Fantastic experience: This is such an amazing gym! It has everything you need for those in the beginning of their fitness program and those who are serious and dedicated in their training. The environment is friendly and inviting, and it’s wonderful having 24/7 access. The fitness community in this gym helped me when I was in a new town, and needing friends + fitness.

Fantastic experience: I travel to WA for a few weeks every month at for work and I still keep a full time membership at Bodyshop Fitness. Why? It has 24 hour access so I don’t need to worry about ever missing a workout due to the gym being closed. The Arsenal equipment is incredible. It has a great atmosphere that motivates you to push even harder, and the fellow members are always willing to spot you or work in on a machine if asked. The big gym chains don’t stack up to Bodyshop Fitness. I wish I could take this gym back home with me when I leave, and I always look forward to coming back to WA for another workout at Bodyshop.

Fantastic experience: I have been working out at BodyShop in Bothell for several years. The vibe is great. The trainers are amazing. The owner is fantastic and personable. The equipment is exceptional and well maintained. I highly recommend it.

Fantastic experience: Short: Incredible local, small gym with everything you need to better your mental and physical body! With plenty of positive and inspiring people around you! Gym: Bothell Body Shop is an excellent small gym with a big gym environment! I go during the low hours 9am-3pm and there’s usually between 5-10 people there which I love! After 5 it gets more busy and I like to mind to myself. The gym itself has every machine I could need and some extra, I’m not a body builder but you don’t need to be to work there! The gym is clean and I see them cleaning it often during the hours I go! I’ve seen negative reviews about “dogs running around interrupting workouts”! That’s a little weird to me, I’d rather people bring their dogs in than leave em in the car or home alone, those comments have to be from non dog loving people cause having dogs in the gym can only bring excitement and positive energy! If there’s ever an “accident” it’s cleaned up immediately but for the most part all the dogs I’ve interacted with are friendly and fun to have around! Environment/Staff : Lots of local trainers walking around and the owner and management are very helpful and inviting! On my first day (over two years ago when I was very new to gyms in general) and man walked up to me and corrected my form, now you can choose to take that as someone acting like a know it all or tryna to correct you to be rude (that’s a you problem) I took it as a thank you because I could have hurt myself doing the form I was doing! I received constant help from members and pick up workouts watching the trainers/owner(Jeff) and management working out for themselves! The environment is inspiring, some absolute units are here and all are way more friendly than it may seem! They really do want to help, I keep to myself mostly as mentioned but I feel totally comfortable working out here and reaching out for help when I need it! Thank you Bothell Body Shop for creating a positive, fun and safe environment to better myself!

Fantastic experience: I’m a big fan of BSF! I appreciate that it’s open all hours, and has all the necessary equipment for building an amazing physique. The Owners and staff are awesome genuine people. I really enjoy Booty Shop and Posing led by Danielle. Really awesome gym community overall!

Especially my personal trainer & manager Dave, is not only friendly but goes above and beyond to create a welcoming atmosphere. Fantastic experience: Great spot for dedicated bodybuilders

Negative experience: I really wanted to love this gym. I have been going 5-6 times a week for the last 5 or 6 months. I recently had a negative interaction with the GM when I was bringing a guest into the gym. I was unaware that my guest had to sign in at the front desk every time (my friend signed the waiver the first time he came with me) and none of the other employees ever informed me that was a requirement. Instead of taking the opportunity to politely inform me of the policy, the GM was rather disrespectful in his manner of correction. I understand that it is an insurance liability issue, but as a regular member, it is very disappointing to be told that my membership "doesn't matter" to my face, in front of my guest. I gave the gym 2 stars, only for the fact that I liked the physical gym and equipment itself. I do not intend to renew my membership when it expires.

Negative experience: While the selection of equipment is ok, nothing special to other gyms, the attitude of the management is horrible. If you get past that then you have a chance to lay on stretching mats that are filthy. Maybe you can also have the random dog running around while trying to workout or just 2 treadmills which may or may not be working. For the same money... go down the road a little and meet nicer people.

Positive experience: Great gym, awesome equipment, great price, awesome culture. I had a great time working out here and would use this gym again if I ever moved back to the area. They lose the fifth star because they use a fairly shady billing company and I had a very hard time cancelling my membership and was even charged for an extra month that I can't even use.

