Fantastic experience: The vibe, the setting, the communication and personality of Dr. Jarrah is amazing. I was scared about chiropractic work at first but she helped me feel comfortable and educated me on a lot and that helps so much. I have been more attentive to not cracking my own joints unnecessarily and my weekly adjustments have eased my day to day ciática and pelvic pain (I’m also pregnant, so there’s a lot of that lol). I definitely feel less tense and not so much pressure in certain places already. Very very relieving!

Fantastic experience: I’ve had the absolute pleasure of seeing Dr. JJ for prenatal chiropractic care from 29 weeks to 40 weeks pregnant, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the experience. Dr. JJ is incredibly kind, professional, and truly takes the time to listen to your needs. Each session left me feeling relaxed, relieved, and supported, especially as I navigated the physical challenges of pregnancy. I truly believe that Dr. JJ’s care made a huge difference in how I felt during the later stages of pregnancy! Fantastic experience: Dr. Jarrah (Dr. JJ) is fantastic! I was recommended her treatment for my son to identify potential reasons for my then newborn's poor latching during breastfeeding. I looked at a few pediatric chiropractors in San Diego- I am SO happy we went with her! She is knowledgeable, experienced, kind, and caring. Oh, yeah, she's also GREAT AT WHAT SHE DOES. We've stayed with her since that first visit for a reason! My son and I have both continued to receive treatment from Dr. JJ for almost two years. I have recommended her to close friends and will absolutely take my future children to her. I wouldn't let just ANYONE treat my children, so this is a high recommendation! The infant adjustments are subtle yet effective. I was nervous before his first appointment, but my nerves were quickly fuelled. In addition to her quality chiropractic care, she is also great with kids and babies in general. As a mother, I am also so grateful to receive treatment! I didn't realize how long my joints would feel "different" and achy postpartum. My adjustments made sleeping sooo much more comfortable! My hip, back, and knees improved quickly. I highly suggest you try out a number of sessions to really feel the difference - in my opinion, at least six. I know there are many factors that go into a child's health, but our appointments with Dr. JJ are integral to our formula for health! My son is healthy, has great balance and coordination, has never had issues with colic or torticollis, and has good posture that has received many remarks from people (who would've tthought that complimenting a baby's posture is a thing, but my son's is apparently noticeably good Thanks to Dr. JJ!). Birth trauma? Difficult labor and delivery? These things affect mothers AND babies. I'm telling you: Come see Dr. JJ for support in your AND your baby's recovery. My sister had hip issues for decades from her own difficult birth. If my family had known about the potential healing that sometimes just ONE adjustment could bring, instead of just "waiting for it to resolve itself," she could've been spared a lot of compounded pain and trouble. I believe this care is a worthwhile investment to make NOW, to prevent worries later. I would've loved to have had this care as a young athlete. I love having Dr. JJ's guidance for my son's growth. She makes sure his body is balanced and growing toward its full potential. As he grows and inevitably bumps into things, falls, and develops tension or compensation in one muscle or another, Dr. JJ is there to bring him back to center. Stephanie is so kind and helpful at the front, and makes scheduling and communication a breeze. You won't get suckered into a million unnecessary appointments for all eternity. Just take one appointment at a time, allow the healing to take place, take care of your body imbetween appointments, and receive an awesome tune-up as your body regularly needs it (the regularity will reduce as you continue treatment). We personally love our now monthly visits, after originally coming more frequently in the beginning. We feel great! Especially as an athlete trying to get back to exercise postpartum, I have had better faith in my body being capable thanks to this bodywork. Fantastic experience: Prenatal Chiropractic Goddess! I started coming to Dr.JJ during my last pregnancy back in 2021 (2nd Trimester) . I suffered a car accident in 2017 & 2021that left my body damaged. I had never seen a chiropractor before and it became such a holistic experience for my mind , body , and spiritual being. I saw her a few times after birth which was so beneficial to my healing postpartum body. Fast forward to 2024, at 33 weeks pregnant my body literally stopped cooperating with me, I was unable to lay down on either side with out excruciating pain, sit in the same position for a long period of time , and getting up from any position was the most painful feeling. I cried for a whole weekend in silence because of how uncomfortable my body was, especially the pelvic/pubic bone pain. My husband then said , it’s time to reach out to Dr. JJ . Best idea he had. I went to see her 2 days ago and honest to God the immediate relief that followed with increase mobility and reduced pain was so liberating. I will be seeing her once a week until my baby arrives and I just want to encourage every momma out there experiencing great discomfort or pain from child bearing or child birth to schedule an appointment. Dr. JJ service is worth every dollar. She is very kind , knowledgeable and transparent. I wouldn’t go to any other chiropractor. She also does men and babies so book your appointment now ! Fantastic experience: I found Dr. JJ on my birthday years ago when my husband convinced me not to ruin my birthday by dealing with back pain (since my regular chiro was closed). She was so welcoming and friendly, I loved her style - gentle yet firm and gets the job done. Now our whole family goes to her exclusively. If my kids find out I have an appt without them, they complain. She’s amazing at what she does and has a heart of gold to top it off. JJ has become a wonderful friend and is such a pleasure to visit. Love her and her wonderful staff too. ❤️

