Fantastic experience: Staff and Drs are amazing. Made my process so easy and fast. They did all the paper work and getting INS approval for my surgery. Only took 3 months to get my surgery. Had to go to a neutrition class and one more at hospital but was so easy and so worth it. Lost fast, but no problems with alot of extra lose skin, aging appearance or hair loss since was taking biotin and multi vitamins, and the collogen lotion, available at Walmart helped tremendously alot. Had gastric sleeve in October of 2020. I'm 5.1 starting weight 217 my goal was 145, as of yesterday I'm down to 138lbs. Used lots of collagen lotion, walked, I still have cravings and eat what I chose but in small amounts and still losing, shouldn't say but would probably be about 120 if I drank more water as suggested and not so much of my addiction... Cokes lol. Trying to slow it down a little since I passed my intended goal. UPDATE... as of 09/20 passed my goal of 135-140. Current weight 129.8

I struggled after my surgery and he was so patient with me. Morgan is amazing! Always helpful when I ask tons of questions. I highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Waters is hands down the best doctor I have ever had. I know he is always going to have my best interest. I never filled rushed when I see him and honestly he seems like a really smart friend that I can tell what's going on with me.

Fantastic experience: From day one, Dr. Blaney has been upfront and told me what I would need to do to reach goal weight. Everything he has said has been accurate and has happened. Chelsea Mimbs is the definition of customer service. She presented me the plan to get to surgery and then has gone the extra mile to show how much she cares. HW 539 lbs SW 489 lbs CW 315 lbs GW 250 lbs which should be achieved in summer of 2020 which is exactly what Dr. Blaney told me on my first visit in June 2018. I would recommend these fine folks to anyone that needs weight loss surgery!

Fantastic experience: Outstanding Doctor, The staff is amazing. The number one Nurse is Tashima Millie,best nurse I’ve seen in a long time. When I had a question or concerns she didn’t need any assistance from anyone else very independent and Knew why I was asking and what needed hands down. The Best!

Fantastic experience: I have been through a lot over the past year trying to get the surgery with my insurance. I was ready to give up on the hole thing when they called and said they wouldn't pay for the surgery here in Dublin Georgia but thanks to Chelsea Adams and the rest of the crew there told me to hang in there so I did and they finally got the ok to do it the 16th in Augusta on the 17th it was hectic but they never gave up. Fantastic experience: I began my journey with this AMAZING group in Feb 2018. The entire team stayed by my side during every step to get approval for my bypass. I absolutely love that we (patients) have access to support at all times with a variety of ways to reach out. I have lost over 100lb, am off all meds, and can finally live my live healthy and active! Thank you Dr. Jacome, Chelsea, Morgan, and the rest of the team! You gave me my life back!

Fantastic experience: Dr Kolbie has been treating me for the past month & a half. I truly appreciate his genuine concern for my health and well being. Definitely the BEST doctor there at the Medical Center that i have personally been seen by compared to others that i refuse to be treated by again there. It was my first time being there at Fairview as a patient I recommend them to any one here in the surrounding counties. Thank everyone from the receptionist when I first entered the facility, down to the Doctor, Aides, to Radiologist, it was very pleasant stay for the day I was there. I have been to this office a couple times but this visit was by far the best. I never felt rushed or anything. Thank you Dr Craft and his nurses I really appreciate your help. A family member was asking me just yesterday about a good doctor in the area and I referred her to definitely go see DR CRAFT!

Fantastic experience: My husband and I were treated with respect. Our nurse was very knowledgeable and took time with us. Dr Williamson was wonderful. He explained our medication and health needs to us in a way we could understand. He showed compassion and care. We did not feel rushed through our visit. We will recommend this facility to our family and friends.

Fantastic experience: I've been going to the Medical Center for many years. I wouldn't go any where else. Dr Tate and his staff are great. I've had lab work, xrays, ultra sound done in the same building. Once in awhile the wait time was a little long. Anyone looking for Primary Care Dr. Tate is your man! I would give 10 stars if I could!

Fantastic experience: My experience at the Medical Center and with Dr. Kolbie and his nursing staff was very impressive. From the receptionist to the staff I was very satisfied with the services/treatment I received and will be using Dr. Kolbie and the Medical Center in the future.

Fantastic experience: Can always get appointments (or use urgent care)within 1-2 days. Seldom wait more than 5 minutes. Follow up for labs is very promp ( have received lab results in mail the next day!). Wouldn't use any other facility!

Fantastic experience: Good service with follow up. Some delay in calling prescriptions in to pharmacy.

Negative experience: Dr. Klobie nurse lied and said my prescription was sent to my pharmacy.... After waiting a whole day I found out it wasn't then call back and the receptionist said I was being rude.... After being in pain for a week I see this was the last place I needed to go.... The Dr and nurse both looked at me crazy when i tried to describe my symptoms..... Just rude unorganized people wish I went somewhere or got another doctor they seem like they are just there to get a check and not there for the care of people... Just sad

Negative experience: Just not being treated with the respect a patient should be treated with...

Negative experience: If I could get less than one star I would. I would love to pay them the money I owe them, but I can't THEY SOLD MY DEPT!!! Which will cause many more problems then they already have in the future for me. Thanks Guys! Word of advise: If you don't have the money right there to pay them you should probably not go to them.
