Fantastic experience: 7-22-25 I have been going to Dr. Andrea once a week for a couple months for hip flexor and low back issues. I felt relief after the first couple treatments! My treatment lasted for 8 weeks. During these treatments, Dr. Andrea did several adjustments but most importantly she showed me exercises that I could do at home to strengthen muscles that have become weak and were no longer supporting key parts of my body resulting in my pain and discomfort. These exercises are very important to get my body back to feeling strong and healthy again. Dr. Andrea demonstrates and explains what each exercise does for each muscle group and how these muscles help to keep your entire body in good alignment which in turn relieves pain and discomfort. Dr. Andrea can realign our body but it is up to us to keep our body strong and healthy through exercise and nutrition. These at home exercises are very important for a continued pain free future! Dr. Andrea's holistic approach to a stronger healthier lifestyle is very much appreciated! I have been to several Chiropractors over my 60 years for many different reasons and not once have I been shown exercises to keep my body strong and healthy. They just want you to keep coming back for months and months. Sometimes years. Dr. Andrea's goal is to help you help yourself! Wow! What a concept. I am so grateful to have discovered Freedom Chiropractic on my search for chiropractic care.

Fantastic experience: I have not felt this good in years. I started to go to Dr. Andrea for the holistic aspect of care. I quickly went to her for chiropractic also. I have been able to eat food I haven't ate in 4 years due to stomach slareups. I also have been able to come off my steroids/inhalers for my asthma. I highly recommend her to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I woke up one morning unable to move my arm/shoulder. went to Midwest ortho and was diagnosed with frozen should and was told 6 months to year to get movement back with pt.. Went to dr. Andrea Schnowske for treatment and second opinion. she told me 2 weeks and i would be back to work as normal. And she did what a relief and excellent service. highly recommend her and thank you so much for helping get back to normality when i was told 6 months to a year and it ended up just being 2 weeks

Fantastic experience: I love Dr. Andrea. She has helped my lower back pain, my son's scoliosis from 16 degrees to 1 degree difference and my daughter's whiplash. Beyond that, she was able to diagnose a fungal sinus infection I was having for the 4th time since May 2020 and treat it with natural methods when 3 other doctors tried to cover it with antibiotics and referrals to an eye doctor and then an ear nose and throat doctor with only temporary results. My husband had a sudden skin condition a few years back that a doctor told him was exema and gave him a cream. She gave me a natural remedy that cleared up what she called a bacterial skin infection and he never had it again. I could go on, we will always be Freedom Chiropractic clients. Love them!

Fantastic experience: I spent years of my life having constant stomach issues, pain, and always having to immediately use the bathroom after almost every meal. Anytime I mentioned to my previous doctor my issues, they dismissed it and claimed it was “anxiety”. My iron levels were very low and my blood results were always flagged and always showed no improvement. Finally, I was blessed with Dr.Andrea! She gave me an allergy test and we discovered I was allergic to LOTS of food I consumed on the daily. She helped me choose supplements to better my stomach lining and gave me graphs and print outs of my allergies, and tips on how to start my new diet. Within a few months with all of her help, all of my sickness, nausea, embarrassing bathroom trips were eliminated! And best of all, just by her help my iron levels and everything else are exactly where they need to be now! If it wasn’t for Dr.Andrea I truly feel like I would still feel horrible all the time. She made my relationship with food and my overall health so much better and I recommend her to anyone. She truly listens to all your complaints and assesses every single one of them without making you feel ashamed or crazy.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely Amazing! I went to Andrea with hip and knee pain. It just kept getting worse. She explained everything every step of the way so I understood what was going on. I couldn't believe how much better I felt after just the first adjustment! I completed my treatment plan and now follow her directions and check in monthly to keep everything aligned. Fantastic experience: I have had issues with my knee for years. Ended up affecting the way I walked and stood, which in turn threw my whole body off. I started to go see Andrea and within my first week I started feeling a difference in areas I was having pain or discomfort I wasn’t having anymore. She also taught me how to stretch and exercise the right muscles to help those areas as well. I started going to alignlife in April needing to be adjusted every week to now, once every month. Andrea has made it more comfortable to be active and do more with my children. It’s amazing how much she has helped!!

