Total Balance Therapy

Fantastic experience: July 21, 2025, I have been blessed to receive excellent care from every therapist at Total Balance Therapy! Today after being seen by the urologist, I began Pelvic Floor Therapy with Allyna Smith, I am so excited because just in speaking with her I have a hope for an improvement of life. For too many years I have been having problems with incontinence and since my surgery in January have a leakage with my bowels! It is not only embarrassing it causes stress in my day to day life! I was referred to Total Balance by Dr Young’s PA Alicia, and I am so very grateful for her suggestion! I have been to Physical, Speech and Occupational Therapy prior, for the first time I feel I am receiving the very best care! Allan showed such professionalism and was so personable! I am thankful for the services offered and the amazing support and care by all of the therapists! Thank you Victoria for hiring only the best! In Christ, Love Linda Hayes September 18, 2023 I fell about a month ago, small, chip of bone in my right ankle. When the inpatient rehab asked me if I wanted outpatient or home health care; I said outpatient. I also told the doctor and PT therapist I wanted to return to Total Balance. I always have the very best care and all of the therapist are excellent! I will never go anywhere else! Thank you Kassandra!! April 2023 Excellent care and concern! This was by far the best experience of rehab I have ever had!! She actually took care of my concerns and the areas where I was hurting most! My PCP, Casey Dillon suggested Total Balance, he said they are not a cookie cutter rehab center! He was correct! I had gone to the same rehab in the past, for each time and each injury you knew what was expected! You stretched on the big ball, exercise your feet, mov your legs back and forth and so on and so on. While all the while sharing your therapist with two or three other patients! This was truly a much better and I was considered to be her only concern at that moment! Could not recommend any other rehab in my area! Thank you!!!! So far I have seen Christy and Kassandra, you will be in shock over the individual care you receive from each of the different therapists! Each one gives you their very best. Always considerate of your needs! I would recommend Total Balance to my best friend, a total stranger and to my worst enemies, their skills and care are excellent! Fantastic experience: I have had bladder issues for over 30 years and Victoria was able to identify the problem and we have a plan in place. She is so professional, highly educated and experienced, listens and treats you as you want to be treated. The whole office is full of professional, kind and caring people. The patients were all positive even though they are not feeling well all because of the care they receive. Fantastic experience: This was my first time working with Jessa. She was personable and professional. She used different techniques with me that no one else used before.

Negative experience: No stars. They made appointments, that I didn't know about, charged me $100 each for a no show, and threatened to send me to collections!! I paid them, but do not recommend them!!

Fantastic experience: I recently underwent an initial evaluation, plus one therapy session; very pleased with the service I received. Strength, correct movements, including Pilates exercises were demonstrated; I was able to duplicate these techniques; this program aligns w/my personal fitness goals; plus I can complete exercises at home. Additionally, all my payment, billing, and insurance concerns were fully addressed. Now I know why my doctor referred me to complete my physical therapy at Total Balance Therapy. It’s a pleasure working with the staff, and I highly recommend giving it a go;)

Fantastic experience: First time treatment will Jill today. January 25.Everyone will find her wonderful. So knowledgeable and knew exactly how to address my situation. She built a great treatment plan, gave me hard copies and link to online video instruction.highly recommend. The office is very comfortable yet professional. Very complete logging of history and treatment needs. They also offered dry needling with impulses. That treatment has worked well for me and this trip was amazing. I Highly recommend !!!. I have also had jessi on a previous visit, who was wonderful, amazing service. Jessie was extremely knowledgeable answered all of my questions and was extremely professional.

Fantastic experience: Love this place!! Victoria and Nikki are so helpful! Kind, knowledgeable, and great to be around! The environment is relaxed and I throughly enjoy going to my appointments! I saw them for about two months at the end of my third pregnancy and am planning to go back after my 6-8 weeks of recovery are over.

Fantastic experience: Total Balance Therapy offers Pilates, both private sessions and group classes!! I have always wanted to try Pilates but have been to scared/embarrassed to try it. I'm older, not so flexible anymore, and overweight. I hate working out, partially because I have lower back issues and would always end up making my back angry and inflamed. And I just did not want to look/feel stupid in a class as a first timer. When I saw that Total Balance offered private Pilates lessons, I got out of my own way and made an appointment with Ashley. Best decision ever! I've completed my third private class and have one more to go before I jump into the group classes. Ashley has been absolutely amazing. She is SO sweet and kind, while still being professional. But don't let the sweetness fool you, she will test you and push you!! But she will also support you and root for you! She explains all of the positions and exercises and makes sure you are doing them correctly and with the correct form. The best part is, I always leave feeling like I did a full body workout and stretch (probably because I did), and have had NO PAIN in my back!! I'm so thankful for Ashley and for Victoria and Total Balance Therapy for offering Pilates!!

