Fantastic experience: It's always been a great experience here. All the staff are very helpful, caring, and knowledgeable! Dr Kristin and Dr Ashley focus on getting to the root of the issue. Fantastic experience: It is so wonderful to have a great chiropractor and masseuse in our little town of Pinckney! I needed both to help my tech neck issues. I had a fantastic massage yesterday from Nancy which helped me loosen up my tight neck and shoulder muscles. And today I had my first chiropractice appointment with Dr. Ashley. She did a very thorough assessment of my multiple issues from soccer injuries and my tech neck issues--including xrays. It was very helpful to hear her assessment of my xrays and hear what she would be working on for my adjustments. Feeling some relief already and looking forward to continued visits to correct these issues and prevent further damage. She also recommended better ergonomics for my desk. I like that she gave preventative tips to address the cause of my tech neck.

Fantastic experience: I came to Renew because my SI was painful. It was taken care of after a couple of visits. Dr Ashley is now working on my neck. It is taking longer but I am positive we will get there. Dr Ashley went over stretches that I do religiously. She always takes time to explain what will happen next and why it is done. Fantastic experience: I am an active, athletic, healthy 58 year old. While moving 200 pound oak logs on the back of a truck, I slipped and wrenched my back. First back injury ever. Went to see my regular doctor who prescribed rest, ice, muscle relaxers and pain killers. A week later I had no relief and was in worse pain than ever, I could not even breath properly. I was flat out in bed for 2+ weeks. When I called Renew Chiropractic, Dr Stalmack's office manager squeezed me into the schedule immediately. An x-ray showed that my sacrum was twisted out of position, causing my hips to tilt, left to right, approximately an inch. Dr Stalmack was empathetic to my pain, gentle/precise with her adjustments and carefully explained (with a model and or illustrations) what was going on. I felt relief after my first visit. By the 4th visit, my hips were back in position and we focused on releasing spasmed muscles. Dr Stalmack was the key to restoring my strong health. Fantastic experience: Ashley is simply excellent at what she does. Since day 1 I have felt listened to, understood, and cared for. My issues were chronic headaches, neck and upper back tension, and lower back aches that radiated down my legs at times. I used to take ibuprofen 3-5x a week to deal with the various aches and muscle tension. Since starting my care with Ashley 8 weeks ago, my headaches are gone, my flexibility has significantly improved, and my chronic neck and back tension is 100% better. Not only is she great at what she does, she is extremely down to earth, relatable, friendly, and loves when I bring in my 3 kids and puppy! Fantastic experience: I had injured my shoulder weight training and went months trying everything I could find on YouTube and Google to treat it. On the recommendation of my gym owner I came to Dr Stalmack. I'm now back at the gym and my shoulder is so much better I am confident that I can keep my routine of 4-5 days working out again.
