From the moment I stepped in the door I was greeted by the owner, Marlene, with warmth and professionalism. The atmosphere was calming and serene. The massage itself was fabulous. I opted for a deep tissue with Thaddeus who was fantastic. After briefly discussing with me where I wanted him to focus, he kindly helped me remove my jewelry. The massage pressure was just right and I left refreshed and relaxed. I highly recommend the whole experience. I’ll definitely be back!!

The business also has a signature scent that is to die for- you will walk out with a soap or candle because it is so captivating. Cant wait to return!

I booked a 60 minute massage with hot stones (usually can get an appointment same day) and I truly felt so relaxed afterwards. Dalton is my go to massage therapist. 10/10 recommend! Very professional, kind, and I always leave feeling so much better. The front desk staff is immensely welcoming and always offers hot tea or water as soon as you walk in. I couldn't imagine going anywhere else for a massage, especially for the reasonable prices here! They also offer facials and other services that are worthy of checking out as well.

Fantastic experience: The best massage I’ve ever gotten, and don’t take that lightly because as an athlete I get them often. Dejan was amazing. You can’t go wrong with any of the staff though. Marlene provides the best customer service, the amenities are clean and relaxing, there’s soft music playing throughout your massage with no loud distractions, you can opt to heat the table, and you can add CBD oil, etc. Worth every penny!

My massage therapist Dejan did a great job! I felt relaxed the entire time and left feeling rejuvenated. Would recommend to anyone traveling to Pacific Beach.

Negative experience: Went in for a tension-relief massage with the “deep tissue” modifier. My masseuse barely touched my back, the primary reason I went, which she would know if she asked me any questions about my reason for coming in or any injuries I had etc. but she asked no questions at all, did whatever she was going to do anyway, and honestly, it wasn’t very thorough or enjoyable. Save your money.

Fantastic experience: I had a deep tissue massage with Dejan and it was amazing. I haven't had a deep tissue massage before and I told him that and I told him areas to focus and he did a great job. The whole thing was very relaxing. Sometimes male therapists make me feel a little uncomfortable, but he was very respectful and I felt very comfortable with him.

The atmosphere was very relaxing and welcoming once inside. I'll just say that my session with Mie was about the best massage as I have ever had - she released all the soreness and tension, especially in my neck and back (as well as legs). I highly recommend Healing Arts and Wellness.

Fantastic experience: I booked an hour long session for my wife with Jen and myself with Thaddeus. I was very pleased with how professional and thoughtful Thaddeus was, he ensured I was comfortable and did a wonderful job helping me relax throughout my massage. The place can be easy to miss if you aren't looking for the door, it's right around the corner from Dave's Hot Chicken. We decided to park at the pay lot ($3 an hour) instead of finding street parking. Overall the experience was wonderful and we are excited to come back again for another massage. I'd recommend booking online, it was easy to see the availability of all their massage therapists.

Fantastic experience: I found Healing Arts online on Thursday night around 9 PM. After reviewing their prices and reviews, I sent an email asking about an appointment for Friday the next day. It said to expect a 48 hour wait before a reply, so I figured I'd just call in the morning. I received a reply in 10 minutes from Nancy, amazing! She related that she had a noon appointment for me if needed, but she would check in the morning for something earlier. Great service and customer relations right there! I kept the noon appointment for my wife with Brett. It's PB, so parking is a little rough, but expected during the summer, no fault of Healing Arts though. My wife arrived and was taken back quickly. I arrived after parking and was taken to a relaxation room to wait instead of having to wait in the lobby, again, great customer service. She came out of her 90 minute swedish/deep tissue massage able to move her neck and turn her head again, a bit sore, but not pain like before. Brett did an amazing job, and we will definitely be going back. Nancy is amazing and very focused on giving the best to her clients. And though it's on Cass and Garnet in PB, it's very secluded once inside and you lose yourself very quickly. Can I give 10 stars?? thanks nancy and brett, we'll be back!

Positive experience: Got a 1 hour therapeutic massage, in the middle of a work day. Honestly, with the atmosphere and music, felt like some divine vacation. Looking forward to going again! Friendly and welcoming staff!

Fantastic experience: My boyfriend and I went here for a massage on the last day of our vacation and it was the best massage we have ever had! Not too expensive (Cheaper than trying to get a massage in Washington) and awesome customer service. Seriously the best massages we have ever gotten!

Negative experience: I scheduled a deep tissue massage with Jen. She asked me about areas to focus on. I communicated this to her and was surprised at the end of the massage that she had not yet touched them. She then spent a few minutes trying to address the problems I went in for unsatisfactorily. Problems returned within an hour. It was a waste of time and money. The owner of this business contacted me and wanted to hear about my experience. She actively listened to my issues and offered to make things right with the services of another therapist,Dalton at no additional charge. I just returned from a treatment with Dalton and am very pleased with the results. I appreciate the response and follow up.

From the outside on the street you would never know how serene and calming it is on the inside. The prices are also very fair! Treat yourself to a massage and/or other service there you will be happy you did!

Fantastic experience: I had an AMAZING deep tissue massage today with Josef! His technique was perfect, deep enough to really work on my muscles and be more than just relaxing, but not so much that it was extremely painful. He also incorporated other healing techniques into the practice which was a cool learning experience for me. I've also had massages from Brett, he's fantastic as well! Both are great for those that work out hard and need someone who knows how to work with athletes.

Negative experience: I did not appreciate my experience here. I got burns from the hot stone massage when I went a month ago. The masseuse asked if the stones were too hot and multiple times I told her they WERE and she did not adjust the heat. I literally had marks when I left and I feel foolish for allowing myself to be injured when I was paying to relax. Side note: We had a couples massage (I don't recommend-- the tables faced away from each other and it was not intimate at all)

Fantastic experience: First time in San Diego and discovered a hidden gem for massage. Relaxing, rejuvenation, and centering. Will come back again and recommend other to experience a professional upscale holistic center. Five star plus.

Negative experience: Boring! At least I didn't pay $100 for a massage I didn't like. I was actually bored during the massage. There were no "ahhhs", no "ooo's", no drool on the floor and massage oil in my hair. I don't think I'll be going back.

Negative experience: This place is clearly out for one thing - a quick buck. Poor service = no return customers. I canceled a massage 23 hours in advance and they attempted to charge my credit card $40. They also canceled a gift certificate in my name. So I scheduled a massage, didn't get it, was charged $40, and had my $40 gift certificate deemed worthless.
