never had a full-length mirror in my house because I didn’t want to see myself. Where I am NOW. After my 5-month program: 68 years old now. I’m actually in a size 6 pant and small top now. I remember going to Kohl’s to try on clothes, put on size 6 pants and small tops and I just cried. I couldn’t believe that was me in the mirror. I showed up at Cindy’s house the next day and just cried telling her about it. I now weigh 130 lbs. My energy is off the charts. I find myself more active. I’ve never been so confident in myself, can’t even remember ever feeling confident in myself. As I started losing the weight and going down in my sizes my motivation kept getting better and better. Every size I went down was so exciting. I kept buying different sizes which cost a lot of money but then Cindy said go to Goodwill until I hit my target which I started doing, what a great idea that was. About 2 to 3 months into the program I started feeling off, my blood pressure was extremely low. It was because I wasn’t needing the blood pressure medicine I was on, so the doctor is now gradually taking me off it. I went from taking 1 pill a day to a ½ a pill a day to ½ pill every other day and he says I will be totally off it soon. Wow I never thought that would happen. I am no longer border line diabetic. With all the changes I’m not depressed with myself anymore. My eating habits have changed drastically. I’m even enjoying the foods I’m eating. For a long time, I knew I needed help. I knew I wouldn’t be able to do this alone, I just wasn’t motivated enough. I’ve tried every diet out there, but nothing seemed to help. I saw a review on Cindy Sams on Next Door and decided to meet her. Once I met her, I just knew she was just what I needed. I felt that she was the type of person that would keep me focused, motivated, on target and accountable for my actions. My excuses didn’t work with her, I found out really quick that I should not be eating uncrustables LOL. She taught me how to eat healthy, exercise properly and how to stay focused and motivated. My kids are so proud of me. My friends can’t believe the change in” ME”, physically and mentally. I’m more confident in myself than I’ve ever been. My doctor is so impressed with my results, he told me this was something I should have been doing all along. Cindy, this program was a life change for me, and I could have never done it without you. I feel like I made a friend for life and I’m so very grateful. I am finally after all these years the person I’ve always wanted to be. You didn’t let me give up on myself. Fantastic experience: Signing up with Cindy at Full Body Fitness is one of the best decisions I have ever made for my health and mental well-being. I am no stranger to lifting weights as I spent a good part of my 20’s and 30’s at the gym. Fast forward to 51 and add in bad eating habits, arthritis, menopause, and lack of motivation in general, I knew I needed help. I searched the internet for personal trainers in Fishers and Cindy’s name came up. I reached out, and she called me back within minutes. We talked and I could tell right away she genuinely wants to help people transform and live a healthier life. I couldn't wait to meet her to discuss the Game Changer program. Fantastic experience: Cindy is the best! She’s super super knowledgeable in fitness and nutrition. She’s honest and straight-forward which is a MUST when it comes to health and fitness. Fantastic experience: Cindy is a lovely, friendly, charismatic person and an EXCELLENT trainer! As a petite woman looking for woman trainer who would understand my needs, I found her by chance and I am SO glad! She understood my goals and made sure I was doing EXACTLY what I needed to be doing to make progress. Every hour with her has been incredibly valuable to me. Cindy will not waste your time. She gets right down to the workouts you need to be doing, down to the exact little muscle you need to be using in every exercise. She stresses proper form and being aware of your muscles so that you get the most out of every exercise. Cindy really understands body mechanics and she will make sure you do too. I also really appreciate that she stresses eating REAL food over "diet" products. I never felt like I was depriving my body of anything with her food plan. In fact I felt more fueled than anything while my weight dropped off fast. Cindy is a gem of a personal trainer and an awesome person to know! Here's why: I've been working with Cindy for roughly two months so far, and I can honestly say that she has changed my entire life. Fantastic experience: Cindy is the BEST personal trainer around town in my opinion! She is extremely passionate in making significant changes in all of her clients! She is always there for you and wants the very best for you! Cindy takes time to listen to each of her clients, and she creates individualized plans and goals for each of them. Fantastic experience: As a male in his seventies, I had developed a lifetime of bad habits. I slept too little; I ate the wrong food at the wrong time; exercise was sporadic and either an obsession or, more often, non-existent. I knew it was in my best interest to make a lifestyle change. Fantastic experience: I just finished up a 3 month package with Cindy, and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to start or get back into a health/fitness routine. She meets you where you are in the beginning and guides you to make better choices throughout. Workouts would fly by with Cindy because I was always laughing and having fun. Cindy really knows her stuff too, she educates you on why you are doing the workouts and how to do them the correct way with a big emphasis on safety. I never felt like I was going to overdo it or get hurt like I have worried about in the past with group fitness classes and bootcamp style workouts, but I still always got a good workout in! Cindy also will take you to your own gym at the end of your package and make sure you know how to do all of the workouts comfortably without her help. This was a huge help for me to feel confident walking into a new gym.

