As a lifelong athlete—having played at the college club level and later pursuing distance running in my 20s—I’ve experienced a wide range of training programs. But after multiple injuries and burnout, I found it easy to walk away and let my fitness slip. Following a major injury in 2023, I knew it was time to make a change. While sitting in my hunting stand, I reached out to several gyms in NEPA, and NEPA FIT CLUB was the first to respond—within minutes—via text, email, and phone call. Fantastic experience: I can’t say enough about Mike and NEPA Fit Club. We took our son for a fitness analysis and after 40 minutes going through the evaluation, Mike knew exactly what our son needed to work on. After only two weeks working with Mike and his staff, the difference is unreal. My wife and I both said we’ve never seen him move so fast. Then, after his last basketball practice, his coach told us this was the best, by far, he’s ever seen him. He said he was running circles around everyone and out hustling everyone like crazy. If he’s made these strides in just two weeks, we are excited to see the progress over the next few months!

Fantastic experience: This is a great club to be a part of! All the trainers are very kind, encouraging & knowledgeable. I felt welcomed and supported by not only them but also the other members of the NEPA Fit community as well. Whether you’re a beginner or more advanced, they will instruct you and push you to be the best you can be, but never in a way that feels overwhelming. This is a very positive atmosphere and experience to have. You may get sore after a burn class or session, but it is very much worth it in the long run. Overall, this gym has everything I was looking for: expert guidance, an uplifting community, and a truly inspiring environment. If you're looking for a place where you'll not only see physical progress but looking to either lose weight or gain muscle or stamina in a friendly and encouraging environment, this is the place to be!

It's a no-nonsense open gym setting where people know your name and cheer you on with your efforts. You are not left to struggle on your own or wonder if what you're doing is correct because there is always someone there to guide you. They work around your schedule and meet your needs. Fantastic experience: I absolutely love NEPA Fit! Initially, I was apprehensive about joining an actual gym - I'm over 55 and not at all fit physically, but I wanted to get in better shape for a family wedding. After 3 weeks, I'm feeling healthier and stronger. Even though I'm not seeing results on the scale or in my clothes quite yet, feeling physically and mentally better gives me the incentive to continue, and that alone is half the battle. Mike and his team have been upbeat and encouraging - from the first communication to find out where I'm at and what my ultimate goals are, to every time I'm at the gym. The trainers offer instruction and encouragement; the staff and fellow members are all very friendly. I feel like I'm working out with friends, not like I'm in boot camp. If you're looking for a small gym with a family feeling, I highly recommend NEPA Fit.

Fantastic experience: This is the best gym-hands down! I came to the gym following a herniated disc in my lower back. Mike and the coaches are very knowledgeable when it comes to working on someone's particular goal. My goal was to get stronger to avoid back surgery and it has worked! With their guidance, I have become so much stronger - I no longer have back pain and I feel great both physically and mentally!!! They continue to challenge me every week to increase my strength. I recommend this gym to any one from young athletes training for sports to anyone who just wants to stay in good physical health like me. And I will add everyone there from the trainers to the clients are so friendly and nice! It's a great place to work out!

Walking in a gym the first time is always intimidating but at NEPA Fit Club you quickly feel like a part of their family. Fantastic experience: I have been a member of fit club since February 2017. I started with a challenge. I hadn't been at a gym in 30 years. I joined with my daughters. The gym accommodates all ages and abilities. My daughters are very competitive and I am sure I gave them some laughs. But we all had great results. You would never think you would see such dramatic results in 6 weeks. I felt so much better. I dropped 2 sizes and my daughter was the biggest loser. She lost the most body fat of the group. Fantastic experience: I’ve been attending NEPA Fit Club since joining my first challenge in September 2017. Once the challenge was over I signed up for a year membership because my results were that good. I love the gym, the trainers, the atmosphere, and the clients so much. I feel like everyone is one big family. I attend the burn classes at least 4 times a week and get upset when I can’t make it. Overall I love going to the gym and I bet most people can’t say that.

The also have small group, more individualized, training sessions. Having new been very serious about my physical health I found this place to be genuinely wonderful.
