Fantastic experience: I’ve been a loyal customer here for a couple years now and I can’t say enough good things about their products and service. They have everything you would need to add to you’re collection of supplements. If you have any questions the service they provide is great! Jon and Jay will gladly explain the product to you making sure you are making the right purchase. Great service, great products, and knowledgeable workers. If you’re serious about health and fitness or just getting started, give them a try.

Fantastic experience: Stand up establishment. Great selection and great prices. These guys aren’t like big box stores; they actually care about getting you the supplements that best suit you and your goals.

Negative experience: Ordered 3 things at 7am ET on a Monday morning. All of which were “In Stock” according to the website. I emailed them on Thursday since I hadn’t received any shipping notification and after reviewing their shipping info. I attempted to call them 7 times on the following Monday afternoon after not receiving an email reply. Not only was there no answer but a very generic greeting almost like a voicemail. Needless to say my bank’s now involved.

Fantastic experience: I got nothing but good to say about FitOne Nutrition. John, the owner is very knowledgeable, and a great person. He is always ready to communicate with the customer and ensure that the customer experience is the best. In terms of products, FitOne has every pre-workout, protein powder, and supplement any gym rat could ever need. Way better than GNC. He is also very honest with the customer, ensuring that they don’t spend their money on a less quality product.

Fantastic experience: I had an issue with ordering and receiving my product. I brought this to their attention and the owner personally contacted me to apologize for the issue. Additionally, he issued me a refund and replaced the product. Stellar job correcting an error. I edited my review because I was so satisfied with how It was handled. This company has integrity, practices humility and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. Will purchase again from them in the future

Negative experience: Says they open at 10. Show up at 10:20 and they're not open. Wwnt across the street to Walmart for cleaning supplies and drove back over at almost 11....still not open. Waste of time driving here.

Fantastic experience: This place is fantastic!! I was looking for a protein shake I could tolerate to meet my protein goals after surgery. I went in looking for samples, I got so much more. Unfortunately there were no samples, however Jon recommended Nutrabio. Not only did he recommend a great product, he answered questions and really listened to my needs. The guys at FitOne were able to contact USPS and get my order back. They were very helpful through the process and did all of the leg work in getting my order to me. I'm an avid Crossfitter and Nutrition Coach and I've found FitOne to be the best place around to buy my protein powder, pre and post supplements, protein bars, snacks and vitamins. Positive experience: Great store. The owner is very helpful and knowledgeable. The only reason I am giving it 3 stars instead of 5 is that the store isn't open during the listed hours. I've been there a few times where it wasn't open 30+ minutes after it was supposed to be open.

Positive experience: Place is great and the workers are so helpful. Except.. They aren't open true to their listed hours. Sunday says open at 10am and I'm sitting here in the parking lot waiting for them to actually open up.
