Fantastic experience: I highly recommend BPI NIPT! I have been a client for over a month at their Rathdrum facility and I love it! My trainer Donny is excellent and I look forward to our sessions. Fitting in the “homework” exercises is made easy with their mobile app and the printouts that I can travel with. I have seen good improvement since going there and am thankful for their advice and expertise. Everyone is so nice! Convenient locations including the Kroc Center. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: been working with Brenden twice first time 17 weeks and 2nd time so far 30 days and has been a pleasure. each time he see's progress. second was a total shoulder replacement. as i sit here writing no pain and hopefully back to work soon. 2 shoulder replacements in ten months has not been fun, but hard work has got me where I am today. Fantastic experience: BPi/North Idaho Physical Therapy of Post Falls was an amazing experience. I had injured a tendon in my wrist which was affecting my thumb and wrist mobility. I could barely use my thumb or wrist without severe pain. After only a couple appointments I saw huge improvement and much better quality of life. After a few more apointments my pain was only a memory and I was able to do everything I use to. The staff were so curteous and personal. They always valued my time and cared about what was bothering me each week. If I have any future physical therapy needs or any family in need of a physical therapist, they are my top recommendation!

Fantastic experience: Travis is an experienced and caring PT. He can almost tell what the problem is by the way you walk in to the office and he zeroes in on your problem right away. He is “hands on” and gets to the source immediately. I highly recommend North Idaho PT in Spirit Lake and Travis.

She is hands on and listens to her patients!! Love her perspective and knowledge and the way she treats me as more of an equal, she never seems to make me feel like I’m less than because of her knowledge.

I highly recommend Keagan and N. I. Physical Therapy in Hayden. FYI: I do not know why this posting shows Post Falls. I cannot comment on the Post Falls facility, since I have never been there. However, the Hayden Office has treated me well.

Fantastic experience: I just finished 7 months of PT at North Idaho Physical Therapy in Post Falls & it was life changing. Due to an inflamed nerve in my right quad, I was in severe pain, weak & unstable on my feet, using a walker & dependent on others. Physical Therapist Matt Hankes worked with me to help me regain my strength & relieve my pain, with exercises, massage & acupuncture. Matt was very caring & patient, willing to try different methods to find what was best for me & that is why I’m back to being independent again. So thankful to Matt & ALL the staff for being so supportive & caring & for making this such a good experience.

At each visit, from the moment I walked in, the front office staff and physical therapist assistant Sage made me feel welcome, supported, and genuinely cared for. A neurological disorder caused limited range of motion and weakness in my shoulder and arm that significantly impacted my ability to perform routine tasks. Physical therapist Dr. Matt Hankes was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and thorough in explaining every step of the recovery process. I feel so fortunate to have been matched up with the PT individual that I did, Cristen is phenomenal! I was unfortunate to have sustained a traumatic accident and was very apprehensive to start PT. The first day I was instantly at ease; Cristen knew exactly what I needed even before I did! Always having the answers to my questions, feeling heard and most importantly……..LAUGHTER! Fantastic experience: I have known Rusty Wood for approximately 20 years. He did home health with me when I had my first knee replacement and then when I had my 2nd knee replacement 3 years ago. I've gone to Rusty off and on through out the years with my other PT needs as well. Rusty is very professional, knowledgable, asks me questions, listens to my concerns and after an assessment, he develops my physical therapy sessions based on my needs. Rusty has a great bedside manner and I trust him with my physical therapy needs. I highly recommend Rusty to take care of your physical therapy needs!

He’s taken me through a course of therapy intended to strengthen the muscles above and below my knee and to improve my stability and balance. My hope to be able to function normally and put off knee replacement surgery for as long as I can. The ladies at the reception desk are always upbeat and welcoming, and Caroline, who sets me up on a warmup bike before seeing Luke, is simply a ray of sunshine. Great staff all the way around, and I’m seeing measurable improvement after 4 weeks of twice-weekly visits. I also appreciate having the facility just a few minutes away from my home.

Fantastic experience: My husband was sent to North Idaho Physical Therapy and was fortunate enough to be assigned to Matt Bray. Matt is the best! Very likable and he knows exactly what a person needs. When I had hand surgery in Dec 2024 and needed 2 months of therapy I knew exactly where I would go, and who I would ask for. Matt is now my therapist as well. Because of Matt, I am making progress after having the hand in a cast for 6 weeks. I can’t say enough good things about Matt, his great personality, and the knowledge that he has. I would recommend him to anyone that needs a great therapist in a pleasant environment.