Such kind and talented/pleasant people these ladies are, one of the most peaceful enjoyable experiences I've ever had in any kind of Dr. Office, these women truly care about you and whats going on in your life, they send cards when its your birthday and they also sent me a condolences card after my Dad passed 2 months ago..I didn't even tell them I don't know how they knew something must have come up in the system that let them know because 3 days after my father passed I received a kind considerate sweet condolences letter in the mail from everyone at AlignLife..I cried I was so touched and I'll never forget it. They have worked with me so much with scheduling appointments ect. whilst I was going through a really rough time with my Pops dieing of cancer, 2 of best friends died, was struggling with my job, they are so understanding abd just real awesome super kind hearted and fun down to earth people. I recommend this specific office to everyone I know that is looking for pain releif. Not only are these women incredibly awesome to be around and get to know but holy hell are they smart, wise abd talented. They really know what they are doing and have saved my back...VERY intelligent all of them but Andrea in specific, WOW she knows her stuff and you can tell she enjoys doing her job and genuinely helping people. And she has such a calm comforting presence, just being around her inls quite refreshing. She feels like a 2nd mother to me or a sister and she ALWAYS greets me with a huge smile, hug and excitement with genuinely interest in how I'm doing. Also they follow covid 19 protocols, wear masks and have plentiful PPE and require their customers wear a mask to be as safe as possible. THESE WOMEN ARE AMAZINGLY WISE, TALENTED AND KINDHEARTED people. If you want your back fixed, I guarantee Dr. Andrea S. has got your back, quite literally! Fantastic experience: Great experience. Each and every visit I progressed more and more. I had a pain in my stomach that my regular doctors and specialist could not determine the cause. I had MRIs done I had x-rays done, I changed my diet, nothing helped. My Gastroenterologist suggested a chiropractor. I came to align life and I can’t remember the last time I’ve had stomach pain since I’ve been seeing Dr. Andrea. I not only get adjusted, I get exercises that I can do at home, I get nutritional advice, it’s just total all around excellent service.

My wife had carpal tunnel in both wrists and since having Dr. handle her adjustments she has never had an issue. Fantastic experience: I had severe back pain for many years. I suffered from a bulging thoracic disk and several vertebrae with arthritis (before 39). I waited too long after suffering with muscle spasms and pain because I didn’t trust the process. After my evaluation with Dr. Andrea, I was hopeful for change. She used therapy, adjustments, stretching and muscle building. In about 4.5 months I’ve never felt better!!!! I cannot believe how much better my body is functioning. I truly believe that it’s due to the whole body approach! I will continue to my 6 month goal and many after that. I don’t have use Muscle relaxers and anti-inflammatories every day anymore.

Fantastic experience: I ran my second half marathon 4 weeks ago, and crossed the finish line in pain at 2:29:42. The following week was spent resting, before hitting another training period over the next 2 weeks, in preparation for my third half marathon. The two weeks leading up to last Saturday, I ached with every step. Each training run felt like a failure, reminding me that this was a horrible idea and that I wasn't going to be able to cross the finish line for my third half marathon. On Friday morning, I went in for an adjustment(nearly my entire body) and ached to the point that I didn't want to walk the rest of the day. When I woke up on Saturday morning, and started getting ready to hit the road, I felt like an entirely new person and boy, did it show... I completed my third half marathon at a time of 2:18:44, shaving nearly 11 minutes off of my time from just 3 weeks earlier. Thank you so much, Andrea! Fantastic experience: I was recommended AlignLife by a friend after struggling for years with back pain. I had fallen out of a tree 10 years prior and was told that my spine was compacted and the only thing to fix it was surgery (and even then, my pain would probably be worse!) Dr. Andrea assessed my problem, explained it to me, and immediately got me in to do an adjustment! I had never been to a chiropractor before, but she set my mind at ease by explaining the process and being gentle! We set up a plan that worked into my life and I started to feel better immediately! Fantastic experience: I first started seeing Dr. Andrea about 5 years ago for my primary complaint of vertigo. Initially, I was very nervous, and worried because at that time, I didn't know very much about chiropractic. Not only was Dr. Andrea extremely kind and compassionate, but she got me out of a spell that I was having and gave me exercises and advice to help strengthen the muscles and resolve the problem completely. She has also helped with problems in my low back and hips. Just this past July, my husband had his very first adjustment from her for chronic back pain, and has not had an issue since July. She is very knowledgeable in what she does and integrates nutrition, therapy, exercise, and massage for an entire wellness experience. Everyone there is so very friendly, helpful and truly care about your health. Fantastic experience: I started coming to AlignLife for horrible headaches associated with degenerative arthritis in my neck. Doctor Andrea keeps me going without having to take the pain meds that other doctors wanted me to take. I also have a desk job that has taken it's toll on my body. Between the adjustments, the massage therapy, and the physical therapy they provide, I have been able to make great strides with my overall health. I trust the whole staff completely. Fantastic experience: Finding a medical professional who actually listens to what’s bothering you and then helps find the root of the problem seems rare these days, so when you find one who does you want everyone to go there! Dr. Andrea is phenomenal! She has worked on my jaw/neck, lower back and hips, as well as minimizing my acid reflux and other digestive related issues. I feel empowered after every visit and enjoy working with each staff member there. You should probably just stop reading this review and schedule your appointment already :)

