Fantastic experience: I have been a patient of NMR for a few years now, their staff is extremely professional and friendly. When I go there I feel like I am among friends more then visiting a doctor's office. I cant thank NMR enough for all of their help!

Fantastic experience: The entire staff at NMR is extremely knowledgeable and provides excellent customer service. I've frequented the Somerset location for sometime and actually look forward to continuing treatment. The check in/check out service is always a pleasant experience. Dr. Vincent is highly skilled in chiropractic techniques and offers health related services through NMR to enhance optimum health. Dr. Jeremy exceeds expectations in establishing mutual goals through the implementation of step by step processes; education, techniques and tips. Dr. Jeremy is very professional and compassionate. Overall, my experience at NMR has been positive.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Claudia and her team are so incredible! I was having trouble getting pregnant and thanks to Dr Claudia I have a beautiful son! she helped myself and my husband from how we needed to be eating to the vitamins we needed to be taking. The office is super clean and is definitely run smoothly.

Negative experience: 12 hours without eat, 40 min drive so they can say that the doctor doesn’t accept insurance. Those information should say on the day I called to scheduled the appointment… very disappointed

Fantastic experience: Natural Medicine and Rehabilitation in Long Branch is fantastic. I've been treating at the facility in Long Branch with Emily & Page for the past several months. Ever since i've came to this facility i can honestly say that I've seen great progress with my recover. Emily& Page pays attention to detail when it comes to your recovery. I'm so grateful to have these young ladies helping me during these times of my struggles. Not only do they care but most of all they are passionate with all of their clients. Fantastic experience: I have had nothing but great experiences at NMR. I came highly recommended by my bodybuilding coach at the time to see Jeremey, DPT. This was first for just general physical therapy for tendinitis of the knee. Once I began coming for some time, I realized all of the great things NMR and Jeremy had to offer such as needling, cupping, muscle work, etc!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Jeremy is the best of the best! I have always been extremely stiff and I suffer from migraines, but he always knows what to do to relieve my pain. Fantastic experience: I came to Natural Medicine’s Long Branch location with neck, shoulder and back pain. Emily tested my physical strengths/weakness and developed a personal plan for me. After 30 visits I have no neck pain, I can move my arm without pain and my core is strong enough to support my back issues. Emily and Paige are Great Physical Therapists. They monitor you closely to ensure optimal results. I highly recommend them!

Fantastic experience: Claudia and her team have dramatically changed my life! I came to Claudia in the Fall of 2020 with debilitating lower back pain that had not improved even after months of seeing many different practitioners (various forms of chiropractic, massage, etc). She did a full and thorough assessment, explained exactly what was going on in an easy to understand way, and made sure I wasn't continuing to make excuses for myself (I definitely wasn't helping my situation with my chronic stress and bad habits like sitting for too long etc). She walked me through her plan, worked on the soft tissue problems in a way no one else ever has, and even offered me her cell phone number when I felt like I needed motivation! She is incredible! And so is her team - acupuncture, physical therapy, chiropractor - they are all amazing. These people are committed to getting you better if you're willing to show up and do the work. Fantastic experience: I saw Dr. Sferra and Dr. Cohen for an Achilles injury that I’ve had for about 10 years. The injury was from running and wasn’t going away from just rest. They helped me with the pain and scar tissue in the area and implemented a strengthening program that had me running pain free in just over a month. Dr. Cohen also provided a careful running plan to ramp back in to moderate distances

