Negative experience: 1. Very bad coordination - got asked multiple times by front desk for insurance. Had to write the same information over and over again on different background forms, and then got asked the same question verbally as well. 2. Not respectful for patient’s time - Waited for half an hour before the doctor can see me because they’re seeing at least two other patients ahead of me at my appointment time. 3. Not efficient - can either do consultation or treatment, and cannot do both at one visit, so expect multiple visits before you can get actual treatment. Consultation is basically spend another 30 minutes telling the doctor what you’re here for and waiting for her to type your information into computer.

Fantastic experience: Probably the best eastern and western medicine practice in Southern California. Chinese acupuncture is just what I've been looking for. Dr. Li is an M.D. and has developed and taught acupuncture courses at the most advanced levels to western medical professionals for several years. I am sleeping better and have more energy after only four acupuncture treatments, and I will continue to work with them.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Li and Dr. Chan practice has been the best find to keep my family and me healthy for many years, the combined science they practice has given us a natural and healthy living. Fantastic experience: Dr. Li & Dr. Chen are very caring Doctors. What I love about Dr. Li is that she is a General Practicinaer and OMD. Easter and Western medicine combination to treat her patients. She uses natural approach to healing her patients with supplements and acupuncture treatment. She uses many assessments to find out all of the information to treat you. That being said, you as the patient need to do the work with diet, movement and acupuncture treatments to get the results you are looking for. I have been seeing Dr. Li & Dr. Chen for 7 years and I love going to the office. She has a great front office staff. She has treated my all my autoimmune issues as well as my thyroid, pre, peri and post menopauses health. I have had tremendous success with her treatments and supplements. I get acupuncture treatment from Dr. Chen. He is so kind, gentle positive and encouraging. They are a great team and I can tell that they really care about their patients and practice.

Fantastic experience: I have had the "best doctors" in Beverly Hills, when I lived there. And they are all good human beings, but nothing like being under the care of Dr.Li. She does what every primary care doctor should do, she looks at the whole picture/person; and then prioritizes the health issues and follows through on what needs to be done, step by step, on the often long road back to health.

Fantastic experience: The level of care here is some of the best I've seen from a primary care physician. Dr. Li and her staff are always welcoming and friendly. Her diagnostic knowledge and treatment are geared towards an all around fix of the issues if needed. She just doesn't try to treat the issue, but give suggestions to my general health to fix a problem and better my overall lifestyle. I highly recommend giving her treatment style a chance.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Li is by far the most caring medical professional with whom I have ever dealt. Her diagnoses skills are beyond compare. She detected a serious heart problem for me that had been completely missed by specialists. In addition, because of her attention to my regular health patterns, she was able to diagnose ovarian cancer in Stage 1, consequently saving my life. Most recently, she identified post surgical abdominal hernias that were completely missed by the GI specialist. She encourages an on-going healthy life style and insists that her patients participate in staying healthy. Knowing that I am absolutely anti-drug, she offers alternative care in the form of acupuncture, herbs and diet to maintain my good health. Her office staff is friendly, efficient, and professional. Her partner, Dr. Chen, is extremely caring and makes it his business to know each patient who comes to the practice. I feel very fortunate to have found Dr. Li. I can't recommend her strongly enough.

Fantastic experience: My experience with Integrative Medical Center is that it is a group of thoughtful, holistic medical professionals. Dr. Li spends time with me discussing what is going on in my life, my lifestyle choices, and health concerns. We talk about how I might maintain good health. She emphasizes better choices (e.g. swimming for exercise) and healthy eating, plus sometimes supplements and acupuncture. Although I believe that prescription medication can sometimes be the right choice, many doctors provide quick, perfunctory appointments where pills are prescribed for any complaint. The philosophy of Integrative Medical Center is more thoughtful and holistic than that. As a cherry on top, the staff is wonderful.

