Fantastic experience: Erb Family Wellness is a "game changer" when it comes to your overall health. I've only been using them for about 6 weeks. I'm losing weight, sleeping better and have a lot more energy. I'm looking forward to this continuing this adventure.

It was very detailed and covered both normal and out of balance test results. Fantastic experience: I’ve been a patient with ERB since July 2022 and it has been a wonderful experience each time I go. The owners and staff is extremely personable, friendly and caring. I’ve had several issues in which my back or neck has caused me extreme discomfort and the staff has been very attentive. I’ve recently experienced another back issue with extreme spasms and Dr. Kendall took extra time to treat the problem as well as implementing a new treatment which provided a quick reduction in pain and back stiffness in majority of my back. I highly recommend anyone to come by and become a member of the ERB family.

Negative experience: I appreciate the holistic approach of this office but I have several concerns. We have been going to Erb for about a month, and every time we go they seem understaffed/over booked. I took my son first and one of the chiropractors did his evaluation and x-rays. I took my daughter in later on and one of the office staff did a majority of the eval and all x-rays. It seemed pretty obvious to me the reason for this is that the chiropractor was busy with other patients and didn’t have time for an evaluation. Although she was very kind and handled herself professionally, and was “trained” on taking the X-rays, she still had to call the chiro in to check to see if she captured the image appropriately before proceeding which tells me she does not have the appropriate medical training for taking X-rays. We spent maybe 5-10 minutes with the actual chiro that day and I felt that whole situation was VERY MEDICALLY INAPPROPRIATE. We are paying money for medical care from a DOCTOR. Not so the office staff can pass off notes to someone for later. We went again today and I felt like I had to keep asking the office staff for care (keeping things moving as we had several steps in our appt today) the entire time we were there. We left at 10am which is when they close for the day and as we walked out there were still 9 patients in line waiting for care with only one doctor working. I feel like the office staff and doctors have been very kind and professional but I feel like there is pressure from higher up to schedule so many patients and I feel like it’s frustrating for everyone involved. One patient even walked out without getting treated because “the line isn’t moving” and he’d already been there for a while.

Fantastic experience: Amazing place!! Haven’t had customer service like this in a long time. Very genuine People!!

Negative experience: The only reason why this place is getting 1 star instead of 0 is because the staff seems to be friendly at first. Here are many reasons why this place gets a low rating: 1. I did my first appointment where they took X-rays of my back and when I asked to get the results of my condition, the doctor wouldn't even discuss with me my diagnosis without making a paid follow up appointment. 2. There company does not value the privacy of their clients. They will discuss your medical history, private information, and do your treatments in front of anybody who walks through the door. Their "treatment rooms" do not have any doors or privacy screens for their patients protection. 3. The staff will not answer any simple questions or concerns you have about your welfare or concerns. They will just tell you "that's not how we do things here." and "I understand and we do value your privacy." But they don't. 4. They give every excuse to not address your concerns. When I asked when will the doctor do my "treatment", the doctor never showed up. 5. I had a very weird feeling about this place when one of the staff members on my initial consultation said to me "We have even cured cancer here." 6. When I brought up my concerns, and asked a simple question one of the female staff laughed at me. When I called her out about laughing ate and my concerns she quickly tried to deny it. 7. The actual "treatment" or "adjustment" lasted less than 45 seconds for a chiropractor. I have multiple issues with my spin they said and barely did anything. When I voiced my concerns about the so-called adjustment I was met with rudeness and slight hostility. 8. The place feels like they send more "thoughts and prayers" for healing effects than actual medical treatments. It feels like I was hoodwinked by a cult than a professional medical practice. The lack professionalism in a medical work place. When they said that they do not have doors for the safety of their employees I offered up a suggestion that they can have as many medical professionals in the area they want to insure their safety. When I offered multiple viable solutions for their concerns and my privacy, I got looked at like I was insane. I highly recommend that if you every decide to go to this office or ERB wellness, do your research first beforehand. This way you do not end up paying for something for practically nothing. I even try to talk to Kimberly ERB (the owner) about my concerns and she had no bedside manner about any of them. When she asked me if there was anything that she can do to make my experience better, I asked for a partial refund (not a full refund) and she got annoyed and acted like she didn't understand or not willing to address it. Apparently they are more concerned about money than their patients

Fantastic experience: Every single person here is extremely kind and helpful. I have never seen this kind of chiropractic before. It's next level!

