Fantastic experience: My son is preparing to start Neurofeedback. Before beginning, he had a hair analysis done and we met with Leann. She has been so instrumental in helping us figure out the needs of my son's body. We have been working with her on incorporating healing foods and binding the toxins in his body. We look forward to continuing on his wellness journey with Leann and starting the Neurofeedback to help calm his anxiety and mind.

Fantastic experience: I am so thankful for Provo Health, and most thankful for Dr. Price (and the assistants of course)! My health conditions have improved drastically just by working with Dr. Price for 4 months. They always answer my questions and leave me feeling like I am taking one more huge step into healing. Negative experience: Had to call them up after I received a text message With offers When I never signed up for receiving offers Went down there in person and shut my profile down . Nothing but creepy staff , Ditsy teenagers. Update You can see The owner replied To my review. At no point was I disrespectful Whatsoever .I did go down to the clinic to make sure my profile was deleted .I did not almost get kicked out By anyone including the owner ,That is a absolute 100% lie, Nothing like that went down whatsoever I was calm and cool when I went in and I was calm and cool when I left.

Fantastic experience: The Provo health remote hair analysis test was able to SIGNIFICANTLY help me through long COVID. After hearing Jaunique’s story on the Gutsy Health podcast, I couldn’t help but resonate with her story on long COVID, EBV, and neurological issues. You all were able to give me far more information about my health than any other blood test or specialist has. In a medical society that has pushed aside the more “complicated” cases, you all don’t stop fighting to give us access to actionable tests and educational info. I can’t thank you all enough.

Negative experience: BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!. Customer service is not good. I double booked myself with a TMJ dentist and hair analysis. They charged me 50 buck to reschedule. A lot of practices charge a fee but I have always been able to wave it due to circumstances or if it's not a reoccurring issue. They make you pay before your appt. which I though was odd as well. They are overpriced for their service but I went through with it anyway. Got charged 70 bucks for no services! Customer Service is everything...They don't have it. They only care about $$$$ They don't care about the people.

Negative experience: They don’t answer their phone. Huge fiasco to get an appt and pay their upfront fee online. I used an HMA card not knowing it wasn’t an eligible service. I got a text weeks later saying I had a declined transaction (very close to the actual appointment that we waited 2 months for). After calling multiple times over multiple days we finally just showed up for the appt and they had canceled it. After rescheduling for another several weeks out, and another miscommunication, I called multiple times to cancel again. No answer. My credit card was refunded so I figured they canceled this appt too. Then we got charged a no show fee. Was really excited for this appointment, but had a total headache trying to communicate with them.

Positive experience: I do really love the products from Honestly Essential and how affordable they are. The problem I have is that multiple times they have been out of items in my order and they do not notify you or refund you until you ask. Then they act like they have refunded it already when they only do it when you request it.

Fantastic experience: I have such deep gratitude for Jaunique and Tristan at Provo Health. At the very beginning of the pandemic, when testing was unreliable, my 14 year old daughter became extremely ill with Covid like symptoms which turned into a weeks long decline in her over-all health. Her doctor ordered all sorts of tests; and results were inconclusive. At that point the doctor said he didn’t know what else to do. She was declining and I was desperate. I had followed Jaunique on instagram for a few months and was aware of the Hocatt treatments Provo Clinic offers. I scheduled a session for my daughter as well as a hair analysis. Her hair analysis consultation was booked out a couple months, but when I showed up to the hocatt session with my daughter, we were so fortunate that someone had cancelled and Jaunique, out of the goodness of her heart, did the consultation right then. With her knowledge of diet and supplements and the added help of the hocatt treatments, my daughter turned the corner and became well again. Jaunique truly cared and took time for my daughter. While I appreciate the pediatrician that tried to help and despite my asking, he was unwilling to learn if she was suffering from multi-system inflammatory syndrome (since it was so early on in Covid.) Provo Health on the other hand was ready to help in any way. I am sure her treatments at Provo Health kept her from getting worse and kept her out of the hospital. I will forever be grateful for that experience with Jaunique. I tell all my family and friends how amazing the people and products are at Provo Health.