Negative experience: I became a member of this gym in March, and at first, the environment seemed very supportive, friendly and welcoming to me. The equipment is fantastic and geared towards bodybuilding which I love. Everything was great here. I especially loved how this gym was one where you are allowed to have your shirt off during your workout. Fast forward to April, and I received a call from one of the managers telling me ‘because of multiple accusations of improper behavior’ that I was not allowed back. When I asked what these accusations were, he would not tell me what I was being accused of. After having my Dad call and ask them what was going on, (keep in mind I’m Nearly 19 and a fully capable adult), we found out 3 separate members (2 girls and one guy) had issues with me that I was completely unaware of. None of these individuals complained about anything directly to me when I had spoke to them. The guy had an issue with the fact I asked him for help with my technique on an exercise, and the two girls complained that I spoke to them while shirtless. All things that no member should be removed from a gym for. Unfortunately, the management has shown great lack of care to my situation, and seemingly is more concerned with keeping members on payroll than maintaining an upstanding and truthful community, like they claim to do. Still to this day, 1.5 weeks after writing a very professional email detailing my side of things, I have yet to receive a reply from the gym or a refund for the month of April. I am beyond disappointed with the management and I would not recommend going to this gym.

Fantastic experience: This is a dope gym. I've been to quite a few being a former competitor. Staff are always friendly, the atmosphere is pretty chill and they allow doggos. What's not to love right

Negative experience: "You can check out but you can never leave..." I put my membership on hold in the fall of 2021 for COVID reasons after things started to open up again but I still wasn't going to the gym because not enough people there were masking. In April 2022 they reactivated it and started billing me again even though I haven't been to the gym for over 6 months. I called to cancel, and they referred me to to a third party account management company laughed and said, "good luck with that...". They have outsourced their account management to a third party company that refuses to accept cancellation requests. They continued to bill me despite my attempts to cancel so I had the credit card charges reversed by my credit card company. Eventually they sold the debt to a collection agency (what a hassle). This gym acts very shady to people who cancel... don't check in unless you never plan to leave. ***In response to the owner*** I was a member (in good standing) for longer than my initial contract. (so that excuse is no good, the contract was expired). I also intentionally DID NOT put my membership on hold for over 12 months (during the initial COVID outbreak) because I wanted to support local small business even though I wasn't going to the gym at that time. Being treated like this after I had been so nice to this gym is ***SHADY***. ***ADVICE TO ANY PROSPECTIVE MEMBERS*** (find the spot in the contract which will let you terminate your contract at the gym's front desk, otherwise they will nickel and dime your cancellation attempt to a 3rd party company (remote) that will make it AS HARD AS POSSIBLE to cancel).

Fantastic experience: Best environment by far you can find for a good workout. If you really are into lifting, here you will feel like home.

Fantastic experience: 24 hour access. All the equipment you could need in your every-day gym activities or bodybuilding training. Not a huge place, but it's also not crowded with people. Multiple squat racks and benches, so you're rarely ever waiting for these types of things. First gym I've been to in 20 years of training where the "average person at the gym" has an above average and impressive physique that's sure to get you motivated!

Fantastic experience: My husband and I went in to check out the gym and were greeted by Jeff and we couldn’t have felt more welcome and at home. His hospitality was very refreshing and appreciated. The gym is clean and equipment is maintained and in great condition. Everything is tidy and put back for the next member to use. This gym exudes “professional”. The caliper of members there are top notch and goes to show how this gym is run. We just joined today and are very much looking forward to what lies ahead with our new gym family.

The gyms staff are friendly and ready to answer any of your questions or help with any need. The owner Jeff is the key to the gyms success. Negative experience: Not transparent Billing and over billing their clients. Not one person will cancel your membership in house or at the gym... so you call the newly revealed auto manager phone number to auto service which also will not cancel your gym membership. Then they tried to pack on another charge on my card. Stolen 2-3 mo or charges... Likely you people being over billed will have a class action lawsuit eventually and or have to dispute with your bank direct. Good luck take care Bodyshop and stop being sneaky and borderline stealing when its clear you don't have to as evidenced by the owners constantly getting new gear, clothes, cars and fancy lifestyles

Fantastic experience: We have multiple gym memberships, but this gym is hands down my favorite place to lift. A quality gym is beyond just the equipment. Body Shop Fitness has an atmosphere that motivates you, it’s clean, family friendly, and the staff makes you feel welcome no matter what your level of fitness. There’s been added equipment since the grand opening and even tanning is available now… that tells me that the owner cares and wants to cater to the members! Thanks Body Shop!!

Negative experience: This gym does NOT enforce the state mandate for mask usage. No one here wears masks or keeps a safe distance. If you wish to get sick or someone you know sick, then this is the place for you.

