Positive experience: I've had varying experiences here over the years. For the last year they have been better staffed, which was my main complaint before. I really like the bike repair guy, he's very friendly and helpful.

Positive experience: Overall did a great job fixing our bikes. However the lack of communication between employees at the bike shop was sub par leading to frustration on when are our bikes would be done and parts not being ordered in a timely manner.

Fantastic experience: Down in Wichita Falls for work and was looking to replace my used up running shoes. I had a great experience, the employee was very knowledgeable and clearly passionate about endurance sports. She spent considerable time helping me get the right pair of shoes while balancing the needs of other patrons. Was a very good experience

Negative experience: I recently visited Endurance House in Wichita Falls with high expectations, having heard about their foot mapping with treadmill service. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing from start to finish. I felt unwelcomed and invalidated. I explained to the sales lady with glasses that my new Hoka Bondi shoes (bought online from the Hoka website) were causing pain by digging into my arch. I tried to explain that my foot was spilling over the sides of the shoe .She interrupted me and brushed off my concerns, stating she had heard the same complaints about Hokas over 30 times and insisted that it is normal for your feet to spill over the sides and that I needed to keep the Hokas and "break them in." She asked me a few questions but wouldn't let me finish my sentences but I was finally able to explain that discomfort after just a few steps is a clear sign that the shoe isn't right for me and that I would like to purchase something else. Her demeanor became increasingly rude, and it was obvious she was annoyed that I didn't take her advice. I tried the OnCloud Cloudmonster, which felt great immediately. While I was sitting down discussing the shoes with my boyfriend, she asked three times if there was anything she could help with or if we had any questions, with a tone of impatience each time. I let her know I was deciding and to give me a moment. I was only in the store for about 15 minutes. I do not understand why she was so impatient. She obviously did not want us there. I knew I wanted the OnClouds; however, due to the poor customer service, I decided to take my business elsewhere. As a healthcare worker, I know the importance of good footwear. All my coworkers wear Hokas, and I wish the Hokas worked, but they didn’t work for me. With proper fit and sizing, many shoes will feel comfortable right out of the box, The break-in period, if needed, should be relatively minor. If you find a shoe will need “breaking in” or somebody tells you that, especially this somebody sells this shoe to you - think about that and do not buy it.

Fantastic experience: I went in for a helmet for my abnormally large dome, and the one-size-fits-most options at the big box stores just don't fit. I was immediately helped and shown a few different choices, and the people helping me were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. I got a great helmet that fits perfectly at a very reasonable price. As a casual rider, I was a little intimidated about going into a place that also caters to serious athletes, but now I know I shouldn't have been. I'll be going here first for my riding needs.

Negative experience: Endurance House stocks some OOFOS. I love OOFOS because I have peripheral neuropathy in my feet and they help my problem a lot. I needed a pair of shoes ordered and I paid for them and the lady who I thought was a manager told me they would be ordered that day or the next and would call me when they were in. Two weeks later I called them and asked if they had came in and he said yes with no hesitation, but he said the manager wanted to talk to me. He said she was in the bathroom at the moment, so he took my number and said she would call me right back. I never got called back. I decided to stop by and pick up my shoes, it was 11:15 am. When I pulled in I noticed a lady that looked like she was just coming to work with a tall cup of coffee in her hand as she entered Endurance house. I went in and didn’t see her there. I asked to pick up my shoes and they said that they didn’t come in and the manager wanted to talk to me but was busy. Someone else came up to me and said they were not ordered yet because the OOFOS order wasn’t ready yet to send in. Lies, lies, lies. Where was the manager? I asked for my money back and left! I’m headed to the shoe store at the Mall, they carry OOFOS too!

