Fantastic experience: I have had nothing but excellent experiences at Sandstone chiropractic (Cypress location)! I started going to Dr. Sarah during my pregnancy, and it was one of the only things that helped me get relief for my sciatica and back pain. I felt like I truly got individualized care. Now that I am postpartum I am also bringing my little one. We’ve had two visits so far and it has been great for helping his neck mobility and overall comfort. I would highly recommend this location And Dr. Sarah!

Negative experience: The staff here is very friendly. I felt the adjustment is also satisfactory. However, if you just need an adjustment and not the additional treatments it may be in your best interest to go to the joint or purchase a Groupon etc. My insurance did not cover my exam so I paid out of pocket. However, my insurance does cover adjustments with just $10 out of pocket which is why I decided to pay for the exam. Upon my last few visits I was told my insurance was over billed so I would have a few adjustments without needing to pay the $10 out of pocket. I am needing to go out of town occasionally which caused me to not be seen in about 6months. To my surprise I was told I needed another exam due to the 6months without being seen. I don’t have any major chronic issues so I felt it was unnecessary. My issues are mainly caused by posture. Additionally I was confused because I was told my insurance was over billed and I had a few adjustments left to compensate. No expiration or terms was mentioned with this. I recognize places are about the money so I am not too surprised. However, It’s easier for me to just go pay out of pocket for a simple adjustment w/no strings attached. That way I can avoid the calls/msgs & go as my schedule permits as I really felt that it was about using my insurance instead of my well being or customer care.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend. I am very grateful for the care given me for the relief of pain and much discomfort with my lower back. Lindsey is welcoming when I first arrive. They listen to my specific needs and provides a thorough treatment plan with many options to choose. McKenzie is very kind, thoughtful and caring with the treatments. The office is very relaxing and a quiet environment.

The staff is very welcoming and makes my three kids feel comfortable and at ease right away. Dr Becca is very knowledgeable and takes a gentle approach, which has been perfect for our little ones and my newborn. It is clear that Dr. Becca genuinely cares about my family's health and I am very happy with the care we've received. Fantastic experience: If I want to feel comfortable, respected and honored, this is a wonderful doctor. I enjoyed the receptionist's demeanor, to the ambiance, to the adjustment. Dr. Becca adjusted my 5 month old baby. I noticed her smiling after her adjustment (she had a really bad cold from 2 yr old brother), her immune system had a boost (her cold went away, it was due time but it did coincide) and she overall seems to feel better. I am glad to have found Dr. Becca as she does see babies; mine have benefited from getting adjusted, especially for musculoskeletal reasons and birth. I'm going to get adjusted next since my baby has been so pleased with her work! Thanks Sandstone Chiropractic! Update: whole family comes here, small to large. Essential for feeling great!

Fantastic experience: By far the best chiropractor in town!! I went in for severe back pain and they took care of me right away. My favorite part of sandstone is that Dr. Koogler actually formed a plan of care for me customized specifically to treat my condition. She went over all imaging and exactly the approach she wanted to take to help me feel better. My previous chiropractor never did an xray or other imaging before treatment. So this practice definitely makes me feel safe! Makenzi is the best at explaining every therapy device as well! They’re all wonderful.

It was always try this & come back in 3 months or so. Anyway my healthcare insurance suggested a chiropractor & gave me some names near my home. I made an appointment with the Cypress Sandstone location & love this place. Everyone here is so supportive. They are so positive here. They really listened to me & have helped me a lot. Fantastic experience: Three awesome ladies make sure to take care of you from the second you walk in to when you walk out the door. At the first visit they do a comprehensive review of your ailments, take some X-rays and do an initial explanation of those results. Mackenzie is their clinical tech and handles all of the fancy machinery and gadgets that get your back/neck feeling good. Dr. Koogler does your adjustment but will also step in to help Mackenzie when things get busy. I always feel better after my sessions. The entire staff is friendly, helpful and always wants to make sure they are helping you get better!

Fantastic experience: If you're in pain or just feeling off-centered, this is one of the best chiropractors to go to. They are kind, attentive, and make you feel better just walking in the door. Dr. Becca listens to your history and complaints, and takes her time with a personalized treatment.

Negative experience: I am sure they are good by their reviews, but communication was very poor. Your first appointment can take up to an hour and a half! Which was fine I get the first one take a little longer, the problem was I sat there for 40 minutes in the lobby (10 min early and 30 min past my appt time) I just needed a maintenance adjustment and left with nothing but my time wasted. I think commination is where they went wrong. When I entered the person behind the desk asked if I needed paperwork. I said no because "I" didn't. She meant that I needed to fill out paperwork but formed it as a question. I said I don't know this is my first time here you tell me what I need to do. So she showed me the pages I needed to fill out. I filled out those pages and then she came back and said I missed some. She never showed me those pages, again "This is my first time here, I don't know what I am doing". These days you should be able to automate this process, to have to write your name and date so many times, on so many pieces of paper? it 2024 digitize that and make it easier, I was stressed the entire time I was there because of these things. Want to improve then make this process easier, communicate better. You have way too many barriers to entry.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Chiro’s since I was a little girl. This is the first time I’ve had a female chiropractor, and she is by far my favorite! She was proactive in my treatment plan. I was impressed by how much time was taken with me. I wasn’t rushed. She actively listened. She is confident but humble. In my opinion, that’s the best combo! She is super sweet and kind. Super caring as well. Can’t say enough great things about this location! The office ladies are great as well. This is a very warm and welcoming place to be. Very personable.

Fantastic experience: I’m a disabled Veteran and these guys are all about the money. You ask them to fill out documentation for the Va to match what they been treating you for and instead I’m met with the doctor that started your treatment should fill out ( she no longer works there) and in order for them to maybe.. and that’s a small maybe fill out your paperwork you have to pay more money.

They were able to help with his ear infection and recommend things to do at home as well. The office is very kid friendly with books/toys/snacks in the waiting area and friendly staff. Fantastic experience: WE LOVE DR. MEG!!! She cared for me during my entire pregnancy. And now she’s seeing my baby! I’m a dental hygienist and I don’t know how I could’ve worked until I was 8 months pregnant without the help of her and her staff. They treat you like family here and give the best comprehensive therapy. Would give them a trillion stars if I could.

Fantastic experience: Facility is very clean, and comfortable. Location is easy to find. Front desk was very helpful and clear. Their communication across the board was great at every level. The doctor explained everything as she was doing it. As for my issue, after the very first visit things improved drastically.
