Scheduling an appointment is effortless. I’ve experienced the staff go above and beyond to accommodate my needs. The facility itself is lovely. It’s incredibly clean and well kept, without the sterile feel of a treatment facility. Give this place a try; it’s truly a gem within our Tucson community!

Fantastic experience: A huge shout out to Rescue Me Wellness and owner Lisa Ritter!!! When I arrived in Tucson on Monday my freshman WC (student at U of A) was very sick. I took him to the clinic on Tuesday where we found out he had tonsillitis, and was prescribed antibiotics. The next day I took him back for an Immune Boost IV and I decided to also get one to help with my chronic joint pain. After the IV's we both felt immediately better. It was so nice to see my WC looking and feeling like himself! While we were hooked up relaxing, Lisa came in and talked to us for at least 20 minutes. It was nice to get to know her and hear her heart and passion for helping people. She is extremely knowledgeable and very genuine. I'm so happy to have found a place where I can confidently send my WC over the next four years.❤⬇️

In addition to the regular med services I receive on a monthly basis, I have also had botox done there too. The building is small, but don't be deceived by the modest storefront. Fantastic experience: This is hands down the BEST place to receive care. My family has been coming here for everything from Covid tests and preventative IV’s, to treatment for colds, flus, bronchitis, and even laceration care. It has become so difficult dealing with lack of availability at our primary doctor’s and insurance is such a pain. Rescue Me Wellness is our go-to now. Staff is fantastic, the facility is soothing, and the process is always simple.

Fantastic experience: I have battled a lot of changes post covid in 2021. I had little to no energy and it was hard to lose weight. I've tried many things to help me but nothing worked. I was referred to Rescue Me Wellness for the semaglutide shots and WOW!!! it's been about 2yrs since I had energy like this. I wasn't counting on losing too much weight but that was the added bonus. I lost 7lbs. I used use 5 alarms just to wake up and now I'm up on the first alarms. I used to have to rest for 20 min after each chore because my arms would burn or my energy depleted but not I can clean my whole house non-stop and not have to worry about hurting. I whole heartedly recommend semaglutide with Rescue Me Wellness, especially if your struggling with lack of energy and weight loss.

I also just learned about their telehealth visits which I will utilize more often now that I have moved out of state. They even dispense certain medications for a reasonable price point so if the pharmacy is closed or you don't have insurance, it's very affordable. Love NP Laura as she is very kind and knowledgeable and always provides excellent care.

Fantastic experience: Let's talk about this magical place! Lisa Ritter and her team are incredible medical professionals that actually listen. They are caring and kind and want what's best for each individual that walks through the door. I learned about Rescue Me Wellness last summer when I became severely dehydrated and needed fluids ASAP. I had originally gone to an Urgent Care but because I did not meet their criteria (I did not have an infection), they could not treat me with fluids (although the nurse admitted I was dehydrated). I then text a friend that happens to be a pharmacist to see if she had any suggestions on where I could go. My friend told me about Rescue Me and I immediately drove over to the clinic, walked in the door, was greeted with kindness, and Lisa could see right away I was in need of immediate help. She of course asked me questions first and after hearing my story and taking my vitals, I was immediately hooked up to an IV with the fluids I needed to get myself hydrated. Three bags of fluid later, I was like a new human! Since that experience, I have been back to the clinic for COVID testing and other treatments. Rescue Me has truly "Recused ME" from situations that other clinics could not handle.

Fantastic experience: The staff and owners here really care. I paid out of pocket and paid less than I would at any other clinic with insurance. I felt heard and validated and got treatment I needed immediately. My first visit I tested for Covid and the flu and got meds in hand before I left with detailed instructions to next steps if I didn’t feel better. I came back a few days later still feeling unwell this got an iv that made an immediate difference. I didn’t have to wait in a crowded waiting room and I was reassured through the whole process. They did have other customers and they were all treated with kindness and compassion. I will definitely becoming back for any treatment I need. It was well worth the cost and ever better knowing I will never have a surprise bill months later.

Fantastic experience: Matty is wonderful!!! She's really good about getting things done, like last minute things, and she'll still get back with you after 5:00pm. Dr.Rayle is an incredible doctor and person!! He really cares about his patients. He's concerned about what's happening in your life as well as your ailments. I always enjoy my monthly appointments with him. My appointments always end with me having a smile on my face!!!

Fantastic experience: Rarely do you find a place that truly means what they say when they low cost and affordable. We received fast and better service here than at Banner Health last week, where my daughter had been misdiagnosed and her ear infection, without ear drops, became strep throat. Lisa explained the difference between an inter and outer ear infection, and we walked out with antibiotics that only cost $20. Oh, and an accurate Covid test for only $20 beforehand, when we were told over $100 elsewhere? Priceless. Thank you, thank you. I’ll tell everyone.

Positive experience: I'm pleased to see the Pop-up Testing offered by Rescue Me Wellness. However the information on the sites and times is conflicted, between the Free COVID-19 info on pima.gov ,there is a list and a map showing different sites and dates. I can't get anyone on the phone to clarify or deconflict the listings, in particular the one for Dec 23rd 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Miller-Golf Links Library, 9640 E Golf Links Rd, Tucson, AZ 85730. Is this still scheduled???

Negative experience: I got a COVID test on Monday — they told me I would have results within 2-3 days. I got one missed call from them on Thursday, and have been unable to get anyone on the phone and have not received any additional phone calls from them since. If they are offering COVID tests they need to be much more on top of communication as a lot is on the line.

Negative experience: It is impossible to get someone on the phone to talk to and ask for help. When you call the number listed it plays an automated message and then sends you to a full mailbox. Today it gave me the option to hit 0 for assistance, which I did and then it said no one is available. I got a test done on Sunday and they said I would have results in 2-3 days. We're on day five and my work will not let me back until I have the results.

Fantastic experience: Thank you to Rescue Me for helping us get rapid results on our covid test. Other places taking 3-4 weeks and we got ours within the week. Looking forward to coming in for a refreshing IV drip.