Fantastic experience: Four years ago I walked into the AlignLife office with multiple problems with my neck, shoulders and spine. Dr. Schnowske set me on a path to better health by first correcting the issues that afflicted me and then providing me guidance and a regimen of stretches and exercises to maintain proper form and posture. Fantastic experience: I started seeing Dr. Andrea for lower back pain about 2 years ago. For many years I was miserable with pain and couldn't be as active as I wanted to chase after my kids. I tried over the counter pain meds with no relief so I decided to give chiropractic care a try. After my first visit with Dr. Andrea, I felt so much better. I continued my visits and followed her plan of care and I must say Dr. Andrea is a miracle worker. I am much more active now and able to spend more time with my family without pain. Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Dr. Andrea for a little over a year. When I first came to her, I had chronic headaches, back aches, and sore knees and hips. Fantastic experience: This is my first exposure to chiropractics and it has been a fantastic experience! Dr. Schnowske fixed my low back pain that I had just learned to live with for the last few years! It's given me a new lease on life! I injured my low back due to improper lifting almost a decade ago. I saw a spine surgeon who prescribed physically therapy after having x-rays and an exam. The therapy helped me get back to work and made daily life tolerable but it never fixed the problem. There was always a feeling of tension in my back that never went away. After sitting at a desk or driving for 2-3 hours I would have to get up, stretch, and walk around or else the back pain would just become unbearable. I heard about the practice from an informational seminar that my gym was hosting. I decided to go and see if they could help me out since nothing else had worked in the past. Dr. Schnowske took some x-rays after an initial exam and wow, my spine was out of alignment! The first adjustment was phenomenal! Instantly the 'tight' feeling in my back was gone for the first time in ~8 years! Under her care, we have gotten my low back to stay in proper alignment which has made it so I can drive 14 hours to visit my family without pain. Unexpectedly, realigning my low back has eliminated some knee pain that I was having while hiking/backpacking so now I get to enjoy being out in nature even more so! Dr. Schnowske's care has forever changed my life for the better! I can't thank her and her staff enough for giving me the chance to have an active life again that is free of back pain!

Fantastic experience: I have suffered from chronic migraines that have been interrupting my day to day life for over 5 years. Also, being pregnant with my second child I was done with having to take medication constantly as my only option. I sought out care from AlignLife just looking to try something different and new and have been so happy with the outcome. I went in for migraines, but Dr. Andrea also looked me over due to being pregnant as well, since I was experiencing a lot of lower back pain in just the first trimester. Fantastic experience: As a lifelong classical ballet dancer, I have consistently sought chiropractic care from my local physician in Manhattan, but a persistent injury did not improve solely with his very accurate adjustments. I attended a health care conference and had the opportunity to meet with Dr. Andrea Schnowske who also provided a great adjustment but more importantly, gave me exercises to help me keep the adjustment in place. She also offered nutritional advice. That extra bit of advice has actually made a big difference! Now I just have to remember to do my exercises.

The very first chiropractor I saw treated me for carpal tunnel and kept me from having surgery along with treating me for other alignment and nutrition problems. I was a believer from then on but was very disappointed when he moved to Chicago. I was having a problem getting comfortable with other chiropractors until I found AlignLife. Once again, I am on my way to recovery, this time from a knee injury and neck problems. Dr. Andrea is not only helping me with strengthening my muscles to help with aligning my spine but also getting me back on track nutritionally. Most of all she has made me feel comfortable with her adjustments and therapy. I believe I have finally found another great chiropractor.

Fantastic experience: I have known Dr. Esposito since he was fresh out of University and beginning his experience as a Doctor of Chiropractic, that is, more than 15 years ago. He is a wonderful human being, a great Chiropractor and great in everything he does. He first diagnosed me with hypoglycemia in 1998. He recognized the symptoms even before they were clinically tested through the five hour glucose tolerance test. He gave me a diet plan to follow in order to control the symptoms. I have followed that plan consistently and haven't had any major problems since. Several years later he recognized my symptoms of candida, again before the test confirmed it. We went through the treatment and got over it in six weeks. I visit his office periodically for maintenance and I would recommend him to anyone and everyone. Recently, I have tried his Triple Mag which has helped immensely with some muscle issues I've been having. The adjustments now are deeper and even better which is something I wasn't even sure was possible. He continues to grow, expand and deepen his knowledge of the human body. I pray for God's blessings for him and his family. I'm proud to call him my doctor and my friend.

