First I was evaluated, followed by x-rays, cold lazer, adjustment, PT, education, stretches etc… He really cares, loves what he does, and is very friendly. He really goes out of his way. I recently went in for lower back pain and his adjustment and advice is already helping. He's very, gentle, knowledgeable and even takes the time to explain why and where he will adjust. Cynthia, who runs the front office is great too! She's friendly, funny and very welcoming. Such a wonderful office and I'm glad I found them.

Negative experience: This man should be put out of business. Several years ago I was in a car accident and I went to Dr. Stafford for treatment of my injuries. I saw him several times where he "adjusted" me and stuck some electrodes onto my back that hurt tremendously (to the extent that once I even had to tell him to turn it down). I hadn't realized how bad he was making me feel - worse than before I saw him - until he was out of the office one day because his wife was giving birth and the replacement chiropractor who adjusted me that day made me feel a gazillion times better than I'd ever felt. I tried to get that replacement chiropractor's name and contact information, but Dr. Stafford literally started screaming at me in his refusal. In the end, I had to ditch Stafford Chiropractic and find a new doctor (who actually did heal me) on my own. Rod E. Stafford, D.C., should loose his license for his shady business practices.

Negative experience: I went to Stafford Chiropractic for a relatively minor pain in my right arm. Not only my pain persists, he used an archaic hammer technique which has severely damaged my left shoulder and I am in excruciating pain after the third treatment. What's worse is that the doctor didn't even bother to return my repeated calls! Extremely disappointed and never going back.

Fantastic experience: The office is pleasant and welcoming and efficiently run with very short wait times. Dr Stafford is competent knowledgeable and up-to-date with current Technologies to solve your issues. He explores more ways to help his patients resolve their painful issues. I currently am going under a new technology called s o f t w v e which stimulates your own stem cells to help you heal and resolve pain. It has been truly a blessing for my issues. And yes Medicare is an option as well as other insurance plans and some things are simply out of pocket because insurance is don't cover it yet. I have found his prices to be reasonable and competitive for alternative Therapies.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Rod Stafford really knows his stuff! After taking care of my sprained ankle with the RICE method, it still felt off/misaligned. I mentioned this to Dr. Stafford and he worked his magic and realigned my ankle. This has truly expedited my recovery and I finally feel like it's healing properly.

Fantastic experience: I've been having back pains for yrs. I tried many different doctors and none of them could fix my problem. Until my husband found Dr Stafford, and honestly he is the best chiropractor I've have seen, the only one who truly understood where my issues where coming from. He really knows his stuff. I'm still in treatment, but feeling 90% better than when I started. His treatments have been great for me, with fast positive outcomes. Totally recommended!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Stafford has been the only one who was able to adjust my back so I could function again. I went to Kaiser physical therapy and to another chiropractor and multiple massage treatments after I strained by back... I was hobbling around with limited movement and sharp pains in my back for 7 months. Only Dr. Stafford knew what to do, I was 80% better after the first visit and 100% after 4... a master in his science. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Dr Stafford since 2010. He is Amazing and gets right to your healing needs. The staff is Great at following up and making sure you are doing OK. I Highly Recommend seeing Dr Stafford for minor or major spine issues. Honest and Caring.

Negative experience: I took my mom who was visiting from other country. I paid them in full for 8 sittings. They randomly change your appointment time to accommodate other new customers as my mom cant speak english. They did not really care about communicating. I was told we will be getting a mould and X-rays at the end of treatment and nothing was given. This place does not treat all people alike.

Fantastic experience: I have gone to a chiropractor on the East Coast for years. I threw my back out a few weeks before traveling to California and by the time I got to California with luggage I could barely walk or sit up without significant pain. After 3 sessions with Dr. Stafford I felt better than I had in a long time. We are going to do 3 more sessions to see if he can loosen up my hips and the rest of my back. They worked with my insurance company and the cost is very reasonable. Dr. Stafford knows what he is doing and is the best chiropractor I have worked with on the last 30 years!!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Stafford has been amazing. He was recommended by a friend. Scheduling is quick and easy. They even reach out the day before as a reminder. He is friendly and professional. It is easy to communicate issues and concerns about your body to him even if you dont know exactly what's going on. He even gave me some stretches and movements to help me at home. I feel better and better each visit.

Negative experience: I was referred to Mr. Stafford through my Kaiser HMO, stating i was covered for 30 adjustments per yer with my copay of $15 and the rest covered by Kaiser. I went in for my initial adjustment and exam and Mr. Stafford was nice as can be. Upon my second visit, I was presented with all the extra "fluff" options that are not covered by my insurance. I politely declined the excess options as I just wanted the adjustments performed. I was told by the receptionist that Mr. Stafford did not perform Adjustment-only services. I was then rudely asked to leave the business and I was not even given the adjustment that they made the appointment for. Rude staff and they don't even stand by the services they claim to offer!
