Wee Care Pediatrics

Positive experience: Even though we got dismissed for choosing not to vaccinate (which is why I give 4 stars, our current administration is actively investigating and re-analyzing vaccines and finding a lot of issues, I find it reasonable to pause vaccine requirements until it’s clear that they’re safe or reformulated if necessary), this clinic and everyone that works in it are the nicest, most genuine pediatric workers I’ve ever met. We were politely asked to find a new pedi, we didn’t get a lecture and I didn’t feel judged, they always answered my questions, we were welcomed to come back if we chose to vaccinate and they still completed my son’s 2m wellness check. If you’re okay with vaccinating, I recommend them 5 stars.

Fantastic experience: We had a wonderful experience at Wee Care! The staff was friendly, the wait times were short, the office was welcoming, and the pediatrician took great care of our child. Highly recommend!

Negative experience: This place is terrible, but it’s to be expected being that it’s government dr. I’ve had to reschedule a few appointments the day of due to uncontrollable events and they told us we could no longer be a patient there because they were considered no-show appointments.

Fantastic experience: They are very easy to to get an appointment with and they do everything they can to help with everyone needs ! I love this pediatrics office!

Fantastic experience: The staff here is warm and welcoming, and our visits are always efficient and quick. We were seen promptly, and the entire process was smooth and well-organized. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend them!

Fantastic experience: I love the doctor office for my kids because they always know what they are doing the don't give me misleading information about my kids and they always listen to my concerns about my kids

Negative experience: They care more about reviews and ratings than their patients. I left a bad review 2yr ago after being forgotten in a room and the Doctors left. Now after every visit they call and ask me about my visit and if I will remove the bad review....I no longer have access to that account. Today a week after my kids last sick visit they call and ask again about the review, never once did they ask how the kids were feeling. We will be finding a new doctor.

Fantastic experience: We switched here from another place and it has been absolutely amazing! I highly recommend them. Great staff and amazing doctors! They listen to all of your concerns and are very thorough!

Negative experience: Very unprofessional you never see the same doctor the staff let's you know it's to close to there break if your in the waiting room you have to leave then come back for a single mother if running one minute late turn around you will not be accepted when this clinic first open it was smaller staff more personal after receiving so much business...it's more like just a business I need more when dealing with my kids pediatrician..I do not recommend this place at all!

Fantastic experience: I’m a retired RN and occasionally take my grandteens for scheduled checkups, treatments, physicals etc. The entire staff is always friendly and professional; The facility is always neat and clean. I highly recommend this clinic!

Negative experience: Dr. Suh and her nursing staff are AWESOME! Office manager, Melissa on the other hand could use a class or two on customer service. There is no need to be rude when calling about a past due balance, especially a small one that I'm being notified of for the first time, a year after the visit!

They always send a reminder through text when your appointment is also a friendly call. I absolutely love this clinic! Fantastic experience: LOVE THIS PLACE. All the staff was so patient with the kiddos. Surprisingly not all pediatric offices are like that. Dr. Barnard was so helpful and informative. The lady administrating the shots comforted my kiddos. Nurse Keke was lovely! She made my oldest son feel so proud of himself. Again, these ladies have ten kinds of patience! The actually seem to love and enjoy the kids. 10/10 for me. So glad I chose this office.

Fantastic experience: We switched from another pediatrician to wee care, and it was the best decision we could have ever made in the care of the kids. Dr. Suh and the entire staff go above and beyond in the care for their patients from the smallest issues to the largest issues, always listens to concerns and questions and includes you in the treatment plan. If you want a team that cares and goes above and beyond and doesn't stop until answers are give then you want to switch to wee care.

Fantastic experience: I love Wee Care Pediatrics! We've tried 3 pediatricians in the area, and this office is by far the best. Dr. Suh. Melissa is awesome, the office is really clean, and its easy to make an appointment. The best part is the short wait times and we don't have to wait all day!

Negative experience: Dr. Suh is very knowledgeable and patient. Spends the time to answer all questions and never feel rushed. The staff is kind and helpful. Wait time to be seen is very short! --Updated review--From 5 stars to 1. Sad really. Thought I had found a great place to take my daughter for a long time. Been going for almost 2 years. The last few visits were terrible. And the last two no physical exam done, no fluoride treatment given even though she was due for one at her last visit. No discussions about her development. No questions of if she is doing this or that. Asking how she was handling things that had been issues. Started to feel very uncared for.

Fantastic experience: We are new to the area. I read the reviews before me and they were awesome reviews. I decided to check it out and they are outstanding. Very friendly staff and not a long wait at all. I really have to speak on Melissa. She is amazing. When I say amazing. I call and give my first name and she already knows who I am and what children I'm calling for. Did I mention we just started going there!! How AMAZING is that. Gives you an at home feeling. Dr. Suh is also very thorough with amazing nurses.

Fantastic experience: I took my 2 year old daughter for an emergency sick visit. The staff got us in quickly and Dr Suh was very thorough. She went over everything with me and answered all my questions. I felt very taken care of here. I will be returning with all my other kids. The office is also very nice and new. Highly recommend!

The doctor is very helpful and took her time to explain and educate me about my son’s condition. No other doctor has ever taken out time to do that for me. I’m so grateful I’ve found this pediatric clinic. Everything was perfect! The basket at the front desk has little scrolls that pertain encouraging words and scriptures. A gesture that small made a world of a difference. This clinic and its staff is simply amazing!

Fantastic experience: I went to Dr. Suh with my 4 year old for his shots. The office is new and super clean. She's accepting new patients. I was able to schedule an appointment the same day I called. I highly recommend Dr. Suh. She answered all my questions. The best part, no wait!!! Love that.