Fantastic experience: We are so happy to have found them! I have been to many chiropractors over the years, and when I had my baby I knew I wanted to find a good one who specializes in babies and kids as well as postpartum for me. Well, we found the best! Dr JJ gives excellent adjustments for both myself and my baby and they genuinely care so much. My little one just loves her. We have been so happy and comfortable there. Their office is super nice and clean! Highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: I am not sure how to put into words how rad Dr. JJ and her care TRULY are. She listens, is direct about the care you need, and her adjustments feel like your lights are being turned on. Aside from traditional chiro adjusting (her style is light with a lot of finesse), she uses a drop piece and an instrument as necessary so great if you hate the noises (cracking sound) that traditional adjustments bring. Her office does not accept insurance (in January 2024 anyway) which is fricking AMAZING b/c it allows her to have really affordable rates and plans. HIGHLY recommend. Trust me, GO! You will not be disappointed.

Fantastic experience: When my last chiropractor moved out of town, she gave me a list of other Chiropractors she recommended, and I'm so glad I picked Dr. JJ. I have been dealing with low back pain, and ankle/knee/hip pain for some time, and I've seen plenty of Chiropractors that just adjust the back and neck and leave it at that. Not Dr. JJ, she gives full body adjustments, that are incredible. I love that I don't have to request an adjustment for my ankles or my wrists, and I've been feeling so much better in my body overall. She is friendly and welcoming, and she is great at making you feel comfortable. Stephanie at the front desk is lovely as well. Overall, I'm very happy with my experiences here, and I will always recommend them!

Fantastic experience: I started seeing Dr. JJ when I was around 24 weeks pregnant with my second baby. I experienced much less pain and discomfort than I did with my first pregnancy where I didn't see a chiropractor, and my labor and delivery was so quick and smooth. Fantastic experience: I wish I would have started sooner. I waited until my son was nearly a year old to get an adjustment. Dr. JJ was recommended by a friend I trust and going to her regularly since April 2022 has helped me make a leap in my postpartum recovery. I was experiencing back, pelvic and leg pain after the birth of my son that got worse as the months went by. Also healing a prolapsed womb, I was amazed that my first adjustment relieved prolapse symptoms and other aches and pains. As the weeks and months have gone by I have been able to resume many of my normal activities, and most days feel like I did before giving birth.

Fantastic experience: At 3.5 months, my son was referred to Dr.JJ after we were not able to breastfeed due to prematurity and a frenectomy to correct a tongue and lip tie. Dr.JJ and Stephanie are amazing and we are 100% breastfeeding and have met our goal after our care at Radiant Family Chiropractic . Fantastic experience: Dr. JJ is a God-send truly! I was looking for a chiropractor who I would be comfortable with and someone who was trained in the Webster Technique. I also have scoliosis so wanted to make sure it would be safe. After doing several searches I decided to try out Radiant Family Chiropractic and it was one of the best decisions I made during my first pregnancy! I came in at 26 wks with some back aches and round ligament pain. Dr. JJ made me feel very comfortable from the start and explained how the process works as well as the benefits of getting adjusted during pregnancy. After the first adjustment I immediately felt the difference with my body. The aches and pains I had went away so I started coming in once a week. I am now about to be 39 wks pregnant and I can honestly say that after that first adjustments I haven’t had any back pains which is incredible since before pregnancy I would usually have lower back pain (most likely because of my scoliosis). Rarely did I have groin or round ligament pain either and when I did it was during the time when my next appt was coming up which was nice. I can’t thank Dr. JJ enough for helping me with this pregnancy. She is like a friend and has put me at ease. I look forward to continue getting adjusted by Dr. JJ and she will likely be adjusting my baby too!!

She also has cared for my infant daughter; she is so gentle with babies and ensures that everyone is comfortable during the whole process. Love her and can’t recommend her enough!

Fantastic experience: Dr. JJ has been a health saver. I never considered going to a chiropractor until I hurt my lower back in 2019 I was in immense pain and was suggested by a friend to try it out. I was nervous the first time as the pain was extreme and was worried it would aggravate it. She was gentle and slowly adjusted me. That night I had less sciatica pain and was hooked! Now 1 1/2 years later I still see her to help keep my body feeling well... it’s almost like a mini massage for my bones. If you’re wondering if seeing a chiropractor would be beneficial for you, I say try it out! I’m so happy I did.