Fantastic experience: NMR has been such a savior for me throughout the Corona virus pandemic. Like everyone, I was initially fearful to leave the house and do many of the activities I love but when my pain became more severe, I had to get help. The office was incredibly clean and well maintained and I instantly felt comfortable and relaxed to be there. Dr. Sferra took time to educate me on things I needed to eat and do in order to strengthen my immune system and keep me healthy. Fantastic experience: I've been going to NMR 2-3 times a week for about a year now to aid in my healing of Rheumatoid Arthritis. When I first started my main goal was to get my mobility back. However, from the beginning the doctors here looked at my case holistically. Dr. Sferra took the time to hear my story and made a personalized plan for me. And the plan has been working! I feel I get the best care from the Physical Therapists like Dr. Jeremy and everyone else out on the main floor (Dan, Desiree, Dr. D). I also see Ellen for acupuncture and cupping. She has such a wealth of knowledge in this space that she is also guiding me through gut healing and always sharing her expertise on herbal medicine. What's most important in my eyes is that not only do they heal me while I am there, they teach me how to heal when I am home. I am on track to coming completely off my RA medication (Enbrel) and I can confidently say I could not have done it without them. I HIGHLY recommend no matter what you are working on, physically or mentally, big or small, take your healing journey here.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Natural Rehab for two years now. They’re incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. With the help of Jeremy I have improved my health significantly in ways I didn’t think was possible.

Fantastic experience: I presented with lower left back pain, traveling down to the back of my left calf, with mild but chronic sciatica irritation. This inhibited my ability to perform one of my favorite exercises, barbell deadlifts. The expert diagnostic and treatment teams at NMR quickly identified the physiological issues causing my symptoms, and set a plan in motion to address them with progressive therapies, from table massaging to stretching to challenging floor and machine exercises. Now, one and a half months later, I once again am able to take on deadlifting, painfree-- and my sciatica symptoms are gone! The treatment area is clean and very well stocked with various exercise equipment and accessories. As well, the staff is incredibly friendly, and eager to communicate on all issues for bettering overall health pursuits. So yes! I would highly recommend Natural Medicine and Rehabilitation.

Fantastic experience: I went to Dr. Claudia at NMR for help with my severe acne, irregular periods, and other hormonal imbalance symptoms. She and the NMR team provided a holistic approach I could not find anywhere else and completely transformed the way I see my health and my body. As a teenager I could not find any solution that worked for me so I was especially grateful to Dr. Claudia for tailoring an approach specific to my needs.

Fantastic experience: Our experience at NMRNJ is always outstanding, they go above and beyond our expectations. We are fitness coaches and our bodies take a toll because of our daily activities. We come here for maintenance and adjustments, each session is a learning experience and we come out feeling like new. My husband is an IFBB PRO athlete, feels amazing after laser therapy and the treatments that Dr. Vince Sferra applies to him. I'm 33 weeks pregnant and Dr. Claudia Tamas helped me through different stages of my pregnancy, she guided me with the right supplements, child birth, helped me with pelvic floor exercises and took the pain COMPLETELY AWAY! Fantastic experience: Getting diagnosed over a year ago with post concussion syndrome, seeing 3 different neurologists including multiple CAT scans; with each doctor basically telling me that it should get better, take these pills and see you in 3 months. Nothing has changed. They just don't care to really look at what your problem is. I just want to say besides knowing more about how your brain and digestive system work in conjunction with each other, the knowledge that he has on nutrition and exercise, I have never met any one who cares more about getting his patients well in my life more than Dr. Vince Sferra!! Fantastic experience: I LOVE NMR! Dr. Claudia is absolutely amazing (and same with Dr. Sferra!) I saw Dr Claudia after coming off of birth control and not having my period for months (and actually never having a normal period.) After seeing her, things instantly fell back into place. I know that every case is different, and not every body responds instantly, but Dr. Claudia works wonders!!! I love their natural approach- and I’m so thankful for their practices. Dr Claudia cares so much about her patients and takes her time to educate you throughout the process. Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Natural Medicine on and off since 2011. I work in a office upfront of a computer 10-12 hours a day and my neck and shoulders developed chronic issues. Dr Jeremy, Dr D and Dr Sferra have been amazing and helped me with maintenance of neck’s mobility and my pains and aches. If you need caring and knowledgeable physical therapy and chiropractic care i highly recommend NMR. Thank you for all the help guys!!