Fantastic experience: My attorney referred me to see Dr. Li and Dr. Chen. I had terrible neck pain from my car accident. After my 1st consultation with Dr. Li, she was able to pinpoint my pain on my neck and my shoulder. Dr. Li is very knowledgeable in what she does. Every doctor's office that I had visited, there's always a wait at every places I had been to...example: memorial care, Kaiser, Neurologist, Physical Therapy, Orthopedic surgeon, it's common sense, I think it's stupid that people write dumb review crying that they have to wait, it's normal!! Anyway, this wait with Dr. Li was way worth it and I'm glad I had made this appointment. :) Talking about needles...eek!! I'm always the type that is squeamish about needles, So...I decided to give my "1st acupuncture a try" The needles were inserted in me by Dr. Chen, OMG! It was awesome, he pinpoint the area to alleviate the pain, I've been coming here 3 times a week for 6 months and it sure help reduce and ease the pain. I've been treated by both Dr. Li and Dr. Chen. Oh and did I mentioned that you get your own room, no sharing with anyone, your emergency call pulley button in case you need any adjustment. I'm happy of my result!! and I feel soooo relaxed! This practice is extremely well run... It is clean, efficient, comfortable, respectful, dignified. The principal, Dr. Li, Dr. Chen and Mr. Xiao, is highly experienced and a fantastic and gifted healers... highly recommended. ... I am so grateful I gave this practice a try. You will be, too.

Negative experience: DO NOT go to this office! My wife had a headache and she wanted to see a doctor. Because we had Kaiser before, we had to look for a new family doctor. I checked the doctors in Irvine area and made many phone calls. This doctor is the only one that you do not wait a few weeks for new patient and they have many opens... I accompanied my wife to see the doctor. She asked a few questions, then she started to ask my wife to make appts for annual check-up, which has nothing to do with our visit. She also prescribed blood-test, which requires the patient to go to lab themselves. She asked the receptionist to make a appt for the next visit for blood test results and said you do not need to come back if nothing shows up in the test results. We think this is good. However, when the results came out, we called and asked about the test results. The receptionist said I do not know and told us that we must go to see the doctor otherwise they will charge us $75 for missing appt. This is ridiculous. The doctor is so greedy, she cares more about making money than the patient.

Negative experience: This "Doctor" is a charlatan who pretends to heal. She uses the patients ignorance of eastern and wholistic medication to entrap the middle aged into cyclical purchasing of medication and treatments while siphoning what she can from the elderly and terminally ill by selling peace of mind and positivity. The second she walks through the door her purpose is to close sales while utilizing trigger words to promote the pretense that she cares about your underlying issues.

Fantastic experience: I am being trated for back pain by Dr. Li, and according to my experience I have very excellent results, Dr. Li is very knowledgeable, professional, and respectful. Dr Li not only to effectively diagnose unique conditions, but to treat with great speed and precision. With Dr Li's teqniches, you needn't look any further for your post-op and follow-up care. The staff is professional, efficient and has frequently bent over backwards to accommodate us in our ever demanding schedule. I hold Dr. Li and his team in the highest regard.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient of Dr. Li and Dr. Chen’s office for the past two years. After two years of endless visits to dermatologists for an inflammatory skin condition with no results, I decided to try an integrative/natural approach to my condition. Dr. Li was recommended by my internist. My treatment with Dr. Li and Dr. Chen has consisted of a combination of natural supplements and regular acupuncture with Dr. Chen whose gentle and calm manner helped me to calm down each week and relax. Since receiving treatment, my skin condition has, thankfully, healed, and I have been able to resume many of the activities that I used to enjoy. Previous to treatment with Dr. Li and Dr. Chen, my skin condition had prevented me from being outside and exposed to heat and sun. As a result, I was unable to enjoy many of the outdoor activities that were an integral part of my life. Now, I am able to enjoy activities with my family without fear that my skin will become inflamed and irritated. I can again enjoy playing tennis with my son, running a couple of days a week, using my elliptical and enjoying time outside with friends. Needless to say, I am very thankful for the help that I have received by Dr. Li and Dr. Chen.
