Sea Mar Marysville Medical Clinic: Reviews
Negative experience: First appointment went great fast and simple. I was sceptical about the low reviews and but they beat the expectation. Now I see why the reviews are the way they are. If you don’t pick up your phone the first time they try contacting you good luck ever trying to reach them again. It will always go to voicemail and they say they will get back to you as soon as I can, but they never will. And if you go into the office They will say they can’t do anything because you don’t have an appointment. How can I make an appointment if my chart says to give the office a call For an appointment but then when you Call the office no one will ever pick up. The clinic smells took about an hour to get used to it they honestly just need to closest place down And think about getting a new management Team to restructure. Honestly 2.5 stars Just giving them way too much Credit.
Negative experience: This clinic is terrible!! Do not recommend especially if you need to have your child seen on a more urgent basis. I was offered an appointment 30 days later.
Negative experience: Showed up for an appointment with a Doctor that wasn't even scheduled that day. Waited 27 minutes to be told I wouldn't be seen. Gas cost too much to be wasted by staff incompetence. This clinic is really awful.
Fantastic experience: Good family medicine handicap parking and accessable
Fantastic experience: Savannah Tart is such an amazing Nurse practitioner. She was so amazing and kind to my daughter when we seen her today for a 10 year check up. Really understanding and calm. Which was super helpful with a child who has ADHD and sensory processing disorder. Her M.A was super sweet also.
Negative experience: I have my medication no longer for last three month. They don’t refill. They don’t have appointment too bad.
Negative experience: I needed medical advice and they couldn’t help me in a timely manner due to the volume of patients. I left a message over. A week ago and haven’t heard back from them. It is imperative and urgent m. That’s our healthcare today!
Negative experience: This dental is so dirty and scammer there please be careful you have to check with them before you do appointment take your insurance and then it’s charge you. It’s not told you the insurance is cover or not no anyone to visit this dental place it’s so bad and so dirty inside the room
Positive experience: I promised myself I would no longer give bad reviews. Not my best impression when they refuse to give another customer the last name of the person he was going to report. I have been sick for quite some time. I finally went to rule out a stroke or previous stroke. No bloodwork just ruled it out as a mood disorder and prescribed medication. Disappointed, it's cheaper to just go out of country
Negative experience: Having to check in 15 minutes early, just to have to sit there for 45 minutes is ridiculous. Terrible!
Negative experience: Worst place anyone could get service in, the staff are the most useless people and don’t get work done, how are they going to make space for an appointment for me and tell me it’s for sure and then make me drive 2 hours from home to tell me it’s canceled. Get it together.
Fantastic experience: DH.Acevedo was absolutely great, he takes the time to make sure you feel comfortable especially when your a nervous/anxiety freak when it comes to a dentist. I will not see anyone else that is not him for my dental care.
Negative experience: This is my primary care office that is supposed to be supporting me during post ER follow ups. There hasn’t been a single need they have been able to fulfill. Entirely unhelpful.
Negative experience: Trying to get appointments is very hard. I have ran out of meds 2 times in 3 months. Which is not good for me. They don’t listen when you call for help. Have to look for other doctors.
Negative experience: Worst customer service. They don't pick up phone calls. They told me they faxed referral to providence. Went to providence 2 times, first time was told resident DR sent it and I couldn't get the X ray. The second time to providence, they said they didn't have the referral. I had to go to Sea Mar and demand a copy of the referral. Today, I called Providence, and my results are out and faxed to Sea Mar. Yet Sea Mar states they don't have my results. The receptionist keeps cutting off my phone. Used another number, and they immediately picked up. As soon as I said my name, she pretended not to hear me. Worst clinic and horrible service.
