Krystal Miller was my nurse practitioner and I was extremely impressed. She took the time to go above and beyond just normal procedures for an annual checkup. She recommended a follow up appointment and she took over 40 mins with me to go over all my lab results, answering every question and concern I raised. Negative experience: Went to get my hormones checked, they said I was too young. Put me on meds. I had a follow up appointment over the phone. They forgot about me, called me an hour later and was nice enough to say “they won’t charge me” and never followed up again. Just go somewhere else.

Fantastic experience: This is where I go when anything with my health comes up. I have taken my 12 year old daughter to be seen and she felt very comfortable as well. Crystal so personable and takes her time with you to make you feel comfortable. Kristin has been very helpful with my nutrition during and after pregnancy. Kristen’s genetic test gave me a lot of insight and helped me understand my body. It’s darling inside and that’s the icing on the cake.

She recently caught a nodule that I have on my thyroid that I never would have known about it she wouldn’t have been so thorough. Fantastic experience: Okay listen, I cannot say enough good things about Crystal Miller! I came to her after about a year of being brushed off by other doctors for some debilitating symptoms. She immediately suspected pcos and ordered tests for it, and scheduled a follow up appointment regardless of my results so that if it didn’t end up being pcos (it was) we could keep trying to figure out what was wrong with me. She is SO personable and knowledgeable and will work with whatever route you want to take (meds, homeopathic, etc). She doesn’t want to just fix your problem and send you off, she wants to help heal your whole person. Most importantly, she BELIEVES WOMEN when they say something is wrong and doesn’t try to brush it off as anxiety or whatever other bs excuses other providers like to give.

Negative experience: I recently had a wellness check-up due to experiencing multiple fainting spells, but unfortunately, I left with more questions than answers. Despite undergoing numerous tests, none of my concerns were addressed during the visit. When I called to follow up and get clarification, I found it difficult to reach the doctor. The assistant I spoke with was not very helpful and informed me that the doctor would call me back today. However, it is now almost 5 PM, and I was told this around 11 AM. (Update: I was never calked back) Instead of offering further assistance, the assistant insisted I book another appointment just to have my questions answered. My doctor was Melissa Duke

Negative experience: Beware! I sent my daughter in, trusting this practice would take good care of her. The provider wouldn't listen to anything she had to say and insisted on doing a pregnancy test even though my daughter protested that couldn't be the problem. She came home completely frustrated that they wouldn't listen to her at all. We sent her to a different practice where they gave her completely different treatment and care. But now I am stuck with, effectually, a $150 bill for a pregnancy test. The office manager won't work with us and says he can't do anything about the bill. Be careful if you choose to come here. You don't know what you will get.

Negative experience: My visit was supposed to be a wellness check at my first visit. I was told all new patients had to go through the wellness check. So during the visit I talked about my health concerns. After 20 minutes or so, someone opened the door and reminded Crystal to see next patient. In a few minutes, she told me that this was not wellness check, which is supposed to be 45 minutes. She said my visit was scheduled for 30 minutes and she was not going to charge me a wellness visit, but only charged me for a visit. At that point, I was pleased with Crystal as she listened and also gave a few advice. However, it showed on my insurance that they charged me over $300. I had previously asked how much it costs for a wellness check, and I was told $125. So I contacted them. Haven sent me emails refused to talk about actual situation. He said the provider determined the CPT code is correct. However, the CPT code they submitted to my insurance is 99205, which typical Time Length: 60 – 74 Minutes. I don't think it's proper. It's so funny that they claimed that it is based on the extent of the concerns covered in the visit. I wasn't not checked by Crystal like annual wellness visit, e.g. listen to heart, check mouth, ears, stomach as routine physical. I mainly went through my health history as a new patient and Crystal just mainly listened and responded with some suggestions. Due to only 30 minutes, it didn't even go through my lab results. I have wellness check as well as sickness check in the past, and I know what I talked about is not beyond any of my wellness check or sick visit. As matter of fact, the least extent. And my insurance was billed most. Crystal's assistant called me because I asked some questions and I mentioned my situation. She said she'll talk to Crystal and get back to me, and she never did. Instead, after an hour, Haven emailed me that he suggested me to seek different doctors. I was hopeful that this clinic is for women, but they just over charge people. I guess if you have a good insurance to cover the cost, you may not care. But I had talked to the owner before my visit about the cost. I was told a little over $100 and Haven told me it's $125. Is it logical that 45 min visit is low $100, and my $30 min visit was charged over $300 without any examination? I'm very frustrated and disappointed with this clinic and provider.

Negative experience: Decided to try this practice after struggling with weight gain and hormonal health postpartum. I was treated by Dr. Smith. At first I was hopeful. Unfortunately there was very little listening. I was prescribed antidepressants and she ordered labs for me. When results came back, her assistant left me a voicemail saying everything was normal and maybe I should try walking for 30 minutes a day. This was after explaining to her I had been tracking food and attending workout classes 4-5 days a week. Disappointing to be dismissed by female doctors. So I have left and am seeking services elsewhere.

Negative experience: I hate to post anything negative because Dr. Smith is truly a lovely person, nevertheless, I have decided to leave her practice. I had a few experiences that gave me pause about the quality of care I was receiving. The most recent instance was actually a pretty major misdiagnosis with the provider who is covering for Dr. Smith while she is out on parental leave, not Dr. Smith herself. However, enough is enough and I’m confident that I can find a doctor with more expertise elsewhere.