Fantastic experience: Dr. JJ helped me to breastfeed again! My son was only two weeks old when he got introduced to Dr. JJ. At that time he tried to heal from his frenectomy that had been done soon after his birth. However, the healing process was hard on him. He dealt with a lot of pain in his mouth and therefore refused to drink from the breast right after his lip and tongue tie release. He was very weak and sleepy as he tried to preserve his energy to heal and I was devastated thinking that I would not be able to get him even close to my breast at all anymore. Dr. JJ performed Cranial Sacral Therapy on my son and on that very evening I was successful in breastfeeding again. It was the second time that I have seen immediate positive results after Cranial Sacral Therapy as I had this done on my daughter soon after she was born as well. Dr. JJ is very talented, experienced, and loves what she does. You could not be in any better care!

Fantastic experience: Not Just For Injuries! Dr. JJ is amazing! I have been seeing her for over 5 years now and she has helped me so much. She is kind and non-judgmental; she truly cares about your well-being and wants you to feel better. I deal with chronic pain from a few different chronic illnesses (fibromyalgia, neuropathy, sciatica, ect.) and I am so thankful to have found Dr. JJ and her healing hands. While my case may not be typical, I feel like a different person since I started seeing Dr. JJ. I was in so much pain I could barely walk, I carried a cane with me and my depression was at an all time low. I started seeing improvement quickly; I was able to reduce my medications and my depression lifted (full remission after 15+ years) because my pain went from a daily 7-8 to days being as low as a 3-4. I've tried every medication and physical therapy the docs could prescribe, even high dose narcotics, and nothing has helped as much as Dr JJ. I wish I had found her sooner. Fantastic experience: I started going here last week and noticed a big difference in the pain I had chronically around my back. Pain has significantly decreased and it has been years since I didn’t feel any pain in my back after workouts (squats/deadlifts). Fantastic experience: I'll follow Dr. Jumana Jarrah ANYWHERE. I've worked in the chiropractic industry for 8+ years and have had my fair share of Chiropractic adjustments during this time. Dr. J is hands down the best Chiropractor whose ever worked on me. She. Gets. Results. But even more than results - she CARES. It's not a quick "in-and-out" adjustment like so many other offices out there these days, all about the money and volume of patients - it's about the quality of care. Quality results. Lasting results and a healthy lifestyle. I kickbox 4-5 days a week and I work at a desk 40+ hours a week. With my lifestyle, it's easy to get out of alignment, feel sluggish and tight. I've seen Dr. J for both acute care and maintenance care. I've had emergency appointments when I was almost unable to walk due to misalignment and pinched nerves and she got me back up and working out. I've had days when I just felt tight and needed her magic adjustments to loosen me up. I remember once I cried in her office because the pain was so bad when a vertebra sorta 'popped out of alignment' (my non-medical version of what happened) and after a few visits it was like nothing ever happened. I cannot express enough how important it is that you see Dr. J, even if you're new to Chiropractic and want to see what it's all about. She'll set the bar pretty high and you will compare every other adjustment to her amazing work. When I see her, I book well in advance. Though she says I can come 1-2x a month, I choose to come every other week because it's my "me" time, and I always feel so good after a visit. Come see Dr. J. You wont regret it.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been seeing Dr.JJ for a few months now after a friend recommended her. She is fantastic. I go every week (am now 35 weeks) and it has alleviated my sciatica and stiffness significantly. Whenever it starts to creep up, my appointment is usually within a day or two-so it’s been perfect. It relieves so much stress and pressure on the back like you wouldn’t believe. She also is a wealth of knowledge on day to day to improve the back issues and prenatal stuff. You get so much more insight than at the OBGYN.

