Fantastic experience: Kavita is amazing. I really enjoy the time I spend here either doing yoga or a massage. I would suggest this place to anyone; you will be glad you did.

Fantastic experience: Jamie (Kavita) is absolutely WONDERFUL!!! You can immediately tell she knows what she's doing & is so great at it. My mom received a massage from Mousie, which she absolutely enjoyed. We felt like we were in the clouds! These ladies have such a warm, welcoming presence, they make you feel comfortable & relaxed instantly by their demeanor alone. Such an amazing experience 11/10 recommend!! :)

Positive experience: I went to Bardos today for a post-surgery lymphatic drainage massage with Kavita. Upon arriving, I was placed with another therapist, which is totally fine as she was absolutely lovely however none of my information was passed along regarding my surgery or that I was arriving for a lymphatic massage. The therapist was able to accommodate me and complete the massage however she was not familiar with seeing clients less than 30 days of surgery and ended up using treatments that should not be performed so soon post-operatively. I would absolutely recommend Bardos for massage as it was extremely relaxing, however for post-operative lymphatic drainage I might recommend a clinic more familiar with post surgical care or wait until your restrictions are lifted so as to not compromise your results.

Fantastic experience: Hands down, Kavita Dasjot Kaur is the very best massage therapist I have ever had! Her intuitive abilities are astounding. She ‘sees’ and ‘reads’ your physical body, your light body, your astral body, and the subtle workings of the many dimensional layers that make up a complete human. I trust her without reservation as a true healer as I’ve experienced deep somatic release and realignment at her hands. She is also a gifted teacher of many beautiful practices such as Kundalini yoga and Sadhana. I highly recommend all of her services and her smoothies are the bomb!

Fantastic experience: I recently had a lengthy massage w/ Dasjot, as I told her after our session, "until now, I've never had a massage before.". It was fantastic, she was very respectful of our time and was patient with all of my questions. Dasjot also recommended Vinyasa yoga to me to assist me with stretching & flexibility, clearly she heard me and saw that I needed this in my body. Fantastic experience: I was referred by my primary care doctor, I had surgery and had a lot of bloating and fluid. Every question I asked was answered I read some of the reviews below every time I’ve called I’ve gotten a return call the same day even though we were playing phone tag my fault at that I still got through the same day . She was very welcoming knowledgeable and the massage felt perfect the pressure that I had it was needed I was very relaxed. Some one said it was hard to fine, I’m a person that have no sense of direction and I found it with no problem . The sign is right in front of the establishment the arrow points to the steps very easy to fine I wish somebody would’ve gave me the gift certificate sorry she had to waste the gift certificate. I will be going back for four more sessions and will be going back after that I didn’t focus on the place as far as clutter it just looks like she gets her business done

Fantastic experience: I was in for a couples massage today. My friend's therapist was Ryan, and mine was Priscilla. My friend thoroughly enjoyed her massage and mine was AWESOME!. I left there feeling like I had a new body. She was very attentive to me and I could tell she truly cared about what she does. I am definitely going to go back! We also had add-ons of peppermint scalp massage and hot stones. I definitely recommend that!

Fantastic experience: A wonderful experience. I had a 60 minute hot stone massage with Demetrius. He was very pleasant and checked in during the massage to make sure the temperature and pressure were good. He wasn't chatty which I appreciate during a massage. The room smelled great too. 60 minutes wasn't long enough.

Negative experience: Made an appointment for my wife. Recieved the confirmation via email. Later recieved a request to move the appointment to an earlier time. I did not accept the request but did recive confirmation that my appointment was changed to the earlier time. I called multiple times as a courtsey after leaving a message for a return call that went unanswered the day of the appointment to notify the company that my wife could not make the earlier appointment. When I did speak to Jamie she intentionally hung up on me as I was trying to work with her to reschedule the appointment. I immediately called back and asked to speak to Jamie to straighten the situation out and she was conveniently unavailable and I was apparently speaking to the manager and told them to cancel any appointment I was trying to make and that I would not be doing any business with them because of how the company confirmed what they told me was a request to change appointment times and how Jamie handled the situation. I would bot recommend them based on my experience. I read the rating and reviews and thought to give them a try but I would rethink giving them your business...Im not giving them mine.

Fantastic experience: Jamie is the most talented massage therapist! My daughter has a chronic illness and she works with her to help with blood flow and circulation. I have been going to Jamie for years. I've had sports injuries, and aches and pains. She always seems to know the best technique to use to help me heal. If I could give her more that 5 starts i would!

Positive experience: I loved my Sauna session experience, it was my first time and I feel much more relaxed afterwards. Good recommendation for athletes. I would like to visit again. I’d leave 5 “stars” but after my session I was expecting to be greeted by one of the therapists or maybe have someone to answer a few questions however I quickly realized I was there alone. Kind of a strange feeling given anyone could have walked in while I was in a vulnerable position, being in a sauna half clothed.

The room was cozy, the music and smells were lovely, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I was massaged by Jamie, and she was very thoughtful and considerate. She took the time before the massage to discuss pressure and what I preferred. The Far Infrared Sauna was a very unique experience, and I'm happy I did that as well! I walked into Bardos very stressed and worn down. I left feeling like a completely different person, both in body and soul.