Fantastic experience: IF you are sick and tired of being out of shape and having no energy, contact Cindy ASAP! I was referred to Cindy by my good friend who had worked out with her in March 2021. I weighed my all time high and was drinking every night. I reached out to Cindy in August 2021 and she has literally changed my life. She is so positive and encouraging. She will not tolerate self-deprecation. She has quotes all over her professional studio that keep you motivated and on track. She not only works with you with resisitence training, but she tells you what to eat and when which is SO important. She holds you accountable with monthly weighs in and measures your body fat. She will teach you proper form and exercises that don't injure your body. I am 55 and I can't do burpees and jump squats anymore. Fantastic experience: If you are looking for a total life transformation - look no further. Cindy is everything. Even at 26 years old, I feel like I have tried everything under the sun for weight loss. I was in a constant cycle of working out, hurting my back, taking time off, and then repeating. Cindy taught me how to work out the RIGHT way. My back actually will feel sore now from NOT working out. I know how to protect my back and target muscles I didn't know existed. Cindy was there for me as my trainer and an individual. I would look forward to our sessions to get her advice on things that were going on in my daily life. Fantastic experience: I contacted Cindy via phone with hesitance; Fearful of my current lifestyle. She greeted me with enthusiasm and hope. In the past, I had tried traditional weight loss/workout methods and thought I was doing okay. But something was missing. I needed a coach. I was almost too proud to seek help. Fantastic experience: Before I found Cindy, I went to a personal trainer for over a year with no results. I wanted to lose weight and in a year only lost 3 pounds. I learned nothing from this trainer about nutrition or how to safely and properly exercise on my own. I figured it was still good for me because I was exercising while I was there, right? Then I found Cindy and I have lost 25+ pounds in 3 months! She has taught me so much about exercising safely and effectively, eating properly to actually feed my body what it needs to thrive (she even takes me in the kitchen sometimes to show me how to make something so I can go home and do it myself!), and how to listen to my body to know what it needs! She made me feel comfortable right away, and always finds a way to make me laugh during my hour with her. Fantastic experience: My experience working with Cindy was GREAT!!! When I first started, she told me everything I was doing wrong in her witty way...she has a good sense of humor so I laughed though learned a lot. One of the things I appreciated most was Cindy was strengthening/conditioning my body AND my mind, hence what full body means to me. I got stronger, leaner, and became wiser along the journey. Fantastic experience: I was not necessarily looking for a trainer, I needed help with my eating more than anything. I had just turned 50, and I was sick of at how I looked and felt, even though I worked out almost every day. I came across Cindy in my search for a nutritionist, and her reviews were so great I decided to reach out to her. I'm so glad I did, she is awesome!! She is a trainer with HUGE focus on nutrition; she holds me accountable, which is exactly what I need. I have done many diets in the past, most recently weight watchers and Nutrisystem; what Cindy showed me was I was not feeding my body good, wholesome foods, I was actually starving it. She has the science to back up the information she's given me and I am seeing results!! I'm able to fit in to clothes I've not been able to wear for years and I feel great!! Fantastic experience: I first met Cindy about 10 years ago when I noticed her ad for Full-Body Fitness in one of the Fishers local magazines. I saw her picture and thought, “I want to look like that!” Muscular but still feminine, not a body-builder type look. Healthy. Energetic. My kids were really young at the time, I was working full-time and always tired. I wanted to lose about 10 pounds but also get stronger and have more energy. I’m so glad I saw that picture! Great results – I lost about 10 pounds and gained strength, energy, and confidence. Flash-forward 10 years: Once I hit 50 years old, I was still working out regularly, but not getting results like I used to. Fantastic experience: After working with Cindy for 3 months I lost 30 pounds and went from a 14 to an 8! I didn't starve and didn't flip any tires. I believe the most important evidence of the effectiveness of working with Cindy is I have lost another 8 pounds in the four weeks since my program ended and will keep going until I am at ideal weight. Unlike previous trainers and programs, working with Cindy starts with understanding correct eating ("you can't outrun the fork") and rounds it out with strength training. No