I believe there was a miscommunication with our employee telling you the shoes were ordered. I was the gentlemen next to you when you came in. There was never a LIE told to you. There was a mishap in ordering of shoes, that was correct. The gentlemen that answered your phone call stated the manager would call you explaining the details. The manager came in later that day and I let her know we refunded you the money. Not sure this warrantied a 1 star review since we immediately refunded you your money when we realized there was a mishap. Hope you will give us another try. Thanks Mark

Fantastic experience: Cassandra helped me this morning on what kind of shoe I needed. I'm 23 weeks pregnant and needed more support. She was so thorough in explaining each shoe, went over pros and cons, and even what I could be feeling after getting use to the shoes. I went with the HOKA MACH. Very comfortable! I have purchased shoes here before and wouldn't go anywhere else. They even have a treadmill to analyze your walk to better understand your walk/run to determine the best shoe for you. I felt valued and not rushed to purchase. If I could give 10 stars I would.

Fantastic experience: We were staying at Lake Arrowhead State Park for a family trip. I got a flat on trail during our last day at Copper Breaks State Park, so I was really hoping I'd find a place to diagnose and repair. Negative experience: For an authorized Specialized dealer, they did not know what a Fuse is. I went in looking for a Fuse, and I was asked what is that. I responded with Specialized. Then they asked if it's road or mountain. I do not recommend Endurance House when they don't know their brand they are dealing. They are an absolute joke for a bicycle shop. I will never do business with them when they don't know their brand. They are more of a hangout than anything else

Fantastic experience: Endurance House is my go to bicycle store when I am in Wichita Falls. The entire staff is friendly and welcoming. The store is always neat and orderly. The selection and variety of products is great. Cassandra is the member I have dealt with most of my visits. I recently bought a product and she knew plenty about it for me to make an educated buy. I visited their booth during the HHH at the MPEC and they did not disappoint. The technicians give great advice and recommendations and are always willing to have a look at my bicycle. Mrs. Nanette is also super helpful and engages in meaningful conversation. Thank you all so much! You have earned a customer for life with the service and attention I have received.

Fantastic experience: I went into Endurance House this morning to look at running shoes. A young lady named Cassandra helped me by bringing out several pairs of shoes, she measured my foot for arch and length, and was just overall EXTREMELY helpful. I would highly recommend anyone going here to purchase their shoes! And again, "hats off" to Cassandra for outstanding customer service!

Fantastic experience: Great place to get running and waking shoes. Took video of my feet as I was running on a treadmill which showed my ankles rolled inward. New Hokas shoes corrected the problem and are so comfortable. Thank you, Monica! You were very helpful!

Fantastic experience: As I was preparing for an evening ride, I had trouble with my tubeless tire. Not wanting to miss the ride, I rushed to Endurance House! Max was quick to check out the problem and she and John repaired the tire immediately and I was able to make the ride! Thank you not only to John and Max for their help today, but to Josh who made sure I was being helped and to Diana and Shawn for their patience and help every time I’m in the store. Always excellent customer service!

Fantastic experience: Love, love, LOVE! As new residents of Texas and now retired, we needed help setting up our 5 year old Trek bikes for our comfort and activity level. Fantastic experience: I just left a local store and spent 45 minutes looking for particular shoes. I couldn’t find color or styles and couldn’t get help from the associates. My wife told me about Endurance House and I drove to their location. The associate met me at the door and immediately helped me get fitted for the right shoe for my feet. I have no arch and other podiatry problems, but they took the time to get me exactly what I needed for comfort and style. Took less than 15 minutes. I am highly recommending any serious tennis shoe wearer that is needing the right shoe for comfort etc. to come shop at the Endurance House . Ric D. Rosalez

Negative experience: Would not recommend this place because when I took my bike in there to get sent off to get fixed. I had a few things that I needed to get taken off so the bike mechanic proceeded to break my chain as well as cut the brake wires off. So now I need to get a new chain after I just purchased that one and he did not take the time to take the wires off properly, instead he just cut them. When I went to get my bike shipped I was under the impression that I was getting my bike shipped that day so I went to get all the materials I needed to ship it off. Instead this mechanic insisted to keep my bike there and ship it off the next day. The next day rolls around and my bike was still not shipped. I tried calling multiple times to see if it was shipped and was told that it was not and the reason I called back is because they said they would call me when it was done but that never happened. The communication of this company is not very good and communication is everything