Negative experience: Only addressed one concern and ignored the others. Spent a lot of time waiting and then felt like I was being rushed out. Wanted to prescribe drugs for something I don't feel like needed drugs. I already have issues with doctors and this just reinforces them
Negative experience: The worst clinic ever in the whole entire world. Will never go back
Negative experience: SI UBIERA PARA PONER CERO ESTRELLAS LO PONDRIA PARA EMPEZAR CUANDO HOY ENTRE A LA CLINICA ESTABAN LAS RECEPCIONISTAS Y NINGUNA ME DIO NI LOS BUENOS DIAS NI EN QUE ME PODIAN AYUDAR ME QUEDE PARADA Y BIENDO HACIA ELLAS Y COMO NO ME DIRIGIERON LA PALABRA DECIDI DESIR BUENOS DIAS Y FUE AHI DONDE ME ABLO UNA Y ME DIJO EN QUE LE PUEDO AYUDAR PERO BIEN MUSTIA NI SE LE ESCUCHABA LO QUE ABLABA,DESPUES ENTRE AL CUERTO Y LA ENFERMERA IGUAL JAJAJA LLEGO LA DOCTORA Y NI LOS BUENOS DIAS ME DIO Y NI AL MOMENTO DE TERMINAR SE DESPIDIO ES PESIMA CLINICA NOBLA RECOMIENDO PARA NADA PARECIERA QUE TODO EL PERSONAL ESTA CORTADO CON LA MISMA TIJERA NO TIENEN NADA DE GRACIA NI PARA ATENDER A LAS PERSONAS PESIMO PESIMO Y DOY CERO ESTRELLAS
Negative experience: After recently getting insurance coverage I made an appt for contraceptives to help with a related syndrome, not really for preventing pregnancy. I knew I wanted to ask about mental health services as the past couple years I’ve inquired at different places I have been turned away as I didn’t have a provider referring me and the system is/was strained. After telling this to the nurse taking vitals, he said to mention it to the doctor and they can provide referrals. Upon her entry she made it very clear if I had any other issues I needed to make a new appointment to address other concerns. The whole appt was rushed, literally under 10 minutes. How inhumane. What a flawed system.
Negative experience: Terrible service!!! Had to call 3 different times today because they kept hanging up on me after setting on hold for several minutes each call. Dillian finally answered and was unapologetic about the situation. Also my daughter is never seen by the same person and they hardly ever refill prescriptions on time.
Negative experience: Terrible service!! I had to beg for refills on my monthly prescriptions. I had to call several times requesting refills. The nurses that draw blood are terrible at their job! Always bruises and digging with the needle to find my artery! No no no! Do not go to this clinic!!
Fantastic experience: When I couldn't get a COVID vax anywhere Sea Mar had them, I've now gone there for all boosters. The staff are very warm, welcoming, and friendly. I appreciate that they are doing a good job serving a community that may not have as many resources as I'm fortunate enough to have.
Negative experience: Is the worst doctor I ever seen; the doctor don't know how to sent out the referral correctly is been over a month and half my sister still can't get right referral from the doctor to send out for her go ultrasound.
Negative experience: Fine place if you just need vaccines and don’t have much to do with your day. My appointment was at 9:45 and I was asked to be there 15 mins early. I showed up at 9:30 to be told the doctor is running behind 15 mins. It finally got seen at 10:40am. Unacceptable. I took time off of work for this appointment. The staff are plenty kind and helpful but they’re all at the mercy of the doctor if your visit requires one. I’m planning on finding another option ASAP because this is the second time I’ve dealt with a late running staff. If I can’t plan to be seen within a reasonable timeframe I can’t use this place as a primary care option.
Negative experience: I've been coming here for over 10 years because I am low income and on disability. The only good thing that I can say about this place is that if you have a bill that you can't afford they won't send a collection agency after you. If you can't afford the bill don't worry about it and you don't have to pay it if you don't have money. The staff are low quality staff, that's why this place is for the poor. Another ridiculous thing is if you have medications that need refill very rarely will the Dr Carlos Aristeguieta renew your refills unless you waste time to schedule an appointment so they can get paid just to tell them in person that you need refills. I take medications that I'll need to take for the rest of my life and my Dr knows this but I still have to waste time, money, gas to come and to tell him that I need refills, it's absolutely ridiculous. Also, the Dr here don't really do much except give you referrals to go somewhere else. When you send messages to your Dr they take forever to answer you back which a lot of the times the questions that I need answered only would take less than a minute to answer.
Negative experience: I had an appointment at 245pm check in was at 230pm and I was brought in at 3something only to be told that I had to reschedule because the "doctor" was running behind. Very unprofessional in my opinion. They dont know how to handle their own schedule and they could have called me prior. This way I wouldn't have to waste gas and my time driving to this horrible place. I am very disappointed. They rescheduled me but I don't even know if I should show up to my appointment. I don't want to waste my time again. I'm so angry!