gimmicks, no fads, no "name this year's program". I have seen several reviews from others and see there are a wide variety of people Cindy has worked with across genders, ages, weights, goals, and experience level. For me, I am in my early 40's, a mother of several young kids and a working professional with lots of pressure on my time. I am not afraid of a gym and I do know that vegetables are healthy and "low fat ice-cream" is not. I was athletic in my youth and understand the basics of working out and felt that I didn't have a lot to learn there. I was looking for accountability. I wanted someone to take away my decision making for a few weeks or months so I could get on the right path. I knew drive-thru was bad, but I just couldn't care enough to quit. I was getting to my heaviest ever weight and needed to turn it around. I didn't want a traditional gym trainer. I didn't need someone to show me a machine and walk around with me for an hour. I needed someone to talk about food first and exercise second and hold me accountable outside of our 60 minutes together. I didn't need to go to a class and sweat so much I have to shower again before going back to work. (And I hate cardio.) I needed results that could last and weren't going to result in a yo-yo diet. I wanted to change, but I didn't have the motivation to stick with anything I had tried the previous year. I kept gaining weight and I knew it couldn't continue. I never expected to have the amazing results I did working with Cindy. I thought I would get back to a size 10 like I had before kids. I never dreamed that I would develop the right patterns, habits, knowledge, form, and technique that would have a lasting impact. My arms and legs are looking toned (can't wait for tank top season!), I have a waist, my posture is improved, and I feel better over all. Here are my top reasons to recommend Full-Body Fitness and working out with Cindy * Effective strength training program without (or barely) breaking a sweat -- I had to go straight to work afterwards in a business professional environment and with just a quick freshening up I was ready to go. I had better results in this program with the right form and technique and without the unnecessary pain from doing it wrong or too hard. * Learn to eat healthy with almost no "rules". -- It doesn't take an app with 100's of do's and don'ts. Adopt smart eating habits that can be sustained. (I lost my weight over Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas and didn't feel like I suffered or was deprived at all.) * Learn the technique to take it with you. -- Use equipment and free weights that can be found anywhere. Nothing special and unique where you will only get results during an extreme boot camp or hanging from ropes from the ceiling. All great if you need a distraction, but Cindy's program is for the ages.

Fantastic experience: If gyms overwhelm you or you feel like you don't know where to start, or what machines to use, get at least a 3-month package with Cindy. I needed to first and foremost get into a routine and with that program, I had the accountability and coach to teach me correct form and exercises, all within a smaller, more personable setting - with all the equipment I needed. Cindy has a great personality and really emphasizes how you can get fit, while keeping it simple and not overcomplicating the process. By the end of our package, she came to my own gym to get me acquainted with similar equipment, and offered up different exercises for the equipment I didn't have access to. She checks your progress with measurements, has food guides and the best prices for personal training in town. You'll use free weights, machines and do a bit of cardio. You'll be sore the next day, and I promise you will be able to walk, unlike other crazy intense workouts :)

Fantastic experience: After retiring from the Army in 2017, I told myself I was done running...my knees and back were shot after 31 years of service. Earlier this year, I had gained about 20lbs extra pounds and I was just wasn’t feeling healthy. I didn’t feel good and I knew I had to do something about it. It was time. I didn’t want to join a gym and I had heard some horror stories from folks who had hired trainers from their gyms and they were not happy. Fantastic experience: I was looking for a personal trainer in Fishers when I found Cindy - I'm so happy I did. I've had trainers in the past where you tell them the body part you want to work on and they only focus on that for an hour. You end up sore and not wanting to work out for a week which defeats the purpose. Cindy is not like that. She focuses on the whole body. We work to strengthen the core and on muscles that I didn't even know I had! She listens to my concerns with my medical history and adapts exercises for my needs. Seeing a significant difference in my muscle tone and losing ten pounds in the first month, has definitely kept me motivated! Cindy is great. She is patient and loves what she does and that shows.