Fantastic experience: I left this pelvic floor therapy with a large amount of information and ways to keep my body healthy and strong. It's not just kegel therapy, so much more. If you are young and pregnant or 75 plus like me, this therapy will give you a chance to be better and know your own body! Allyn is a true professional and shares her knowledge and expertise in a one on one basis. It's truly a eye opening therapy and having her as a therapist was part of my success in this program. I especially like the visual use of the pictures of the spine and nerves to explain what she was seeing and what she was wanting to accomplish. Outstanding addition to an already outstanding team of therapists. AND, unlike some PT resources TBT stays with you for the entire hour! Individual focused therapy! I highly recommend this group.

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Victoria and her staff enough. From my first encounter with this practice I knew this was a practice that sincerely cares. I left my initial exam in tears of joy, relief, and hope from being heard, validated, and supported, something that the broader medical community in this area has not offered me thus far. I have struggled with chronic pain for over 20 years, and have worked in healthcare for over 25 years. I have seen orthopedics, neurosurgeons, physical therapists, and pain management who could not tell me why I hurt, and suggested in their sometimes not so subtle ways that what I was experiencing had no physical reason and it was basically all in my head or "just a part of getting older". I was told the best they could do was "exploratory" back surgery, or put me on pain medication to ease my symptoms. Neither would resolve my problem, and neither were options I was interested in. Victoria told me my symptoms have a reason, and fully explained her plan to help resolve my pain, without surgery, or pain meds. If you are considering scheduling with Victoria and her staff, DO IT. You won't regret it.

Fantastic experience: Allyna Smith is an excellent addition to an already outstanding team of therapists. She brings the Occupation Therapy piece of the puzzle to the practice. She actively listens to my issues and verbalizes a plan of recovery.

I came in with pelvic floor pain and other complaints. Victoria has helped me so much. My pain is gone and I now have the knowledge to continue getting strong in my core and entire body. Fantastic experience: I was diagnosed with tight pelvic floor muscles over 2 years ago. I have seen urologist, proctologist and physical therapist. Up until I met with Victoria Campbell I did not have a clear picture of what my condition entailed. She explained, in laymen's terms, what a tight pelvic floor was and how my colon was interfering with my bladder. She showed me different stretches to help loosen my pelvic floor and some diet changes in an attempt to identify and foods or liquids that may be irritating my bladder. Fantastic experience: Kris is an awesome massage therapist. I have been to countless masseuses in the past and she is the only one who has ever listened to my requests to focus on specific areas of the body. I've had an ongoing hip problem, and whenever I requested that someone spend the majority of the time focusing on that one area, they always decided to default to what Kris calls a "fluff and buff". And don't get me wrong, she is a master of "fluff and buff", but that is not the only tool in her toolbox. I love that she listens and will focus on target areas without getting distracted and resetting to default. She really cares and does her best to make sure you get the treatment you requested. Kris also pays attention and will recommend other treatments or exercises if she thinks they will help, and will change up your treatments when you experience new issues or concerns or she finds a hot spot that might be impacting the area she's working on. Can't say it enough... Kris is AWESOME!

Due to COVID-19, my OBGYN was only doing over-the-phone 6 week postpartum checkups. I wanted more reassurance and guidance during my recovery and figured a pelvic floor PT would be a good place to start. Turns out, I had a few areas that needed attention. After many weeks of PT with Victoria, I walked away feeling more educated about my body and more empowered to care for my body over the long term. Victoria has a keen eye for body mechanics and identifying imbalances. She is a clear communicator and an excellent listener. I really appreciated her willingness to work around my busy schedule and helping me think of creative ways to fit my exercises in throughout the week. Her office is clean, beautiful, and provides a comfortable atmosphere for care. If you are a new mama or have recently given birth, get on over to Total Balance Therapy! I wish all new moms had a resource like this to guide their recovery after baby arrives.

Fantastic experience: I had a softball injury to my shoulder and I couldn't lift my arm at all. After just a few visits, Dr. Campbell has it back to normal and I am playing again like nothing ever happened! She is so personable and cares so much about her patient's improvement! I highly recommend her!
