Fantastic experience: Valley Cryo has such a great culture! The staff is approachable, considerate, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. You can tell they truly believe in what they offer because they actually use the services themselves. I tend to ask a lot of questions about the wellness benefits of each service, and they always take the time to answer patiently and thoroughly. I usually get more than one service when I go. My favorites are the infrared sauna, the cryotherapy chamber, and the red light therapy bed. I love that they personalize the experience and genuinely care about helping me feel better. This is one of my favorite spots for self-care days—I always leave feeling emotionally and physically elevated. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: The owner offers great services at reasonable prices. I called about a month in advance of our visit and asked about cryotherapy. The owner noted at the time that the cryotherapy machine was in need of repair and thought it would probably be fixed by the time we planned to be there. When we arrived a month later we learned it had not yet been fixed because of the long shipping delay in receiving the part they ordered. The owner was apologetic and offered my fiance and I use of the red light therapy bed instead, at no additional charge. We really appreciated her efforts to make up for the fact we could not have the experience we initially planned to and had spoken to her about. Really enjoyed both the infrared sauna and the red light therapy! We will be visiting again when we're in town next!

Fantastic experience: I am beyond impressed with the owners of Valley Cryo Robert and Jenny! I came in yesterday with a tremendous amount of questions and they were patient, attentive, highly educated, and extremely caring! They allowed me to tour and I took a red light therapy and shaker machine session. I personally have been dealing with terrible inflammation from a muscle injury with slow to no healing. I felt hopeless walking in because every day I was limited in my walking and having to take very strong pain medicine to combat against the unbearable agony of simply existing. After my red light therapy and shaker machine session, I felt totally relaxed as if I just had a Long Beach vacation. The next morning I woke up with 0 pain and able to walk freely without muscle spasm or stopping! My inflammation and gut bloating has gone way down and I’m in complete awe. I didn’t know what to expect from this session and have finally felt hopeful that I now have a better solution and treatment plan. Thank you guys so much for helping me get started and I can’t wait to come back for my next session.

Fantastic experience: The owners Jenny and Robert are so kind and excited to share their knowledge of health and wellness. I loved the infared sauna and red light therapy, which was especially helpful during my detox. Jenny also is a wonderful, enthusiastic and knowledgeable health coach. She inspired me to follow her suggestion and it has brought more balance to my health, as I have been struggling for a while with inflammation in my body. The business is bright and clean and within walking distance to the downtown mall. The packages offered for all of their services are very reasonable, as I've checked out the price of other businesses in the area. Valley Cryo frequently offers monthly sales also, which reduces the cost even more. Check them out, you won't be disappointed!

I highly recommend going here for redlight therapy, infrared sauna, cryo, normatec compression therapy, or weight loss consultation. These are all services I have done here; the facility is so clean, and the owners have so much knowledge about healthy living.

For over a year now, I’ve been coming to Valley Cryo to treat several different sports related injuries, as well as using their Infrared Sauna for its health benefits. From the first time I walked into Valley Cryo, Jenny and Bob have been incredibly welcoming, as well as knowledgeable. They’ve always made me feel well taken care of, and recommend exactly what treatment would be beneficial for me. I’ve used the Red Light Therapy bed, Cryotherapy machine, and Infrared Sauna (all state-of-the-art) and each one has been integral in helping me heal faster and better. Whether you’re an athlete with a nagging injury, or maybe someone who just needs a little “you” time and unwind in a Sauna, I highly recommend Valley Cryo!

Fantastic experience: I had a wonderful experience at Valley Cryo with Jenny and Bob. Jenny is incredibly knowledgeable about a variety of treatments that are great at reducing inflammation and improving overall wellness. She educated us about her red light bed, which is unique in Cville because it treats the entire body not just specific areas that you get with the red light pads. She talked me into a session in the Cryo chamber, which was a bit of a shock but I ended up feeling refreshed afterwards. Then she sat me down with the compression leggings and it was like I was getting a deep tissue massage. We talked about a variety of topics like inflammation, endocrine disruptors, supplements, etc. When I left, I knew that Valley Cryo was the only place I would go for these types of treatments.

