Fantastic experience: Dr Wendy is Awesome along with the Team at Solutions Chiropractic.

Fantastic experience: I threw my back out worse than ever before and decided to give Solutions Chiropractic a try. They got me in right away, assessed my situation with the detail it needed and adjusted my back custom to exactly what I needed. The adjustments were great but my back was so tense they recommended a massage which they also have onsite at a very reasonable price. Again, this massage was custom to exactly what my body needed. After 2 adjustments and a massage it was as if I never hurt my back at all. I would recommend this place to anyone I know!! My chiropractor was Dr. Morgan Macleary and my massage therapist was Dawn Remington.

Fantastic experience: Dr Wendy and her team at Solutions Chiropractic are awesome! She referred me to her PT dept after a disc injury. Between the dry needling, pt and her adjustments I was able to get myself back to my busy every day life style. I later worked with her nutritionist and I lost 35 pounds and still the weight is still going! Dr Wendy was able to adjust my body and keep my adjustment in place. She is amazing at what she does. Her whole team is wonderful and they work together to make things effortless. Super friendly staff and easy to work with. 10/10 recommend!

The adjustment rooms are quiet and calming and appointments run on time. There's no pressure to buy anything or book follow-ups — they focus on actually fixing the issue, not keeping you coming back. Fantastic experience: Dawn Remington is the best massage therapist there is. Her massage is actually therapeutic and has helped me more than I ever thought a massage could. I used to have numbness in both my arms while I slept, due to my strenuous workload. I don't sleep on my arms; I sleep on my back, and they still would fall asleep. Sometimes I would get up and walk around and I couldn't get them to wake up! Since going to Dawn for a couple months, the problem is completely gone. Her massage brings so much healing with her therapeutic approach, I recommend her to everyone I talk to. Consider yourself fortunate if you get in to her. But don't take my slot! LOL

Dori, a massage therapist at Solutions Chiropractic in Rapid City, took on the challenge of treating me. From the top of my head to the very bottom of my soles, I was in excruciating pain. It had been years since I had allowed myself the indulgence of a massage. However, thanks to Dori’s skilled hands, I am resolute in my determination not to wait so long again.

She takes the time to explain what she's doing and what stretches I can continue to do at home to help make sure I don't have the problem come back. She's never pushing for me to make follow up appointments or trying to sell anything. It's truly about what's best for me and making sure I'm comfortable. Her whole staff there is so kind also!

Their Physical Therapist Dureece has been invaluable, as have the chiropractors, the massage therapist and their in house Functional Nutrition Counselor Victoria. They are an exceptional group!

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Solutions Chiropractic. I came in with a severe back injury to the point that I could not stand up straight and was in constant severe pain. The physical therapy team worked with me for months to first get me out of pain, and then to help me strengthen my entire body so that I was stronger than before the injury. They were respectful and encouraging every step of the way, and showed that they really cared about helping me.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Dr. Eisler for years and can’t say enough about her and her staff. They communicate with you about what’s going on and why, think holistically, and do muscle work before adjusting, which I think leads to more sustainable and lasting improvement. Recently, Dr. Morgan followed up with me individually with recommendations for chiropractors in my area who may offer what I’m looking good for… they consistently go above-and-beyond. The best.

I can't say enough great things about Solutions. It is definitely a team effort and the atmosphere is welcoming and very professional. You won't walk out unless you are fully comfortable and have a great adjustment, regardless how long it takes. Having no chiropractor insurance, I absolutely appreciate that their rates are very affordable and is all about getting you better, instead of bottom dollar !

Positive experience: I liked the chiropractic and massage services I got here. The thing I didn't like was that there were several people, receptionists and massage therapists, in the waiting room gossiping about patients both times I came here. They talked bad about a patient who called, and then about a patient who was making loud noises during a massage. The receptionist even tried talking bad about the loud patient to me. I understand that dealing with people is sometimes frustrating, and you want to vent about it, but I think it's very unprofessional and uncomfortable to do it in the waiting room in front of other patients. I wonder what bad things they said about me as soon as I left.

Fantastic experience: Hilary Hammond is amazing! Her ability to know my body within the first session amazed me! Relaxing atmosphere and application that had noticeable change to my body almost instantaneously! After struggling with SEVERE menstrual cramps for the last few years she has helped me get through those few days with no issues!!!

Fantastic experience: There are certain body aches you cannot alleviate on your own. Dr. Wendy and her team gets you right. I am fairly active and I've been here 4-5 times now for neck and back adjustments. I try to make it a routine visit 1-2 times a year to reset my spine/neck. Highly recommended and reasonably priced.

Negative experience: I will start off by saying I love Dr Wendy. She has helped me with years of pain that I had with my back. She has helped me in so many ways on how to take care of my back and things I can do on my own to help it not get as bad as it was again. I would give Dr Wendy 100 stars if I could. Now that being said, I always pay when I’m there and take care of any bills I have with them when I’m in or when they call. Not a problem. I had spoken with them a few times over the phone and not once was it mentioned that I had An outstanding bill with them. They called me a couple weeks ago to get updated mailing info so I asked them if everything was ok and the gal told me that it was so they can update the system. Again not a mention of anything outstanding. On may 7th I received a letter in the mail from them that I had an outstanding bill and I had till may 5th to pay it. Several line items on the invoice not explaining what it was but whatever. I’ll call Monday and pay. They had already sent it over to collections and no one could tell me what exactly i was paying for. I called collections and paid it right away but the amount was double what I had received on the invoice I got in the mail. Dr Wendy is amazing at what she does but im very upset with the outcome of all of this.

I was never sure about going to a chiropractor or massage therapist, but man was I missing out! I have been in so much pain for a long time with my hip being out, I went and saw Wendy (who was highly recommended). I love the fact that she is there for my mobility but also has a PT on staff to help continue the healing process and get my stability back. Her staff and her are kind and helpful.

Positive experience: Dr. Wendy is great. Very friendly, positive and professional. She has helped my husband so much and quite possibly saved him from lower back surgery. She also helped me after a traumatic car accident. Her new location is very nice and it looks like she is growing. Unfortunately, I have to rewrite my review today. I still think Dr. Wendy is one of the best, but her office staff have a lot to learn about customer service and how to treat others with respect. We went to the office today to simply see if she had a T unit and some DoTerra products. We were ignored at first, then my husband asked one of the gals standing up front if they sell the product he was looking for. She then put her finger in his face and told him he'd have to wait until she was done with another person. We didn't see that she was helping anyone else - the other gal was. It was very uncomfortable and we've had enough of the rude gals up front. This isn't the first incident where they've either been hostile to one of us or to another patient while we waiting. Sorry Dr. Wendy, but we've had enough and are going to take our business and health elsewhere. Best of luck to you dear.

Fantastic experience: Wendy is truly amazing!!! I have been a faithful client for years. I’ve never had anyone adjust me so well. She does a lot of soft tissue work before she adjusts to make it easier which makes a huge difference. She’s physically very strong and competent. I completely trust her because of her obvious knowledge. She continues to educate herself which I respect so much! She’s knowledgeable about a wide range of health topics and before she had a nutritionist working with her, she helped educate me about a diet/nutritional plan that helped me more than I can even describe. But, speaking of her nutritionist, Danielle is incredible!!! My husband and I saw her and were there for two hours. She listened carefully the entire time and answered all of my many questions. She really knows her stuff!! I will post more next time we visit!!! I am a massage therapist in town and confidently refer many, many people to Solutions!! Her desk staff is lovely, efficient and helpful every time too!!!