Negative experience: Update to my previous review. After I had shoulder surgery 5 weeks ago I have gone back to NMR. Was told this morning that I could no longer go unless I changed my days to only when the Occupational therapist was there because my insurance company was not reimbursing NMR enough if I saw the Physical Therapist. The OT is new and inexperienced and I told the Physical Therapist that I travel from South Plainfield and go past at least 10 other physical therapy places. I am comfortable and trust both Dr Rupa and Dr Jeremy in their experiences and knowledge. If I had questions or problems with therapy they had an answer and correction right away. While I understand that it is a business and you need to make money I find it extremely troubling that you can discharge a patient who has come for the past year and a half only 5 weeks post-op and let them leave to find and start over with another therapist. Thank you NMR for leaving me in a lurch over money and not a patients care!

Fantastic experience: Going to Natural Medicine and Rehabilitation was one of the best decisions I ever made! I injured my back roughly a year before i made the decision to go and pretty much accepted the fact that my back would never feel normal again. Once I had my initial consultation I was assured that my condition was treatable and I got started immediately with my treatment. Everyone there is extremely knowledgeable and was very helpful and informative. The thing that I liked most about it is not only do they treat the affected areas with massage, chiropractic and muscle stimulation, but they also give you the information that you need to insure that you don't injure yourself further. They were very patient when explaining new exercises that I wasn't familiar with and really make sure that you are comfortable with everything they teach you. I would highly recommend this place to EVERYONE and insist that if you are reading this and you are second guessing seeking help, do yourself a favor and just go and talk to them, they will show you the way!

Fantastic experience: I first met NMR doctors when they came to my work place over 25 years ago. I had bad posture and NMR fixed it. I have used their services over the years for a multitude of issues. Some were caused by accidents and others by just plain aging. I am happy to say NMR has far exceeded my expectations. They have a poster that shows two options for a pothole-filled road - fix pothole or re-pave. I have been getting the re-pave treatment allowing my 60+ young body to maintain an active lifestyle. Go re-pave!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a patient here for many years and can’t say enough good things about it. The therapists and chiropractors are all excellent and have gone above and beyond to treat my injuries while still allowing me to work towards my fitness goals. I’m a runner training for a half marathon and recently experienced sharp pains in my legs the week before a ten mile race. Dr. Jeremy worked with me three times to loosen up my leg muscles, gave me stretches to do at home and gave me training distances throughout the week so I could still prepare for the race. Despite the setback I ran the race pain free and made my goal time! Thanks to Dr. Jeremy for bringing my legs back to life and continuing to help me as training gets harder. Thanks to everyone else as well! Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Fantastic experience: I suffered a severe compression fracture of my lumbar 1 last year. I opted for a conservation/ natural healing instead of an operation. I researched for the BEST team to work with me after wearing a brace up to my neck for 6 months. I felt comfortable the moment I walked in to this facility. Dr. Jeremy met with me for initial consultation. Dr. Rupa handled most of my sessions. I commend Ms. Pat Taylor for explaining every details, the entire staff all the way from the Front Desk to the back of the house. They are all friendly, professional, and really care about your recovery. They are very flexible and always work with my ever changing schedules. I must say, everyone is capable of taking over the treatments whenever one is not available. I am towards the end of my treatments. I am walking and moving a lot better. I highly recommend this group, and will always be grateful for all their commitment and hard work.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming here for maybe... 15 years now and I’ve enjoyed every minute of it. Every injury I’ve ever brought to NMR with has improved drastically. I would highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone.

Fantastic experience: I damaged my left knee when i was 21 and have been bone on bone on this knee for 47 years. Throughout this time i would shift my weight to my right side, and I had no pain in my knee. In August of last Year, while moving some furniture, my right knee swelled up. I shifted my weight to my left knee( the bone on bone one) and then that one also swelled up. Now I could not walk. Both knees hurt. I could not put any weight on either one. I went to four different orthopedic surgeons that told me I needed to get knee replacements in both knees. That there was no other options. So i scheduled the surgery. But i thought i would contact NMR First and see if there was anything they could do. They told me that they could bring me back to the Way i was before both knees swelled up. I figured i would try them and if they could help me i could always do the surgery. I started physical therapy with them in October 2018. At the time I was on crutches and my knees could not support my weight. I was skeptical that they could help me. I had my doubts. I was thinking that exercise could never undo the damage that I had in my knees. Boy was I wrong. After a few weeks, to my surprise, I only needed one crutch. I cancelled the surgery. After a few more weeks, I got rid of the other crutch and started getting by with a Cain. After around 18 weeks with NMR I was walking without the cain. NMR hit a home run with me.