Negative experience: Horrible experience unprofessional
Fantastic experience: This is a great clinic
Negative experience: This place needs to be shut down, or evaluated. Worst experience ever.
Negative experience: Really rude and unprofessional, specifically had one bad experience from one of the workers in the lab giving me a container with no name/date etc until one of receptionist called it out saying I needed my information on the sample container. The worker seemed really annoyed and was just rushing the process without making sure it’s done right. If you get annoyed and get impatient easily then customer service related jobs aren’t for you, especially in the health industry where you will meet all kinds of people and kids etc. Other than that, two workers, a man and woman from the lab were nice and very attentive to my son. This was on May 31, 22 around 10:15am
Negative experience: Very poor customer service. Called 3 days ago for an Appointment for grandson with positive covid concerns. Nothing
Negative experience: The wait time is horrible.
Positive experience: I've been a patient at Marysville Clinic 20+ years. Overall, the care is quite good for the basics, when in doubt they will refer you out to a specialist. Phone calls, referrals and prescriptions can be chaotic considering how busy the clinic gets, but their MyChart app helps coordinate those issues. Covid has put this community clinic to the test. They have recently lost a few fine physicians including the Director. SeaMar accepts most insurances and has a great financial department to work with for low-no income folks. Ample parking, on busline, next to McDonalds (for that after jab ice cream cone!). They serve dozens of patients a day, so a little patience, understanding and friendliness to the staff goes a long way towards getting the same in return.
Negative experience: Completely botched the vaccination card they gave me. No date on the first shot, no patient record number despite being a patient for two years. I see my doctor for ten minutes at a time on visits. It wasn't like this until the pandemic, but since then the quality of care has only declined.
Positive experience: Have had no issues with this clinic since I have been receiving care.
Negative experience: The appointment was going great. Felt like Davis was listening to me. Then comes in the older male doctor and nothing I say seems to matter and he didn’t want to listen. I know I’ll have to come back in three months for the lump and my neck and I know that they well say to remove then. I’ve had for 6 months it hurts then it doesn’t. It feels exactly like the cyst I had removed off my esophagus years ago. I will not make two separate surgery appointments especially when I told David I have ptsd from a bad medical experience. Learn to listen to your patients. I get you have medical degrees but I’ve been in the body for 32 years. I’m not sick I don’t have a virus. If I was wouldn’t more lymphoids swell and wouldn’t I actually be sick.
Fantastic experience: Quality care and the only place I can afford. I'm so grateful for medical insurance
Negative experience: Absolutely the worst doctors, and even worse staff! Doctor Absolutely refuses to put refills on medication, so I'm constantly having to call and then go 3 days without medication cause they have up to 72 hours and they either wait til the absolute last second or I'm having to call to remind them! Absolutely aggravating!
Negative experience: The receptionists are terrible, they don't listen to anything you say, they are extremely disrespectful, the nurses are disrespectful. The doctors are okay. The wait time is horrible, I have to wait weeks to months for any appointments, and then at the appointments I have to wait super long to be checked in, super long wait to be seen by ANY doctor. I've spent 5 hours there and not even being seen just sitting waiting for someone to care.
Negative experience: Worst clinic. I have had two different appointments and without calling me or anything they reschedule them and I show up to my appointment and they tell me that it’s been canceled but yet never got a call or anything. And also reschedule my appointment for two weeks later. They don’t care about their patients. Definitely don’t recommend anyone to go here!
Fantastic experience: idk why this place has 1 star. I have no complaints to be made. It serves its purpose.
Negative experience: Worst clinic, my father came here for the covid 19 Vaccine and he got the first shot Pfizer and they gave him the 2nd shot mistakenly Moderna and
Negative experience: lady on the phone was super rude to me when i had called asking about my prescription. she just sounded super irritated with me and didnt want to help.
Fantastic experience: Started going here as a child never once had a problem.
Negative experience: Wish I could give it zero. They canceled on us twice, and then when we finally got in it was the most chaotic, unprofessional office I've ever been in. Never going back. The receptionist forgot the doctor's name and couldn't page anyone for help. Then another nurse walked by and she asked for help and the nurse told her "just try again." I was furious and we left on the spot.