I went in for red light therapy and I love that they offer the whole body beds instead of just pads for certain body parts. If you’re looking for red light therapy, their beds are the best in Cville. While I was there I had a few questions about their cryo services as well as supplements to reduce inflammation and they were able to answer everything and point me in the right direction for what I was looking for. I also loved that you can tell that they truly live a healthy lifestyle and utilize their services themselves. I’m really looking forward to trying their cryo next! A quick tour in this calming, fresh, and holistically minded place showed me red light beds, large infrared sauna and shower, cryotherapy chamber, oxygen chamber, and noratech compression sleeves...I might be forgetting something. The owners were warmly welcoming and not in the least pressuring me to buy any product/service. I tried the red light bed and really zoned out. The music helped too! Then I tried the "jiggling" platform. How can I describe it....like 1980s jiggling machine meets high tech.

Fantastic experience: Id like to share my experience with Valley Cryo. 2 months ago I went to Valley Cryo seeking help. I felt inflammed and knew I needed to lose weight. I took my labs in that Id just had drawn and Jenny was able to explain them to me and what they meant. Jenny took a lot of time asking me questions and doing a thorough intake (I never had anyone take the time before). She didn't give me a meal plan or a diet. She taught me how to understand food and metabolism in a way I never understoood before. The red light beds are amazing! They worked together with my lifestyle changes and now here I am 20 pounds lighter!! And I am never hungry!! My energy is better and my inflammation has decreased significantly!! Fantastic experience: I wish there was a 1,000 star option to recommend Valley Cryo. This place, its owners, and its energy is 100% healing goodness. I went to Valley Cryo in March for a severe reaction to the COVID vaccine. I used their red light therapy bed 5 days in a row and went from in pain, unable to walk, extreme fatigue, grey skin, rashes on my forehead to significantly reduced pain, increased energy, reduction in my rashes and I was able to move much, much better. Red light along with the infrared sauna and the Norma-Tec plus the amazing kindness, support and genuinely caring and happy environment helped me heal. I wish I lived closer. I would go there everyday. Please DO NOT hesitate for a second about visiting Valley Cryo. Jenny, Bob, their son and their shop dog Chickie Dean will help you heal for sure. Fantastic experience: Love, love, love this place. Their Red Light is amazing, therapeutic, and promotes the healing that the body needs in the most natural, non-invasive way. Red Light goes straight to cell mitochondria which will in turn begin regeneration at the cellular level. This is the only place that has full spectrum, Red Light bed in the Valley. If people only knew the benefits of Red light and Infra Red light, they'd be running to Valley Cryo.

Fantastic experience: Approaching the system with some apprehension was an unecessary emotion. After contact over the internet i was further placed at ease upon entering the storefront. The owners provide a relaxed informative atmophere where one feels like they have been friends for years. I first went with compression. The firm and massaging equipmenr was able to clear my leg swellin. This giving me back a full movement of an arthritic knee injury. Which had made full movement painful and not possible prior to the treatment. I took the advice and spent a few minutes in the awesome infared suana. Finding a quiet time to relax and let the waves of heat remove toxins and stress. Having regenerated in compression and soft inviting heat the cold treatment capped off a wonderful and beneficial experience. The threaputic cold was in no way overly cold or uncomfortable. I found it to be exhilerating and ressurecting. The staff goes five extra miles to inform and educate you on each phase. Removing any natural anxiety you may have. The staff goes the extra 10 miles to evaluate and apply the best of the best to give you relief and victory over an injured or stressed body. Fantastic experience: Really terrific experience. I did the Valley Cryo infared sauna,2+ minutes in the cryo machine,30 minutes in the Normatec Recovery Boots. I usually get massages,sit in a hot tub for recovery,relaxation.I have a lot of miles on my body and I never felt better after my visit to Valley Cryo ! The owner/ manager is a highly skilled athlete,nutritionist which gives you a unique opportunity to experience cryotherapy without the “chain” or passive ownership approach. She explained everything in detail and I was very comfortable which was important since it was my 1st Cryo experience. I can’t wait to do another session at Valley Cryo!

No appointments are necessary so you can stop in anytime at your convenience. Jenny explains everything to you so you gain some Cool knowledge about cryo therapy and how it works.