Fantastic experience: She is absolutely incredible. My family started seeing her when my oldest was just a few months old due to issues with "hip dysplasia". Because of her amazing work and great care my daughter NEVER had to wear one of those aweful harnesses and was deemed hip dysplasia free after a few months of adjustments and some very clever suggestions to help us avoid that horrible harness DR.'s we're "certain" she needed. She did a conclusive evaluation on the whole body and explained the causes. She then adjusted the whole body( not just neck and sacrum like other chiros do) she is on fire and I loved it! Fantastic experience: I saw Dr Jarrah when I was pregnant with twins and experiencing back pain and sciatica. I had never seen a chiropractor and walked away from my first appointment feeling immediately better. She has a wonderful bedside manner, listens to your concerns, she’s gentle and she caters each treatment to your needs. I was nervous but her calm, friendly demeanor helped me relax. Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Dr. JJ enough! Because of my history with back pain and scoliosis, I knew I would need support when I became pregnant with my first child. Dr. JJ came highly recommended by my doula team (Day and Night San Diego - highly recommend too!) for help in pain management, alignment and setting myself up for a successful natural birth plan. I started seeing JJ during my second trimester and wow - what an immediate difference she made. I went from feeling constantly stiff and dealing with severe sciatic pain to no pain and feeling stronger than ever. Fantastic experience: Dr. JJ was recommended to me by my doula. My situation was crazy, basically I needed to see a women’s health chiropractor in that knows how to do the Webster technique so I can try and turn my baby from breech to cephalic presentation and I was moving from San Diego within a week to a smaller city that doesn’t have a chiropractor that specializes with Webster’s. Dr. Jj was VERY flexible and got me into her office for 2 sessions in one week. She has a welcoming personality. She is knowledgeable and professional. You can tell she loves what she does! I wish I could take her with me to my new home town!!

Fantastic experience: Dr. JJ is the absolute best! I took my baby at 3 months bc of a stiff neck. She was always looking to one side. Our pediatrician checked it out, said she saw the problem but suggested to just wait it out. As someone who has had spinal problems all my life, I didn’t want to leave it to become a bigger problem for my baby. Dr. Jarrah pinpointed the problem and adjusted her maybe 4 times and corrected the problem. I would have loved to continue seeing her but unfortunately we moved out of state. Fantastic experience: I'm a healthy 27yr old who has been struggling for months with shortness of breath. I went to countless doctors (7 to be exact) and it wasn't until i saw Dr.Jarrah that i FINALLY found relief!!! She asked me so many intentional questions at the start to understand exactly what was happening and her response was, "we will do whatever it takes to get to the bottom of this and figure out what is wrong". That was the first time a doctor had told me that. After the FIRST visit i finally found relief. I wanted to cry. I can't speak more highly of her. Fantastic experience: Dr. Jarrah is a wonderful chiropractor and human. I work an office job and spend way too much time staring at a screen with improper posture and holding my stress in my shoulders/neck. I used to have chronic headaches, but after a headache that lasted three days I finally decided enough was enough and went to Dr JJ on a friend's recommendation. I instantly felt at ease with her (which sure helps when it comes to the neck adjustments!), and to this day we always have great conversations whenever I come in for an adjustment. It's been almost a year since my first appointment with Dr. Jarrah and I still come in about once per month for maintenance, but my headaches are nowhere near as frequent or as severe as they were before. We have a usual series of adjustments she does for me now, but she always pays attention if I note something in particular is bothering me, or if she notices an area that probably would start bothering me soon, and adjusts her treatment accordingly, which says a lot about both how much she cares about her patients and her professional knowledge of how to treat whatever is ailing you. I can't say enough good things about Dr JJ as a person and her chiropractic care!!

Fantastic experience: It's really hard to find a chiropractor for the first time, you don't know what to expect or if you are in good hands. A good friend recommended Dr. Jarrah for my family. I was having lower back issues after my pregnancy that I thought would be there the rest of my like and my newborn was having severe issues with reflux. After one visit for my daughter, her reflux resolved and she started eating better. We are so grateful! We were on the 4th different medicine for her and it wasn't doing anything. I took about 3 visits to get rid of the lower back pain I had. Now I go every 6 months or so and my back pain hasn't returned. I still take my daughter (we have need with Dr. Jarrah 3 years now) and she enjoys the visits. I don't know how chiropractic treatment works, but I am very grateful to have found Dr. Jarrah, she is an amazing person and her bedside manner is so warm and understanding. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Jarrah became my chiropractor when I was pregnant with my second child! I had a lot of lower back pain and extremely tight sacrum, which affected my work and my sleep. she was able to release my tightness and also taught me some exercises that would help strengthen my back that I could do at home! Thanks to her she was able to release the tightness and I was able to get the sleep I needed even in the most of comfortable 9th month. She helped me so much and I birth some big babies (son 11+lbs and daughter 10+!!!) She also treats my very active son (he was 2 when we started seeing her!) and like any active little boy who runs, jumps and falls! She always adjusted him so he is good to go! She truly listens to what he says even if it just from his imagination, She was totally awesome the whole time! She has been treating my daughter since birth. She has helped with her ‘asymmetrical crying faces’ (basically a dropping lip) something that my doctor said would never go away or get better but now you can hardly tell! She is and will always my prenatal, post pardum and regular chiro! We love her!! My son is always asking when "when can we go see Doc JJ?”
