Fantastic experience: Contacted Mike about getting me some powerbars to help supplement the meals we were skipping for the food control. He not only did sell me what I asked for, he educated me on how energy bars are constructed and when is the best time to use them. The information wasn’t needed, but he took the time to explain what they did to my body and how it affects me. Five Stars ALL DAY for the knowledge Mike has, the cleanliness of the store, and the excellence of service.

Fantastic experience: Very pleased with my new pre workout and protein! Great flavors, and the owner was very helpful and knowledgeable about helping me with my selection.

Negative experience: Normally I buy online but I ran out of preworkout so i thought i would give this plsce a try. Went once and got home and it was as hard as a rock.

Fantastic experience: I went into the shop to buy more protein powder and met Mike. It's rare in my experience to find reliable resources in the fitness world. Espeicially ones that are geared toward education— but that seems to be Mike's perspective. Aiming to help and inform more than to sell a certain thing. I plan to be back to try out the in body machine and see what I can improve about my own routines. Also, I'm not sure people realize this nutrishop is under new onwership. Apparently the previous owner was, shall we say.. cut from a different cloth.