Negative experience: I agree with the reviewer who said this place is a mess. They are not on top of anything--least of all my healthcare. Took me more than a month to get my meds. Was told the doctor they assigned me for a MED APPOINTMENT did not have the credentials to write my prescriptions! In spite of multiple calls and My Chart messages--it STILL took them over a month to get my meds and referrals to me. You do not get your referrals at the time of the appointment--I got only a couple in the mail. The two referrals they managed to mail to me were for doctors in downtown Seattle--more than an hour's drive away. The first doctor I saw took hours with me. A lot of the time she was out of the room. She came back with an older man and told me he was her boss or supervisor. Totally took me aback. The women or health assistants in the back are RUDE! I had to wait over a month to even get an appointment and two weeks before my appointment they cancelled to make me wait even longer, in pain, to see a doctor who was learning to be a doctor. I gave the place one more try and met with a dismissing, rude doctor who would not let my caregiver stay for my appointment with her--despite them being screened for covid and allowed inside the building, this doctor specifically took issue with them being there. This is the first doctor EVER to do such a thing. Her attitude stank. Plain and simple. Went back to my previous doctor. He's professional and kind. Really disappointed this place is so miserable--and they don't really care that they are. The people answering their phones are very personable and helpful. The woman who took my blood was more careful than any blood drawer that I have EVER seen. Her hands were literally shaking. Will NOT go back.
Negative experience: I have been taking my mother here, because Everett Clinic won't take her insurance. Doctors are nice, but when I try to my an appt or check on a referral one star is too high of a rating. I have never waited less than 12 minutes to even get ahold of a warm body. Yesterday I litterly waited for over 1.5 hours and finally gave up!!! Called back this morning and the referral that was supposed to get a month ago still had not be done. I will be looking for a new clinic!
Negative experience: Been going for a couple years with my daughters we bring food and netflix always expect to be there for four hours and doctor are not polite at all last time they was given my daughter a philosophical while you fill out all the paper work and they just sign it he patty on my daughter stomach and said you had too much McDonald she doesn't eat McDonalds it was rude and gave my daughter a complex about her weight they should be mo9re professional

Fantastic experience: I find everyone has been helpful and friendly. I appreciate that this is here to help people!
Fantastic experience: Friendly staff and good service. Good experience overall
Fantastic experience: I’ve been going here with my 3year old son for appointments the past three years. I had scheduled a procedure for today and the computer system was down so checking in and doing paper work was a little slower than usual. However, everyone at Sea mar (the front desk, the nurses, and especially Dr. Graceson) was still in good spirits in addition to being incredibly helpful and kind. I haven’t gone to many health facilities in my life but Sea Mar is by far my favorite.
Negative experience: My appointment was for 3:00. Finally seen after 30 min wait. Dr looked at my severely painful tooth for literally 5 secs and said, it just needs to come out, and left the room. My tooth hurt worse than I've ever had anything hurt. Nothing prescribed for pain, she refused to give me an antibiotic because she said my tooth was not infected. I didn't even ask about pain meds. But I knew my tooth was indeed infected and that antibiotics would help. Then the snotty assistant said I can get you in for an extraction next month!! Are you serious right now? I'm supposed to go a month in this severe pain? Again I asked about antibiotics , the assistant says rudely, you don't need antibiotics because your tooth is not infected. I said don't bother scheduling another appointment i'm not coming back here. I then saw another dentist in town that evening who said, of course your tooth is infected, that's what the jaw swelling is from. He gave me a strong antibiotic and also pain medication until I could come back for an extraction. This place could care less about their patients. That is quite obvious.
Negative experience: Terrible service! Wait on hold on the phone for literally HOURS just to make a apointment. when you have a apointment you regularly wait a hour or more in the waiting room then 30 minutes in the doctors room just to be seen. This has happened again and again and again to multiple people. Dont waist your time here. It's so bad I have started driving all the way to the monroe clinic even though i live 5 minutes away from the marysville clinic. I understand things take time but the marysville clinic is a joke.
Negative experience: Worst place to assist there patients. And worst part is that the doctors take more than an hour and a half to see there patient. My moms diabetic and we are located in lynnwood. If you guys know where and how far your patient is coming from why not assist them as soon as you can instead of having them wait more than an hour and a half in the lobby and not tell the patient nothing on wait time or any update. Not even Community Health Center Does This to there patients. You guys need to step it up more cause I see you guys dont care about your patients
Fantastic experience: They are all wonderful people working here!