Fantastic experience: I started working with Cindy to build muscle (eventual goal to lose weight) and a change in lifestyle. She not only taught me to build muscle; she helped with nutrition, was patient with me, taught me how to keep going after I leave her, encouraged me and helped pick me up when I stumbled. The current result is a lose of 45lbs, 10% body fat, 22" and the skills to go and do on my own! Within the first week of meeting Cindy I had a gameplan of what to eat and I immediately could feel the change with my body. The most impactful learning moments for me were the mind and muscle connection (I had no idea I could control MY body like that). Throughout the five month journey I continued to learn and my body grew stronger. I had ups and downs in my cardio and nutrition - part of my goal with the longer commitment was to help me through the times I fail and give up, something to push me to keep going. Cindy kept me accountable - yes she asks how it is going and I confessed. Instead of dwelling on what was going bad she helped remind me of choices I should make, reminding me of what is trying to be achieved. Cindy also worked with me to make sure I had a plan for when I leave, even making sure to think through with me what I can achieve with the equipment I have and showing me other ways to work my muscle if I didn't have the exact equipment that she has (showing me she really knows her stuff). Fantastic experience: Being a teenager, It has always been hard to be motivated to get into fitness but with Cindy she has fully changed the game for me. Cindy is a kind, compassionate, funny, and AMAZING person! Every workout I am excited to put the effort in. No it hasn't been easy, but Cindy makes the one on one special. She does not sit there and just watch you do it, she shows you how to do it, making suggestions as you go along. Yes, most days she does kick your butt but you get so much out of it! Her way is not a "fast fix" it is a lifestyle change, for the better. I can tell you I am NEVER going back to my lifestyle before. Fantastic experience: Cindy is amazing! She's always upbeat and encouraging, and makes working out fun. She's an expert on exercise and nutrition and is always explaining the "why" behind everything. She's also very caring; I was not able to complete my initial program with her due to some health issues and she frequently checked in with me to see how I was. I'm back now doing a reboot with her and loving it. She knows how to get results, and she makes sure her clients do as well. I highly recommend her.

Fantastic experience: FBF got me from a size 16 down to an 8. Cindy Sams knows what she is doing and there is no wasted movement or effort in her studio. I am so glad I invested the time and money and prioritized myself to get to my goal. Don't waste your money or time at other gyms or with other trainers (FBF is still a better cost than others).....you won't get the same 1:1, individualized training that you get with Cindy. Give her a try....you WONT be sorry. Your new healthy, slimmer body and mind with thank you.

Fantastic experience: Cindy is a fantastic personal trainer that really knows what she's doing. I've worked with personal trainers in the past that either only cared for checking their phones or just told me what to do, but didn't care about how to do it right. Cindy is all about form over function: Do it right, every time! If you can't do it right, maybe the load is too high? She will be there in a jiffy to correct you so that you don't injure yourself and instead get the most out of your workout. If you don't get results, then you're not listening to her! I am recommending her highly!

Fantastic experience: I can't say enough about Cindy Sams. I was looking for someone who would be tough and motivating as a trainer but not so "in your face" that I was too intimidated to continue. Cindy more than delivered. She was a trainer, nutritionist, cheerleader, therapist, and friend. She was always encouraging and helped me work through whatever I was struggling with...because she'd been where I was and had an understanding that many other trainers I looked at just couldn't offer. Getting fit is so much more than just doing cardio and lifting weights and Cindy gets that. If you want to make a lifestyle change and you need help, Cindy will not disappoint.