Negative experience: Be wary of the membership costs and contract. Everything financial is done through a 3rd party service and is a borderline scam. Initially when I signed up I was offered two options, pay month to month of $44.16 or have 3 months free and begin to pay $44.16 while being put into a year contract. I picked month to month since I was concerned everything might get shut down again. I called the gym and they directed me to a third party number. I then called the number and had to deal with a robot in order to get to a person. Once I got ahold of a person, they gave me a agreement code and told me to email them. I then exchanged several emails and was told I either had to pay a $120 dollar cancel fee or pay the rest of my month to month membership costs for the next two months of my year long membership (which I never signed up for a year long contract, but the 3rd party business had a "policy" that said I had to pay). I chose the cheaper option. I was then instructed to go to another separate business, make an account and cancel the membership on that website only to find that the button to cancel the auto-renewal wasn't there. So I sent one last email and they finally ended my "annual contract auto-renewal" for me. Pros: -Owners are nice -Open 24/7 -Dogs can be there -Good music -2 Squat racks, 2 benches, 3 treadmills, 2 bikes, 3 stairs, and a wide array of fitness items Cons: -Sketchy contract and cancellation -Kids run around and play on equipment -Sometimes cleaned bathroom -Can be cliquey -Small gym -Can be very crowded -1 shower

Positive experience: I think it's a great place. But please be aware of cancellation policy to your contact. I had not a good experience with them on this. Hope it helps.

Fantastic experience: I can say with a high level of confidence that you will walk into the Best gym in the PNW when you come to The Body Shop. All equipment is high quality Arsenal Pieces and will give you a real workout. The atmosphere here is next level and so welcoming. If you don't find yourself family here it would be hard to believe. The owner is just a great dude and everyone in the gym wants to and is willing to help anyone lookin to reach they're every goal. Come to Body Shop and see for yourself and you will not be dissapointed.

Positive experience: Not a single person was wearing a mask in the middle of a pandemic. Very few people were cleaning the equipment. The manager wasn’t wearing a mask himself and didn’t seem to care. This was by far the sketchiest experience I’ve had during COVID I felt uncomfortable lifting in this environment and it was hard to get in the zone and enjoy my workout

Fantastic experience: New member at this gym, so far everything is AMAZING. Its super clean, all the equipment is brand new & works, and everyone is so nice. What more could you want?!

Fantastic experience: Body shop quickly became a home away from home for me since opening over a year ago. I drive past several gyms closer to where I live just because the atmosphere, equipment, and vibe is unmatched. I've met lifelong friends, made great connections, and made major strides in my fitness goals here. As a professional bodybuilder its important to me to have a positive and motivating environment to train in, and bodyshop has created and cultivated that since the very beginning. The owner Jeff and anyone who works/helps out there is always extremely nice and accommodating, and the fact that they allow and encourage (well-behaved) dogs is the cherry on top. Love body shop and can't wait to see more locations pop up in the future!!

Fantastic experience: The best gym with the best equipment for those working on real goals. Smaller community gym and not the average global gym hang out on the gym equipment. A gym if you have questions and want to excel in your overall health performance the people are there for you. Machines in here that aren’t anywhere else within 100 miles. 24 hour access and low price compared to global sheep gathering gyms. Trainers who aren’t just ones that took a test actually continuing to progress there careers and knowledge. The owner is an awesome guy. This is truly a people’s gym. Those leaving bad reviews are just people being Karen’s.

Fantastic experience: Jeff runs a seriously awesome gym. Outfitted top to bottom with Arsenal Strength equipment (look it up). The gym has everything you need to get after it, plus the atmosphere/culture is super close knit. Wish he would open a BodyShop up in Snohomish next (hint hint).

Fantastic experience: This gym was the life saver I needed when facilities just started opening back up. I was more than willing do driver over 30 minutes on way to get in my workout. Great facility, clean equipment, and such a positive atmosphere. I will say that due to its popularity it can get quite busy but even still I really enjoyed the facility. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: This is an amazing new find in bothell! The owner of the gym (Jeff) is awesome and has a lot of experience and has set up a small, but efficient gym. Some may see the size and think that it is "too small" but he has specifically chosen machines and laid them out so that you can get the best workout. The prices of the membership are really good and it isn't too far off the highway so it's easy to get to.

Fantastic experience: Bodyshop Fitness (@bodyshopfitnessllc on IG) just had their Grand opening today and so, as someone who loves to check out new facilities, there was no question about whether or not we were going to drive down. An hour and a half later and we arrived in Bothell and started our workout! The staff was super helpful and friendly, the facility was pretty much spotless. Almost all the equipment is by Arsenal Strength with the exception of the Westside Barbell Athletic Platform, some Rogue bars, and some Texas Bars. On that note, every olympic bar in the facility was made by Texas Strength, which I love. The two Rogue bars were a Hex bar and a SSB. They really didn't spare any expense with this facility. I only wish that it was closer for me so that I could go there on a regular basis. 10/10 would recommend to the Bodybuilder in your life.
