Fantastic experience: Sick of overpriced coffee shops & fast food that leave you feeling sluggish. Looking for a healthier option with great taste. Well I definitely was. Uptown Hub is the perfect place to get refueled & replenished. Their Herbalife based shakes, teas, protein coffee, cookies, brookies & protien pops is exactly what i was looking. Fantastic experience: I have been trying to lose and maintain a healthy weight and lifestyle for years. I finally found something that’s works for me. I drink tasty protein shakes and healthy teas that I purchase at Uptown Hub. I love the staff and love hanging out at The Hub. Since using their products, I’ve lost 31 pounds. I also enjoy socializing with other customers who come to The Hub. If you are looking for a heathy way to lose weight and gain muscle, please go to The Hub and talk to Nate or any of his staff. They all are super knowledgeable and love to share their personal stories about weight loss. “Two shakes a day, keeps the weight away”

Fantastic experience: I was taken here by a coworker and not only was I pleased to be able to get a variety of healthy protein teas and shakes the service as well as the taste of the shakes are AWESOME! I’m always happy when I’m ale to stop in.

Fantastic experience: They working miracles over in Uptown Hub!! Me and my wife weren't feeling well and Nate recommended the Immunity Tea, man it was like night and day after the first sip! Not only was it seriously the best tasting teas we've ever had (My wife hates tea btw) but it instantly made our symptoms subside and had us feeling whole and energized. Only my second time going her but I can tell the people here don't just want your money but care for others and want to see you to experience the freedom of a healthy temple. We definitely will be back for more!

Negative experience: I came in today at 9:15am, ready to get my day started off right before hitting the road out of town. I didn’t have time to last trip and was excited that I could this trip. This is my go-to spot whenever my schedule allows and I always have a great experience. Today is first and only day I have walked into Uptown Hub and felt uncomfortable or unwelcome. I brought in a card one of the coaches gave me awhile back for $3 off and didn’t know it was for your first visit only, which is totally fine and no big deal, but the way she went about addressing it… was just uncomfortable, but I brushed it off. Then, I started to order and the way she asked for my number in the middle of me speaking , or how she addressed me asking about the new signs, like her whole attitude was just off putting. I am used to Valerie and the Other guy who works there being so friendly, welcoming, personable, patient and informative, kind and cheerful that I felt as if I shouldn’t continue ordering. Brushed it off again and went to look at the snacks per usual, but not before asking about the winners for the July challenge… It felt like tug of war and my end wasn’t even pulling.. my app didn’t have the updated winners last night but it still had June and then she was like it’s up there, it’s been up there, well it’s not on the app, it’s on instagram and I was like I don’t have that but I just hoped they would put it up since the last ones were up throughout the challenge and she was like oh, nooo it’ll be a long time before it’s in the app.. That brings me to my drinks. I didn’t realize that I got a smaller tea and needed to ask for a mega tea, which is fine, no biggie but I was just like did these get smaller and she was like no, and I was like oh ok I just thought it was bigger and she was like you didn’t ask for a mega tea, oh ok and as I am walking out the door, she’s like you need to ask for a mega tea and I’m like okay. I’ve had teas and shakes from here and I’ve never had one not taste good or have the person look happy while making it. I felt as if I was bothering her by coming in this morning, and for that.. I apologize. I tried Hype Nutrition yesterday with my husband and as two Muslim individuals we felt very welcomed and comfortable. I’m not saying I won’t come back to Uptown Hub, but I would like to know what days or times to avoid this type of interaction again. I can’t imagine bringing my husband into a place I am excited about and being treated like this. Would have broke my heart.

Fantastic experience: The owner was friendly and helped me go through the steps to pick my flavors. I had to pick a tea first, then a shake flavor. They were both delicious!

Fantastic experience: Ok.. so I was a skeptic at first.. but Nate invited me in so I went. I’m telling you what- this was the best decision I have made in years. After trying every diet plan and gym activity I was exhausted and defeated. After a couple conversations with Nate- I started the plan and with the great shakes and knowledge it seems easy to find the right pathway to success- BUT a the most amazing part of the journey is the incredible support and encouragement from Nate. He did not sell me a product. He has taught me how to use this as a tool and life long tool at that- his check ins, uplifting tips and total a passion about seeing the success of his customer prove you are not just his customer but a friend- his enthusiasm and consistent positivity is infectious and I encourage anyone that is stuck, or looking for a change to START HERE!! Negative experience: This is just a Herbalife store. And the employee at the counter kept trying to high-five me. In this post-pandemic environment and everything! There were only a couple people in the place and the staff was trying to get them to sign up for the Pyramid Scheme called Herbalife as ‘coaches’, ie. Social media distributors of protein powder. I felt high pressure, and the donut that came with the shake I had considered made me rethink how badly I wanted type-II diabetes. Will not return and do not recommend.

Fantastic experience: Yay! It’s my year of being a member and man do I feel awesome! When I first started coming here I needed a lot of guidance on how to properly give myself the fuel I needed to perform the best in the gym and life. Thanks to Nate’s welcoming personality I instantly felt like I had a new support system in place! I shredded lots of tummy weight since I started here and I can say the hub played a part in my journey! Also if your not on a fitness journey they also got some damn good shakes to enjoy just because ! So treat yourself!

Fantastic experience: Always enjoy gking to this place..employees are very knowledgable and extremely helpful.

Negative experience: Grateful that they have a place like this. They don’t have regular flavored aloe and have flavors they have remind me of the taste of alcoholic shot. My shake/ aloe/ tea was $17!!!!!! Usually $8/10 . But I was not told that the mermaid tea was so much more then regular and it isn’t listed on the board. I also Wasn’t told my total until I asked. Disappointed because I love Shake places /-:
