For your Internal and/or Obesity Medicine you could not ask for a finer Doctor. To add to that she is a wonderful person with the best staff you would ever hope to meet. No wonder I followed her!!

Holly provided me with some great tips and advice, as well as instruction on how to get the most out of my "Lose It" app. In 2 months my A1c went from 8.5 to 6.8. Now I think I can continue to get it below 6...and in a sustainable way without excess medications.

Fantastic experience: I've been going to Dr. Agyarko for a few years now and she is awesome. A while back I found out I'm prediabetic and working with her and their dietician helped me learn how to manage my diet and fitness to avoid using medication. She was even willing to work with my company's private insurance carrier that some physicians don't accept. Her staff is always courteous and she's become the family doctor for my household.

Fantastic experience: I first started seeing Dr. Agyarko in 2017, prior to her starting the FitWell practice. She is a brilliant physician and has guided me to lower my hemoglobin A 1C down from a dangerous >11 pts to 6.9 pts. I am a Registered Nurse and being in the healthcare industry I am especially selective on whom I choose to be my personal provider(s). Dr. Agyarko is my Primary Care MD because she has an excellent bedside manner, she listens to her pts, and is always explaining her rationale for recommendations to improve my health. I do not hesitate to recommend her to family, friends, and patients alike.

I made an apt for my husband and I to establish care with her as our primary physician. Dr. Agyarko was on time, she really got to know us and our medical history. You are offered support through the program materials, the support of the very knowledgeable Holly Burton, MS, RD, LD, CDE, Registered Dietitian and Certified Diabetes Educator, the wonderful Dr. Agyarko, and group members. If you are already Type 2 Diabetic this program is also for you. I truly cannot say enough good about the Fit & Well practice and how much they care for their client.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient of Dr Agyarkyo’s for several years and I just love her! She is always friendly, takes her time and cares about your concerns. Nothing is too unimportant for her to listen to and she shows compassion for her patients. She is on top of what is going on with COVID and I trust her honest opinions about everything. Her staff is also friendly. I followed her from her previous location even though it is much farther away from me and I can’t recommend her any higher. Now I am moving and I will very much miss her and her great help!

Fantastic experience: When I first came to see Dr. Agyarko; my weight, and diabetes was out of control. I was also taking three medications because my A1C was over 8. Several years later with the help of her dietician, Holly Burton, and a diet I could follow; I have maintained a weight loss between 45-50 pounds, my A1C is under 7 and I am only on one medication for my diabetes.