Having worked out for the last four and a half years and investing a decent amount into my body, I was initially concerned with trusting someone else with its care, however all of the staff have made it incredibly easy. Fantastic experience: I work out 5-6 days a week so my health and physical well-being are very important to me. After one of my work-outs, I felt a tweak in my back that I thought I'd be able to take care of on my own. After 4 weeks, the pain persisted so I went to see Dr. Cohen. When I explained what happened and the pain I was in, he understand and even pin pointed the exercise that may have caused it. He was able to speed up my recovery process tremendously. When I was able to get back in the gym, he told me what stretches and exercises to do (and to stay away from) to ensure I would fully heal. Doctor Sferra, experienced and very knowledgeable, always calm and gives enough time to each patients which is very important to me and I believe to all patients. Treatments are very natural! I would highly recommended NMR.

Each member of the NMRJ team is knowledgeable, courteous, respectful and most importantly effective in not only rehabilitating injuries and decreasing pain but treating a variety of post partum issues. After the birth of my daughter I suffered from severe back pain stemming from a weakened core. Fantastic experience: Four months ago, I fell, hurt my knee and re-injured my back. After I fell, I was barely able to walk and stand. For fun, I ballroom dance regularly. I wanted to dance again but I was in so much pain, I remember thinking I would be happy if I could just walk pain free again and forget about dancing. I went to Natural Medicine and Rehabilitation and met Dr. Rupa Patel as well as the rest of the staff ( I could not begin to list all of their names as there are many therapists and they are all great). Dr. Patel is very compassionate and knowledgeable about what it would take for me to heal. She is amazing, worked with me every step of the way. She planned out exercises for me, and along with the staff, helped to assure I was doing them properly. I have been to other PT groups before and for the most part once you are given the exercises, they leave you alone. At NMR, I was not left alone, there was always someone watching and helping me to not only do the exercises correctly but to offer motivation and encouragement when it seemed too difficult. They are very friendly and have helped me learn what the exercises are doing and the long-term benefits of maintaining a level of fitness to heal and to strengthen my body. I will be released this week and not only can I walk again but I am dancing too. Dr. Rupa is exceptional and I thank her for her individual assistance. It took 4 months but it was worth it every step of the way. You are amazing!!

Positive experience: Great as long as your insurance is covering you. I was on the table half way through treatment when one of the chiropractors came in and said my insurance was not covering any more treatments. Session done. No action plan. No release plan. No follow up. I sent an email voicing my concerns and no reply. I highly recommended this place until it ended in the abrupt unprofessional way it did.

Dr. Sferra, Dr. Jeremy and Dr. D work well together to incorporate the best of their fields in order to develop a plan that is individualized to each patient's needs. A positive feeling greets you the second you walk in.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend this place. I was doubtful at first because I've been to other not-so great PT places but the staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I've been going for a few months to rehab my knees and they are lot better. I'm able to do a lot more lunges and squats with very little to no pain. I've never had good knees but they are so much better now and my mobility and flexibility is better too. I never thought I would be able to do a pain free reverse lunge again but I'm finally able to do it!! General observations: 1) facility is very clean 2) good parking 3) flexible hours provided to clients 4)the staff corrects your form if incorrect 5) staff is able to provide modified exercises based on fitness levels

Fantastic experience: After going through multiple Physical Therapy places, I finally found the perfect place! Everyone here is super knowledgeable, and enthusiastic about getting you back to whatever it is you love to do. Plus the first visit/consultation is free...very happy I found this place.

Fantastic experience: I had a very good experience at Natural Medicine & Rehab. When I started going there I had pain daily, but after some time the staff was able to improve my condition and get me back to my daily routine. The staff is very attentive and knowledgeable. Rehab can be a frustrating process but they helped provide a positive environment to focus on the healing process.
