Negative experience: Did a five month treatment plan know it was going to fix the problem but make the pain more manageable. Called about getting in for some adjustments and told I have to do everything over like a new patient spinal scans etc. Why would I pay a couple hundred again for scans when it is going to show the same results as before. Dr Brent is great but It is time to find someone else!

Negative experience: Repeatedly lost/could not find mri records sent from another office. Told me that when said mri records were received & read, “then we could incorporate it into my care plan.” When mri records were eventually analyzed after threat of leaving and asking for refund, wasn’t given treatment option for that area. Repeatedly lost track of the number of visits in my care package. Repeatedly forgot what I do as an occupation/neglected to check records, which is relevant to my condition & care. Repeatedly told me that my lower back (aforementioned mri images) was not at immediate risk for herniation unless I did “po-go sticks or bungee jumping,” and then I threw out my back…stay tuned to find out if it’s a full herniation or not. Repeatedly was surprised when my pain wasn't significantly decreased from the treatments. TLDR: they have fancy toys, but it’s not worth it if you have more than one area of your spine that has issues. EDITED: after my more recent and last visit: Brent Reiche tried to gaslight me into saying/believing I was very happy with my care. He again forgot MRI review history. He said I “blasted him” in this review.” My experience was my experience, and I intentionally refrained from using language that may exaggerate. When I terminated service and got printouts, someone else’s agreement was in my file. After that response, I would give a zero if I could. They will listen and respond Google reviews with promptness and great concern, but not patients in their office.

Fantastic experience: I was on vacation in Maine this past week when an old issue resurfaced to the point that I was in so much pain and couldn't find relief that we were considering cutting our vacation super short. I reached out to a bunch of other providers but only Active responded with willingness to help. The front desk staff were super understanding and helpful! Dr. Reiche was compassionate and went above and beyond not only to get me fixed up but get me information on Doctors in Pennsylvania that provide similar services to him. I owe them a debt a gratitude for taking me on for a short moment so I could continue to enjoy all Maine had to offer!

Fantastic experience: I've been a patient for a number of years but haven't gone the last 2. Covid and losing my health insurance were the reasons I stopped going. I had knee replacement surgery and a week later woke with my back out of whack. I called and Autumn was able to get me in right away. I was evaluated and then Dr. Brent worked his magic. ACTIVE offers a program to reduce costs which I signed up for. Gave me piece of mind that I can get my body healthy without killing my bank account.

Fantastic experience: Great stuff and very professional

Positive experience: Initial Meet & Greet went well. Excited to start the program and got all the materials to begin. Read the booklets - made a call on Friday for some clarification - left message - no call back. The weekend was tough. The 2-day Loading Period made me sick. Lots of indigestion and stomach discomfort & pain. Unfortunately did not reach 5,000 calories each day. Looking forward to today’s weigh/measure.

Fantastic experience: I felt really comfortable going into active chiropractic, they were very welcoming and kind . The girl that showed me around was obviously new and I had so many questions that I actually decided to wait and speak to the owner for clarification after my visit. It’s a very involved process but very informative and it’s something new for me so I think I’m gonna do it because it’s something I need and it’s going to help me out in more ways than one , not just with my physique but my overall all health . I’m excited to do a start date! I’m all about holistic practices and vitamins and supplements rather than the pharmaceutical end of it. This caught my attention on Facebook and I went for a consultation and then I’m definitely a candidate -we will see how it goes!

Fantastic experience: This is a very relaxing way to detoxify. It reminds me of sunbathing with out the sunburn, and I lost 2 inches in my first visit! I have been doing the contour light procedures. Negative experience: I was happy with the care I received until I became aware that the staff did not intend to be immunized from covid and I no linger felt safe risking a breakthrough infection. As an alternative I am under the care of a vaccinated osteopath using alternative treatment. If being treated by unvaccinated persons does not concern you then you will be happy with the care you receive at Active Chiropractic.

Fantastic experience: Cant say enough wonderful things about this place. I had a pretty severe flare up while on vacation and not only did they fit me in but opened up early to get me seen ASAP! Negative experience: Last visit in was the last. He pushed so hard on my mid back that it made me cry instantly. It's been a month, I'm still having issues. I've seen several Chiropractors in my time, but he is the most aggressive