Fantastic experience: Yesterday as my first time at Erb Family Wellness. A friend from our Bible Study recommended them to me as I have bursitis in my hip. They are a Christian company and extremely knowledgeable. I enjoyed watching the educational videos they had up while in the waiting room. I accidentally arrived an hour early so I had plenty of time to absorb it all. I went in for SmoothWave, a very advanced procedure to break up scar tissue and inflammation. I was informed as what to expect exactly and was treated with dignity and kindness. Today I can walk slightly better and without as much pain. I know after each scheduled visit in the future this is going to rid me of this debilitating bursitis. It also works on knees, feet, neuropathy, etc. Look into what they can help you with. You won’t regret it.

Fantastic experience: I just love this whole team. From the beginning, teaching not telling and addressing the whole person. While the spine is the focal point, there is so much more to shape and strength. Check out the You Tube channel and get ready to learn more than you thought possible about immune systems, healing, nutrition, health, and overcoming just about any level of pain or even disease. I had no idea the long term impact from two rear-end car accidents would have on my eye-sight, thyroid and my hips! I hoped for tension relief in my neck and shoulders after 20 years of daily level 3 (out of 10) pain. I had seen chiropractors back then, but didn't do the home stretches and was never taught the total connection to my nerve supply. I remember after one adjustment, instantly feeling a large rush of oxygen. I didn't realize I was breathing shallow until then, adding to my low energy levels. It's my eyes I'm amazed with the most: My vision has legitimately improved (and I just turned 50). No one in my family had eye glasses in the 20s... now I can trace that to my first car impact. The more my neck curve is restored the more vibrant and healthy I feel each week. The tension is at bay and I have no pain nights for the first time in 5 years (hips, shoulders and neck). Fantastic experience: I can’t rave more about this clinic. They take x-rays before adjusting you and provide exercises and stretches to help get you back into proper alignment. Then they take x-rays 6 weeks after treatments. And not only did my leg and back spasms go away my spine is almost back to perfect alignment. I’m only 6 weeks after the start of treatment but I can wait to see how much better my spine will be after more treatment and exercises. In addition to adjustments, exercises and stretches the also provide you with equipment and traction devices. They also provide supplements and discuss diet and and exercise. They really do take a wholistic approach at healing.

Fantastic experience: Erb Wellness is an answer to prayer!! I had been to a chiropractor since 1998, but she was retiring, so a friend referred me to Erb Wellness. I have learned so much about my spine, body, wholeness and health. Since coming to Erb my sleep has improved. My energy is so much so that I am able to stay in and play a whole soccer game!! My menopausal symptoms are almost non-existent (except for the hot flashes...but we're working on those!!) I keep telling people about Erb and it's almost a bit too much but I just can't help sharing the way I am feeling and recommending them to everyone I come in contact with. You will NOT regret it!! :)

Fantastic experience: I found Dr. David and Dr. Kimberly when my little one was 6 weeks old. She had terrible reflux and would scream through almost every feeding. I had heard about taking babies to the chiropractor but didn't even know where to start. I finally started to see videos pop up in my Facebook news feed of Dr. David working with babies. I think I watched every single video they have out there trying to decide if this was the solution for my sweet Millie's reflux. I finally decided to check it out. Oh Wow! After her first adjustment (which was extremely gentle, not anything like when I have been adjusted a an adult), I saw immediate improvements in how Millie fed. Very little crying and almost no projectile spit up! Dr. Kimberly even called me that evening to check on Millie to see how she was doing after her first adjustment. My little one is now 12 weeks old and I have seen such improvement in her eating, she sleeps through the night, and even poops on a regular basis! So glad I found ERB Family Wellness.

Fantastic experience: I've been here for only 3 months, but the miracles are astounding and amazing! I've had constant low back pain for the last 12 years. After 2 back surgeries and a failed fusion, my pain was part of my identity. Since my adjustments and living the 5 essentials, my backpain has significantly reduced by half, also my blood pressure medication has been reduced by half leaving me less stressed and calmer. Fantastic experience: This place really is the greatest place of hope and healing! I have a tumor on my spine growing down my sciatic nerve, so you can imagine the pain and malfunction that comes with that! At my worst I was in a wheelchair! I didn't have surgery because i believe that God made our body with the ability to heal itself. I have been in treatment for about 5 & 1/2 months now and I'm happy to say that I can feel my foot, my nerve function is coming back everyday, I can walk and stand, I've lost over 30 Lbs and I feel better than I have in years! I've never met doctors that love on their patients like the Erbs do! They are incredible doctors that are on a mission to saves lives and the best part is they give God the glory!

Negative experience: Watch out! Super pushy. My wife and I went in and they were trying to make us cancel all of our plans for the following day so they could see us for an immediate treatment. We were totally fine and the issues they were addressing we had apparently had for at least 10 years. They were making everything sound like it was an emergency room situation. Instant red flag for us. If you don’t have a backbone I don’t advise going here. No pun intended.