Fantastic experience: ADD Knee Injury Spranged Ankle Verito These are all the issues that Dr. Joe and Dr. Andrea has helped me with. I began going to AlignLife about two years ago. I consider Dr. Joe and Dr. Andrea my primary doctors because I pretty much never get sick anymore, and if I do it is very short lived. I began coming because my son and I both have ADD, and getting regular adjustments improved my son's and my focus tremendously. After getting adjusted we would leave completely stress free. Later on my son experienced a knee injury due to wrestling. We saw both Dr. Andrea and Dr. Joe for a period of two weeks. He has been completely healed for about a year now, and began wrestling again two weeks after his treatments. Another incident happened to me last summer, when I spranged my ankle. Not realizing I could see Dr. Joe, or Dr. Andrea for for a spranged ankle I was limping for three weeks. I went to see Dr. Joe two times for this and began running again after the second adjustment to my ankle. The last incident I had was last year I had vertigo, I believe due to some liquid build up in my ear. Dr. Joe adjusted me once and the improvement was remarkable. I felt so much better. Dr. Andrea adjusted me another time, and that was all I needed to get rid of the virtigo. Fantastic experience: I am truly thankful for AlignLife. I came in with terrible shoulder pain that was sharp and never ending. It had bothered me for a long time so I sought out deep tissue massages to find relief, but after a few days the pain would return. Dr. Andrea Schanowski made a visit to our office after a co-worker won a drawing. She hinted that my pain could but an underlying issue and should come in to see what the real problem was. After finally having enough I made my appointment. I had never been to a Chiropractor or been adjusted before and I appreciated that the staff was really friendly and knowledgeable about whole health and the journey I was about to take. Turns out I had a curve in my spine, the X-Rays showed it clear as day. My muscles were overcompensating for this in-correction and causing my discomfort. With a combination of supplements, adjusting, therapy, massages and exercise, they came up with a series of steps for me that would force my muscles to function properly. I have been going to AlignLife for 5 months now and I am almost fully corrected. I don't have the constant shoulder pain anymore and find myself able to sit at my desk longer or drive longer periods of time whereas before I would have to take breaks. Fantastic experience: Dr. Andrea has made a major impact on my life. I have been seeing her for over a year now. I originally went in because I had such bad neck pain that I could not lift my head without help. I was in excruciating pain to the point where I was in tears and it was only getting worse. I could have easily gone to the ER but my cousins made the appointment for me to go into Alignlife. They knew that I would have a much better outcome with longer lasting relief because she would get to the root of the problem. I couldn’t believe how much better I felt even after one visit and it wasn’t because I took a pill to numb the pain. I was back to full mobility after regular visits to see her for alignment, therapy and exercises. I have continued to see her since to help keep my body at its best. Fantastic experience: I am very pleased with the treatment I’ve received at Align Life. I had never visited a chiropractor but after playing sports as a kid, giving birth twice, and aging in general I found myself with limited range of motion, stiffness, and soreness all over my back and shoulders. I felt a difference after the very first adjustment and results got better and better with each treatment. I now visit regularly for wellness care and can’t imagine not continuing care with Dr Forget-Schnowske.

Fantastic experience: I went to Dr Andrea very skeptical concerning my carpal tunnel, neck and lower back problems. That first adjustment appointment blew me away. She adjusted my wrists and almost immediately, I felt the pain start to go away. I actually sat there for a few just speechless because I've had pain in my wrists for well over 10 years. She adjusted my neck - where i went from very limited mobility to being able to turn my head right/left. She adjusted my back and it felt sore but she said that would be expected now that it was in the right place again. That was back in July. It's now September and I've had little to no wrist pain, full mobility in my neck (after twenty years!). My back isn't 100% but it's continually getting better. She also helped me with my sinus issues, knee aches, it's really quite facinating what can be eased/helped with a few minor adjustments. I feel better and happier and 99% pain free. Fantastic experience: I first visited AlignLife in January 2013 for a seminar on The Ultimate Body Cleanse with Dr. Joe Esposito. I was at the point of feeling desperate that I needed to make some major diet changes and just felt bogged down by weight. From that seminar I was introduced to my now chiropractor, Dr. Andrea Forget-Schnowske. She has been amazing from day one. I received a thorough consultation and my treatment began then. From my consultation I was informed my hips were misaligned. With physical therapy from Bailey, good scheduling with Jackie and regular visits with Andrea, my hips were put in alignment, my health got better, my energy went up and overall I felt more youthful. I have always struggled with an unpredictable cycle and with adjustments, I am so much more on track with my body. I have also been told by several Medical Doctors that I will not be able to conceive. Until I went to AlignLife, I believed that and knew I never ovulated on my own. Since seeing Andrea, I have ovulated twice and can physically feel my body and reproductive organs working. PRAISE GOD.