Fantastic experience: I found Cindy through her website after years of ignoring my physical health and as a woman in my 50's, I had had enough. I worked with Cindy for 4 months and my results have exceeded any expectations I had. Cindy is warm, fun to work with and knows when to push. Initially, I dreaded getting an injury - especially in my lower back. As time went by, Cindy allayed my fears with her expertise, professionalism and encouragement. Fantastic experience: My journey with Cindy began when I knew that I needed to really learn how to strength train in a way that fits my unique needs and that is sustainable for the long haul. Not to mention, I wanted to learn proper form as my physical therapist encouraged. I tend to work best in collaboration with someone to help me stay focused and motivated. Cindy was the perfect fit or all of this. She immediately tuned into my specific needs. She actually listened. This wasn't going through the motions. She taught me how to connect my mind with my muscles and stay present in sessions. She encouraged me emotionally when I struggled with the ebb and flow of life. Her reminders and inspiration was as good for my heart as it was my body. I tuned in and toned up and came out feeling stronger both inside and out. Cindy is a skilled professional. Fantastic experience: I came to Cindy for help to understand how to lift weights not necessarily lose weight. It was intimidating going to a gym with so much equipment and not knowing what to do. Training in her home really helped and then she came to my gym to be sure I was good with their equipment. she's motivating and makes it simple. Fantastic experience: I hired Cindy in November of 2017 after my wife and I decided to divorce after 24 years. I told Cindy that I needed her to get me into a "more marketable" physical condition. And what a great choice she has been. Cindy not only realized what I wanted to do physically, but she also knew I needed to rebuild my confidence and shed some of the emotional baggage I'd been carrying. I have never been a "gym rat", so working with Cindy in her home has been perfect for me. I actually enjoy going! I have seen excellent results, losing lots of weight and gaining strength and confidence. But it's not only because of the workouts. From day one Cindy discussed nutrition, and not only what to eat, but when to eat it. Every once in a while Cindy will send me a text as a friendly reminder to stay on track. Fantastic experience: Envy got me to Cindy! Are you ready for a complete transformation...body, mind & spirit? I watched my friend who was working with Cindy morph into a toned, defined beauty AND I wanted what she had! So, I signed up for a 12 week session. 3 times a week, I was met with a smile, positivity, encouragement and both a funny and knowledgeable trainer. I learned that even though I had been an active workout girl, there was a whole new world I was missing. Cindy helped me understand what I had heard, but not implemented when it came to healthy eating. Portions and Protein became my friend. I had never lifted a weight or used a weight machine. That wasn't me...UNTIL I met Cindy. Oh my goodness! Don't be intimidated by weights or machines ever again. I have a strong core, arms, and legs. I actually have definition - YES I have dimples in the right places! I lost weight, but more importantly Cindy taught me that toned bodies are the best bodies. Fantastic experience: I am so glad I got help from Cindy to teach me HOW to finally lose weight. She taught me how to properly do strength training, what to eat and how to do cardio. And it worked! It's taken me longer than I wanted to get the weight off but I did not give up. So far, I've lost 30 lbs in 18 months. I am working on losing the last 10 lbs and I'll reach my goal. Yeah! Fantastic experience: I had admired Cindy for several years through her Facebook page. Finally, I decided to meet Cindy and learn from her wisdom. Cindy helped me to start working out. I am 56 and wanted to be healthier and hoping that one of the rewards would be to lose weight. Since training with Cindy, I've joined a gym and am now working out 3 times a week. Fantastic experience: I have been working out for 40 years doing cardio. It has been a great way to maintain my body weight and obviously is part of my life. However, when you get older, you need more than cardio!!! You need weight training!!! Fantastic experience: I started working out with Cindy in 2008. Before then, I had never been athletic and was totally clueless in the gym. With her help I lost 40+lbs and kept it off (even after my 3rd pregnancy!) She gave the the instruction and motivation I needed to do it on my own. Fantastic experience: Cindy helped me lose 55lbs. in 5 months after the birth of my 5th child at age 43. I came away looking slim, lean and with feminine muscles - the best I think I have ever looked! She also taught me how to keep up the results at the gym near my house.
