Negative experience: I have been a patient of Dr. Rogers for about 5 years now but since my last visit a couple of days ago, I will not be returning. I called to schedule my yearly check up. I informed the front desk staff that I had new insurance. She informed me that she wasn’t sure if Dr. Rogers participated with this particular plan so I should call to confirm. I let her know that I would not have signed up if I hadn’t already checked to make sure she was on it. She assured me that it would probably be ok and if there was an issue that since I was an existing patient, they would work something out. I called the insurance again just to be safe and it was a go. I fasted because I knew I was getting bloodwork done and I also left work early. I got to my appointment and was brought back to the room. A nurse had me fill out a questionnaire about depression and as I waited to see Dr. Rogers the front staff came back into the room. She told me that unfortunately they did not take my insurance and that I can either be a cash patient or go elsewhere. She apologized and left me sitting there. I was shocked…sitting there feeling so frustrated and humiliated. I started crying and with no other option and feeling like they were all waiting for me to just leave, I grabbed my folder of questions for the doctor that day and left. It was horrible. I did ask before I left if she would work with me like they had said and all the front lady could say was “no, sorry” Very unprofessional and extremely disrespectful. I get not being part of an insurance as I work in healthcare but this situation was handled horribly and it’s a shame because I have truly always liked going here but now I can honestly say that I will never return and would never recommend anyone to go there especially if you are seeking an honest, loyal and respectful relationship with your physician.

Negative experience: This review breaks my heart to write. Rogers has been my family’s primary doctor for over 20 years. She’s always been attentive and willing to help anytime I was sick. Hence, the rating not being a one star. Over the past couple of years, I have been attending therapy weekly. I came to Dr Roger’s for a referral regarding mental health (my current psychiatrist is not a fit) and I had given her a run down of my mental health journey. I was able to get a referral from her. Unfortunately, at the end of our six minute phone call, I had a few additional questions about faxing the referral and such, and she completely ignored the questions. She said “you can stop by and pick up the referral.” Which, is lovely, but I’m at college 5 hours away, so I need it to be faxed, which I asked, and she ignored. She pushed me off the phone and hung up. I didn’t even get a chance to say bye. Granted, I know they have shorter hours on Saturday but if I could get the fax sent over, I’m thinking I could get the appointment set up today. I called the office back and got the voicemail that they are closed. Absolutely pushed me off the phone to get off work. If you’re sick, she’s WONDERFUL. If you have concerns about mental health, ABSOLUTELY stay away, even if it’s just for a referral. As someone who already feels uncomfortable seeking help for mental health, I will never again use Roger’s, even for my primary. As someone who is a “family doctor” I should feel comfortable discussing ALL health related issues. To get pushed off, I will never feel comfortable discussing things with her again. I will be finding a new primary doctor and will no longer go out of my way to see her when I am home for school breaks.

She listens carefully, answers questions and always put the welfare of her patients first. The patient experience and engagement are second to none. I highly recommend Dr. Rogers to be your primary care physician.
Negative experience: Would not recommend this place unless you'd like to be ignored and have to call a million times to get your medications filled and even then you have to explain yourself over and over again ! Staff don't care about the clients and it's sad to see ! Not to mention the attitude the give you after you're rightly upset over how many times things have been messed up.

Negative experience: Terrible Doctor, a doctor I won’t wish nor recommend to anyone. If you don’t want a death wish please stay away from the Doctor/ facility. She has no human compassion, very money focused. She yelled at me because I asked her for a medical note that will excuse me from work and that will allow me recover from my injury. On top of that she told me she was done with me and she don’t care if I looked for another doctor. She shouted at me like I was a kid and literally treated me like trash. I will never come here again. I am on my way to find another doctor who truly cares about my health and wellbeing

Negative experience: I wish I could give more stars because this office has the absolute best physicians assistant working here, Emily, but this office as a whole is completely unorganized and unprofessional. Today was the final straw with this place. In the approximate 1 year I have been a patient here I have had multiple issues with the front desk staff. Anywhere from breaking hippa rules and regulations, to giving me incorrect test results, to having an appointment that they were not even open for and most recently waiting almost 2 weeks to get an order for a test at the hospital. I have mentioned, along with my husband our concerns to Emily and I do think they were addressed because since then I have been rudely treated by the front desk staff. They may be going off my unpleasant vibes but they need to understand that this can not be tolerated in a medical setting. I have been tolerant of this because i really, really like Emily and have had nothing but positive experences WITH HER but this is people's health youvare dealing with! I'm not going there to get botox and all of the other med spa treatments. If they want to only focus on that, then take family practice off your information. I work in this direct area and have been referring many people to Emily, all with the disclaimer that the staff is not great BUT my referrals will stop as Emily is leaving and by the lack of responses to other numerous negative reviews here and on other sites, with complaints of similar issues I now see that the these issues will never change.