Zack,this is Mark Pinson, the owner who worked with you for weeks while you decided on what you wanted to do with frame. When dissembling bikes for carbon repair, they must be torn down. Chain had bent links, probably from wreck, it had to be cut off. That's the only way it could be done. I personally waited weeks, talking to you about frame options and other options. I'm sorry we didn't get your bike out the same day, as mechanic also walked you through how to do some of it yourself. Also, we were right in middle of bike frenzy and a national panademic. We thought we were doing you a favor by showing you how to disassemble it yourself. I hope getting your broken frame and fork fixed and reassembling bike goes smoother next time.

Fantastic experience: Purchased two pairs of riding gloves, one pair for myself and one pair for my wife Mary. Also, purchased a pair of non-slip sunglasses for my wife to use while riding her bike. The staff members were friendly and very helpful. If I were currently in the search for a new bike, Endurance House has many wonderful bikes including Specialized, Trek, and even saw a beautiful Bianchi. Definitely, I will be back for additional shopping. ‍♀️

Negative experience: Not happy with my experience here, I definitely felt out of place and not welcomed. I was looking for a specific shoe which they had, however the sales rep explained this shoe is not good for me to buy as it is only for people that run... I never told him what I needed the shoes for, he just assumed (based off my weight I’m assuming) that I didn’t run. I figure if you are willing to spend $150+ on a pair of shoes who the heck cares what I do with them... Ironically, I do run and definitely won’t be back there, online it is -plus their prices where much higher. Two thumbs down!

We do this by putting customer on treadmill to get a video of you walking or running. From the video we decide what type of shoe that best fits your body. The Hoka carbon is a great shoe but can only work on certain gaits. We would love for you to give us another chance to get you in the perfect shoe.

Negative experience: Not very happy with product. 130.00 shoes should last over 2 months. They are already coming apart. I sent 2 people to go get shoes there. I have to say I am sorry to Endurance because after my review the manager called me and I was really impressed that he cared enough to call. They took care of me and they gave wonderful customer service. Thank you so much for caring about your people.

Fantastic experience: Endurance House was unbelievably nice to this out-of-towner who just needed an afternoon ride. Fitted me up on a nice new road bike, put my pedals on and directed me to the trail (which is right outside their door). These folks are truly generous, very knowledgable and want people to ride. The other bike shop in town would not even talk to me about riding unless I was buying. I recommend Endurance House.

Fantastic experience: I am extremely satisfied with my experience at the Endurance House. After I experienced my first flat, Bryce (sp?) recommended I bring in both tires so he could visually inspect them and provide me with a recommendation whether I should purchase new rubber all around or just repair the flat. Although they were extremely busy with prepping cycles for the Hotter-than-Hell, he stopped his current task, inspected the tires, recommended to repair only the flat, and repaired it immediately. I appreciated that he took the ~15 minutes to address my needs despite being very busy. I found Bryce and the entire staff to be very friendly and professional - 5 stars!

Positive experience: I needed to have my bike primed up to train for the Hotter'n Hell 100. It was in storage for 3 years so I called them to see how long it'd take to have it race-ready. I called on a Friday morning at 0900 and they said it'd be done by the end of the day. They said they'd call me when it was ready -- I never got a call. Tuesday rolls around and I call them to see if it was done -- it wasn't. I said ok CALL ME WHEN ITS READY, PLEASE. Friday rolls around and I call the manager to explain the situation. She told me the bike was actually ready to go since Tuesday and it was ready for pick up but I NEVER GOT THE CALL. I was pretty livid with the manager and she was understanding. 5 minutes after I got off the phone the mechanic calls me back and was pissed off because I spoke with the manager. He gave me excuses and didn't offer anything to compensate for the lack of service they were supposed to provide. So instead of being a 1 day turnaround, it took an entire week and I never got a call from them at any time with updates or a courtesy call when the bike was finished. A coworker of mine experienced the SAME EXACT THING so it is now a trend and needs to be corrected. I won't be going back until I hear that they've fixed their issues.
