Fantastic experience: Join Gunny’s a couple a years ago and even when I am not regular, program really works!! So far 45lbs, because I learned how to manage my meals, 30 mins really can change your life. I gained strength and confidence. Gunny and the staff know who you are, always checking and your progress. Totally recommended.

Fantastic experience: Gunny González is a person who genuinely wants to help people become the best version of themselves. When I first joined GUNNY'S Bootcamp about 6 years ago, he took me under his wing and taught me how to live a healthy lifestyle. I learned how to lose weight while still eating almost everything. I followed his program and lost 85 pounds. His program works, I can attest to it. Give GUNNY'S Bootcamp a try! You won't regret it.

Fantastic experience: The 22 day challenge has been great! I have several past injuries so I have to use modifications. The staff are always close by to assist, correct and encourage. I love that their workouts are 30 minutes which is great for me and my busy schedule.

Fantastic experience: I've been training at Gunny's for about a month now, so my fitness level has not increased dramatically, but it has been steadily improving. I notice differences in my body and how my clothes fit, even though the number on the scale hasn't changed much. If you're interested in seeing positive changes in your body, I highly recommend enrolling. Trainers create really effective workouts for only 30 minutes!

Fantastic experience: Gunny's Boot Camp has the best instructors who help modify your workout as needed. I was so worried of working out at all due to my lower back injuried, but Gunny assured me I would be okay. I am so grateful of being understood and safely pushed past my comfort zone while looking out for my injury. I am able to workout without discomfort or pain to my lower back!! I highly recommend Gunny's Boot Camp!!!

Fantastic experience: It’s a great program. It’s intense but trust me you won’t regret it. Results right away, instructors motivate you a lot and won’t make you feel less. Won’t pressure you to do more than what you can’t do. Again it’s intense but the feeling of accomplishment it’s so rewarding, everyday gets better! Great program again, highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: Went into the program a little hesitant at first, but by the second day I started adapting and changed my mind and attitude about it. Coaches are Ahh-mazing and are a HUGE motivation to me. They push you just enough to want to do an extra set and another. Great place and Awesome atmosphere. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: joined Gunny’s bootcamp back in 2017. I decided join the program after having my second child and needing to lose the pregnancy weight. I instantly fell in love with the program and saw amazing results. Recently, I decided to go a bit further and enroll in the Personal Training program. I immediately saw results in just about two weeks. The trainers are awesome and I love the support and commitment they provide to their clients. I highly recommend this gym!