Negative experience: I was trying really hard not to have to make the decision to go elsewhere. I was prescribed medication needing pre authorization in the fall. After no word from the pharmacy I reached out to the office and they said they would look into it. No one ever returned my call so each time I called they would tell me the same thing, the person who handles that is not in she will call you back. With the holidays I stopped calling and in February I was told I now needed to see the doctor again because it had been too long of a gap! Here goes round 2, same issue again but this time I called my prescription insurance to start the authorization process which the doctor had 72 hours to complete. Great! I thought. When I called the medical office I was told that Dr. Jensen was out of town and Dr. Rogers no longer completes pre authorization forms because most insurances don’t cover the medication, however for $100/shot paid directly to the medical office they have a substitute. I continued to explain that my insurance has stated this is covered under my policy as long as they have the dr’s authorization form. Unfortunately, I was informed that Dr. Rogers refuses to complete the form that my insurance company is requesting. This business can apply their company policies as they wish but to drag me through this process for MONTHS , I having to continuously reach out to them and finally getting the doctor’s refusal to fill my prescription authorization form but willing to take my $100 per shot was my limit! I am sorry that Dr. Jensen will no longer be my weight management specialist because she did such a great job listening to me and genuinely wanted to help me maintain the weight.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Rogers and her staff are nothing short of welcoming, compassionate, personable and educating. Never have I had any troubles with getting in touch with the front desk as they are very prompt (and don't put you on hold for endless amounts of minutes.) I would highly, highly recommend Dr. Rogers for healthcare and Med Spa. I have been a patient for both and always walked out feeling relieved that I am being taken care of at the right place and not being taken advantage of. Dr. Rogers, in my opinion, has the right approach towards her patients. On the Med Spa side, she doesn't recommend nor try to persuade you down a route for the benefit of her own income, she truly focuses on what's best for the patient to achieved exactly what they're looking for. That approach sold me and I will never go to any other Med Spa other than hers. She has my full trust and loyalty.

The front desk is friendly and easy to work with when scheduling. The office is great with kids and adults. I highly recommend this office for pediatric and adult healthcare as it's very family friendly. Their integrative approach is exactly what I've been looking for and am so glad to have found this clinic!

Negative experience: I like that Dr. Rogers takes a holistic approach and tries to give a balance of natural solutions along with medication when necessary. Her nurse Michelle is great! That said, I feel like she must be switching her focus to anti-aging/cosmetic treatments more so than general medicine. When I've gone in several times so far this year, I find that I'm waiting longer and longer to be seen. I could deal with this, but the level of incompetence of her support staff is staggering! They have lost my file (they still have paper files) and I had to sit and wait for over 30 minutes until they found it, have given me the wrong test, have failed to follow through on referrals on multiple occasions, and never apologize when they have dropped the ball. I have had to follow up with them more than once to get the status of referrals only to find out that a week or more after my appointment they haven't actually sent them. Again, no apology, just "I'll send it today" when they should have sent it a week or more before. This latest go-round, after I had to follow up with them a week after my appointment again, they called me the next day (at my request) when they finally got the authorization from my insurance, but when I called the specialist 4 days later, they hadn't received anything. When I called Dr. Rogers office to follow up (again), they told me they hadn't received authorization yet. REALLY?! You called me 4 days before and gave me the name and number of the specialist my insurance approved...... Now 2 more days and 5 phone calls to them later and the specialist still doesn't have anything from them. I tried to call back yesterday at 3 pm and today at 2:41 pm and the message says they are already closed, so tomorrow will be day 3 of me having to follow up to make sure they are doing their job. I'm especially horrified because I've worked in customer service fields my entire life, but maybe they don't think working for a medical practice means you are in customer service. If the people that worked for me were this disorganized, cared this little, didn't follow up/follow through, and weren't humble enough to apologize when they screwed up, they would be fired in a heartbeat. She really needs a new staff up front. Time to find a new doctor.
Negative experience: Very poor bedside manners. They talk about their patients right outside the room. They think if they whisper we can't hear them but the walls are thin. For the cherry on top everyone who works at this office is very incompetent. They really have no clue what they are doing.

Roger's for kybella and botox and am so happy with everything she took her time and made me feel comfortable she was so sweet. Negative experience: We arrived, checked in and were given paperwork to complete as we were first time patients. Not only until after we were done filling out the paperwork is when the receptionist and nurse said we weren’t in the system for today and couldn’t be seen. We had several reminders via text and email about our appointments so we were shocked this was the case. Then when they realized we checked in online they stated “oh yea we’ve been having issues with that.” Then why is it available and who has been sending me all of these reminders? There were no accommodations to still get us in that day and we had to leave. For those that work and have children, you can appreciate the burden this was to take a day off work and not be seen at a confirmed appointment that was made. The whole situation was unprofessional and should have been handled differently.

Negative experience: If I could rate it zero stars I would, my mom has been going here for a few years now and she's always had issues with getting prescriptions from the docters, there are very unprofessional and most the time just want to get your money for your visit and not get you medicine, One time I came in with almost strep throat and they told me that I should go home and eat Popsicles and that it will help me, another time I came in for a sore throat and for a cough and cold and the doctor just came in and asked me to repeat what's wrong and then automatically gave me a Z pack without even looking at my throat! Isn't the whole point of going to a doctor to get professional care ? most of the times that I went here I didn't even have a real doctor I would have doctors that are in training and have absolutely no clue what they're doing. You're better off going to Walgreens take care clinic. going here for the first couple times as an 18 year old w/o my mom they made it extremely difficult for me and kept asking me for the same paperwork over and over again. As a young adult going to the doctors office right away I could tell when I go here they're always trying to scam me since I'm young. And when I had a Sinus infection the doctor tried prescribing me this honey dietary supplement cough syrup, it was $18 and a Didnt do anything for my cough, then coming back another time she tried to sell it to me again and I asked her if it was the honey one because that one didn't work with me last time and she said "no"so I get to the front desk and I asked the lady and she says thats the only one they have, so basically I was scammed into buying their $18 cough syrup that doesn't work. Last they are horrible with sending medications for pick up. usually at other places when you send in a medication by the time you get to the place to pick up the medicine is ready but they always send it in really late or don't send it at all and have me waiting 30 minutes at Jewel to pick up my medicine. Also the fat lady who lives at the front desk is very rude.