Positive experience: Went for first time for my 93 yr old dad. I had read the Reviews and was afraid to go there. But I found the staff polite, helpful, pleasant, and wait time was no different than any other place. The Dr. Was nice and completed what he needed to do. I have No bad things to say.
Positive experience: The staff is nice and they try to keep your visit short, pleasant, and productive.
Negative experience: This place was awful. I made an appointment for 9:30 AM today to start my first appointment with my PCP and I sat in the office until 11:30 AM! Before anyone even saw me all they did was basic stuff and then set me off for blood work and booted me out the receptionist and the vitals nurse that took my blood pressure told me that they would to take care of my work paperwork and my doctors note to excuse me from work for an ongoing medical condition I've been having and to set up some type of a treatment plan I felt like it was a hi, bye get out kind of scenario. Hands-down it was the worst experience with any physicians office I've ever had and judging by how I felt with my first appointment I'm not going to be returning they can call me with my blood work results for all I care I'm going to go somewhere else that's actually going to treat me like a human instead of somebody there just ejecting out the front door. Not only did I set the goal of seeking it treatment for my ongoing medical issues and stated I've been struggling deeply with depression and panic disorder, they could've cared less. No one really gave me any care or time at all, and they clearly are selective with who gets good treatment in that establishment. Never ever going back, awful awful, huge waste of my time. Lesson learned though. I would never recommend this place.
Positive experience: overall great staff but still room for improvement...I wish the doctor wait time was shorter.
Positive experience: SeaMar has helped w/ my adult son's health concerns for several years. I have to participate in advocacy for him however the doctor we currently have is professional, knowledgeable and attentive toward my son. My son has often been treated with distain by the medical community. It is wonderful to see my son treated with respect and dignity.
Negative experience: Horrible customer service and unfair and selective treatment. I personally never seen a poorly run place like this ever!
Negative experience: This place is incredible. Every time I need a referral, I tell them Everett Clinic does not take my insurance. What do they do? Refer me to someone at the Everett Clinic. I have been trying and calling them repeatedly to ask for a refill for my acid reflux medicine. You'd think I was asking for some narcotic or something. They say they'll get it and call the pharmacy. A few days later, I call the pharmacy to check the status. Nothing. This is repeated several times. I still don't have my medicine. I've never seen a more poorly run place. Why do I go there? I have little choice at this stage when I don't have the kind of money it takes to go somewhere else. I guess you get what you pay for.
Fantastic experience: Buena
Negative experience: Just horrible. Bad service. Doctors are horrible I highly suggest somewhere else
Negative experience: Rude desk services.
Negative experience: All about money
Negative experience: -Had severe inguinal hernia -Megan Devlin is nice (only reason for the star, would give 0 if possible) -They will do what ever they can to give you some drug that they profit from the most. Probably wont help. (Could have just prescribed the percocet from the get go INSTEAD..... They gave me something "new" I have never taken Tramadol) -They obviously have a lot of hard drug seekers going here since Megan knew how much pain I was in but watching her at the computer "trying" to figure out which meds I could be prescribed told the whole story. She was literally pulling her hair at the computer. So.... -Tramadol gave me chest pains, was scared to sleep, I felt very weird....THEN (the kicker...why I'm switching to some where else) -Called and spoke to the nurse explaining about the chest pain from the tramadol, she told me basically not to worry and TAKE MORE WITH SOME TYLENOL!!! I was floored at this point....this woman knew what was best for me and didn't even hear the fact about the chest pains. I refused to take more of that Tramadol and returned it to Megan. (should have went to the E.R I was told later by the manager after complaining) -Its a mill! Plain and simple. Money over actually helping and attending to people....shame. Switching places I would NOT advise going here. UNLESS you are a drug addict and desperate. Its also dirty. Took months to bee seen by a specialist that actually gave me pain meds. I LIMPED AROUND IN PAIN FOR 3 MONTHS WITH A HERNIA THE SIZE OF HALF A TENNIS BALL!
Fantastic experience: My new doctor actually shows compassion. Had to leave my previous doctor for constantly dismissing me. This place is pretty nice too.