Love that the products are so clean and actually feeding my skin. Equally as obsessed with Superieur. Tastes great and helps curb my migraines when I feel one coming on. It has also helped with my supply (currently breastfeeding). Provo Health also has incredible customer service. I live out of state and when I first ordered the cream it came broken from shipping. I called and they sent me a replacement that day with no questions asked. If I lived in Utah I would be a regular at the clinic. Hoping to be able to go for a consult and other services soon!! Amazing company!!

Fantastic experience: I went to Provo Health after hearing about Juanique and Tristan on social media and their podcast. I listened to every podcast episode and LOVED them. My husband and I have since done the hair analysis and it was SO helpful. I am in the store regularly to buy the Honestly Essentials beauty products (the Toner is a must!) As well as supplements I take. Their Wasatch Herbals CBD is a life saver! And their podcast about CBD was SO informative and helpful. I bought Juanique's gut healing cook book and I LOVE the recipes. I love, love, love this store, the products and the people. I am not sponsored by them, I am just really glad this place exists, and the people are so kind and helpful.

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love this place and would give them 10 stars if I could! I stumbled upon their shop a few years ago when I was in town for work and I think it was fate. I needed healing and they were there to help me. Every time I'm in town I make a point of stopping in to get a hair test analysis (who knew your hair can tell you so much about your wellbeing?) to check in with my body and make any adjustments. After years of sickness, they helped me right my ship and I'm almost feeling like myself again. Thank you for your positive energy, understanding and patience. Fantastic experience: Just got my hair analysis done with Kelli! She was so friendly and helpful! Super knowledgeable and made me excited to go home and try all the recommendations. The analysis provides so much detail on what your body may be lacking which really helps to know where to start. I received a simple meal plan and they had all the vitamins in the shop that I could purchase right after. Really convenient! Love this place and excited to start my health journey with them.

Fantastic experience: Juanique is knowledgeable and intuitive. She actually listens to your heath issues and recommends treatment on an individual basis. I’ve never been treated by someone so caring and intuitive. She’s amazing as well as the rest of their staff. I feel extremely lucky to have come across this clinic. They are a life saver literally. They are a small business, and as Provo Health has admitted, they are not business people, but they are here to help. Be patient with them as they rapidly grow. And if you’re lucky enough to get an appointment that’s not too booked out, it’s worth the wait!

Fantastic experience: I started out listening to the Gutsy Health Podcast and have loved absorbing all of the information that I needed this year. I finally signed up for the Gutsy Health membership last month and LOVE IT. This week after having COVID I decided to try the HOCATT at their clinic and was BLOWN away by my results. After not being able to smell for 2 weeks I immediately could smell again after using the HOCATT. I also just bought the skincare products and am loving them. My acne is clearing up from what I’m doing on the inside out and I am loving my results. Juanique and Tristin are true advocates for holistic health and I love what they are doing at Provo Health. 10/10 would recommend them to anyone who is interested in putting the work in and taking back your power of your health!

Negative experience: If you're using your own doctor for a blood analysis be sure to get that done with enough time to send it in to their office. That wasn't made clear in the paperwork I received, just that it was needed to be complete before the appointment time. I was asked to reschedule having blood labs back the day of my appointment, which is reasonable, but wasn't given a definite time frame in which I could be rescheduled. Miscommunication is all, but just things to be aware of.

Negative experience: I received a hair analysis/wellness being report and was very disappointed with the professionalism of this company. I was not greeting when arrived, taken to the back warehouse/storage area for my consultation where the evaluator worked on a cart table and asked me generic health questions (do exercise and poop?) There were several people walking and talking in and out of the room as she gave me my report (which was very vague and NOT worth $160) allowing no privacy and several interruptions. The owner took 2 minutes tops to give me a generic perspective while eating her food out of a Tupperware container and sitting on the floor. I received very little information about my health. I would never recommend this place for a health evaluation or any health recommendations. It’s only a herb, vitamin, and oil strip mall store that is unkept. The only reason I am giving it 2 stars is because the evaluator that meet with me was kind and knowledgeable. I wasted my time and money on a hoax that should not be considered a health analysis. I’ll save you the money by telling you to just eat a paleo diet and take more vitamins.

Fantastic experience: I love this place! Everyone is amazing to work with. After having health issues that were either take this prescription or I don’t know from physicians, I started researching. I knew there were answers I just had to find them. In comes Provo Health. Just a few months in and I started noticing changes. It’s been about 4 months now and I am still getting better. They truly care about you and want to help you help yourself.

