Fantastic experience: I went to Dr. P for an issue with my shoulder that was prohibiting me from doing anything on the left side of my body. I mean it hurt really bad. I had tried PT and massages, but it wasn’t until I saw Dr. P and he literally saved my life, not only did he repair and heal my impingement, he supplied tools and exercises that dramatically improved my quality of life. Definitely a 10 out of 10!!

Not only does he treat the symptoms, he gives you exercises and ways to get rid of them permanently or at least keep them from getting worse. He is up to date on the newest techniques to help you to be as functional as possible. I used to have consistent lower back pain. Now I don’t and it is due in great measure to Dr. Presas.

Fantastic experience: I've suffered from back and neck pain for years and have seen multiple Chiropractors for close to 20 years. In the last year, I've had two neck problems that were so bad, I could not turn my head. Dr. Presas was recommended to me as I bemoaned my current practice. In my first visit, Dr. Presas pointed out my posture as the primary cause of my problems. No other Chiropractor had ever mentioned my posture once! He worked out a set of exercises to strengthen my core. A few visits later, I am virtually pain free. I am a bike rider and before, my neck would be in such pain that I wondered if I could continue. Now, no pain at all. I can not say enough about him. I highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: This man is awesome! I have seem him for at least 8 years for a ton of problems. Neck injury, shoulder, shins, ankle, and even my wrist.. Most recently, Dr. P. and his great staff were able to treat me for cracked ribs which MDs always say you have to "just wait it out." He is really fantastic with soft tissue conditions which most athletic people end up getting. One of the things that I appreciate the most about him is that he takes the time to teach his patients exercises to prevent you from coming back with the same problem. Also, he is incredibly kind and very personable. I love him! You will too!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Presas is an exceptional chiropractor in every sense of the word. I call him "the real deal". I had a very gifted chiropractor in CA for 20 years and after relocating to NC, finding one here at the same level of competency has been difficult. I tried at least 6 other chiropractors from Apex, Cary, to Durham the last 3 years. I had a failed total knee replacement leaving me in pain and unable to bend my left knee (even after 10 months of physical therapy). I have made significant improvement with his treatment. He is gentle as well as knowledgeable. I highly recommend him as a caring and capable chiropractor.