Fantastic experience: Whether you have chronic illness or you just want to perform at your optimal level, I recommend Provo Health for their very reasonable priced oxygen therapy combination of HOCATT and HBOT. I have gone to other health clinics in which the price for one of these therapies was more than the combined cost at Provo Health so I am very pleased with their prices. I can't say enough good about their staff. They are very knowledgeable in a vast variety of therapies/health optimizations and are eager to see you improve. I have always felt that they are very attentive to the pure oxygen flow to the rebreather masks. That was one of my big concerns with HBOT. They make sure that you take a break mid treatment from the pure oxygen and breath the regular compressed air so that oxygen toxicity isn't a concern. Thank you Provo Health Staff for my improved health!

Fantastic experience: Provo Health has given me my life back. I spent several years going from doctor to doctor with no diagnosis and minimal improvement. I was so sick I couldn’t get off the couch, couldn’t sleep or eat and was barely making it through each day. Our whole family was suffering since mom never felt good enough to participate in anything. I met Juanique and Tristin and their professional and knowledgeable expertise put me right at home. It’s really unsettling to feel like your health is declining and there’s nothing you can do to help. They were calm, courteous and I just felt like they actually cared. I wasn’t a number - I was a person they really wanted to help. That kind of empathy is so hard to find in the medical world. I started doing their advised program and immediately saw improvement. That was about 6 months ago. I wanted to make sure what they did was sustainable before I wrote a review. I would say my health is 90% better and that last 10% I’m sure will come in the next few months. I am so happy I came here. You won’t regret meeting with them.

Negative experience: This place is negligent. They left my mom in a chamber unsupervised multiple times. Her oxygen got low and she started to get hypoxic leaving her no choice but to pound on the glass for about 5 mins before somebody came to adjust her oxygen levels. This was not her first time in a chamber, this was a serious manor. I would not recommend coming to this place for the Bariatric oxygen chamber.

Fantastic experience: We are so lucky to have Provo Health available to us. I have used the HOCATT and the Hyberbaric Chamber. I feel they have been an essential part of my healing journey with metastatic breast cancer. I have been able to maintain good health during treatment and amazed my oncologist. I will be using the HOCATT and Hyberbaric chamber for as long as I can. Tristen and Conrad are awesome and very willing to answer all my questions and concerns. Juanique is the best cheerleader available with tons of knowledge to help. Thank you for being there for me.

Fantastic experience: Provo Health is a dream come true for people like me who generally eschew traditional Western Medicine whose main focus seems to be writing prescriptions to sustain big pharma. I like their approach to health care using homeopathic and natural ideologies. Juanique and Tristin have an incredible amount of knowledge and understanding of the human body and the art of healing. They use all natural herbs and essential oils, the quality of which is A-one. The clinic employs state of the art services from Hyperbaric Chambers to an amazing HOCATT detoxifying unit. They also offer a comprehensive Hair DNA analysis which can enable a person to tailor their food consumption to heal any number of health problems. Add to that the Vacuum Reflexology and Massage Therapy and a person need go no where else to maintain optimal health and well being. Note: This is strictly a personal opinion based on my own experience. I am not advocating dumping your medical doctor if you have a health problem that requires one. That’s just not my preference.

Fantastic experience: This is my favorite place to go to for everything health. They have the cheapest essential oils that are certified organic and in the purest form. I’ve tried Doterra and Young Living and by far Provo Healths line Honestly Essential are the best and most potent oils. Also the supplements, and treatments are top of the line and **AFFORDABLE** I go into the HOCATT anytime I start to feel my body getting sick or to rid infection, they have the hard shell Oxygen Chamber which is the only one that truly works. They have DNA hair testing to see what your body needs. I love Provo Health and have seen such a difference with my treatments, and supplements. It’s quality and Jaunique and Tristin really do care and put all their knowledge into making you feel better.

Fantastic experience: With the boom in the aromatherapy industry and the saturation of different low quality brands of essential oils, it has been very hard for me to find anything worth my money. Cecilia has an impressive assortment of high quality products in her inventory that are priced extremely fairly. Another thing that stood out to me was that is very apparent that Cecilia is a genuine person who shows a genuine interest in her customers. I would highly recommend her products and her services.
