Fantastic experience: With a normal diet plan, exercise 3 days a week, and cryolipolysis. In 6 weeks my BF% went from 23% to 18%. I’m 170lbs. I had a trainer do a full body scan before I started and then at 6 weeks. I could not believe the results. Cryotherapy definitely helped in those stubborn fat areas. Highly recommend this place.

All types of health and body treatments. They are conveniently located on the Southside/Mandarin area in Jacksonville, Florida. I'm 67years old and have worked out for 13years. I now weigh 120 lb, 5'4". Even though I'm not overweight the fat under the skin around my belly button has never gone away, even when I weighed 114. Cryoskin therapy targets the fat where you need it, the red light therapy in the lipo lounge it's relaxing and targets fat..IT WORKS..I am THRILLED with the results..even at 67, I can't wait for bikini season.. Fantastic experience: It had been 2 years since I had my baby and had only lost 20 of the 70 lbs I gained diring pregnancy. Only after doing the lipo lounge program was I able to lose 35 lbs! It includes pre-made meals which takes the guess work out of counting calories and helps reset you body because you stop eating ultra processed foods! Worth EVERY penny!

Fantastic experience: I had my first appointment with Kamilah, I am 4 months postpartum from my first baby and I was very net going into my appointment but she made me feel very comfortable and explained everything to me. She did tell me the first appointment was going to hurt the most because it’s the first time doing wood therapy but I really didn’t hurt at all the only part that was uncomfortable was near the back and that cuz I didn’t have much fat there. It was a 10/10 experience and I will be coming back thank you for much kamilah ♥️

Fantastic experience: Just returned from receiving a Korean Holistic Facial from Valentina and I have to say this was the best facial I have ever had. Valentina was extremely professional and made me feel very comfortable throughout the treatment. She explained to me everything she was doing and what the benefits were to my skin. Fantastic experience: I have been coming to use Sara’s services for over 2 years now and won’t stop. I originally came in with a sciatica pain that would not stop hurting. 2 visits with her and I was readjusted and good to go. Every time I come here I leave feeling refreshed and like a new man. I usually come for the massage sessions which serve as a great therapy time for my body. Sara and the staff are all very professional, helpful, and their main goal is for you to be way better than when you arrived. Their red light therapy is such a great add on. Fantastic experience: Adorable facility and very nice owners. I had a 50% promo used towards a microdermabrasion. While it was a nice relaxing service, I was taken aback by the use of peroxide as one of the products she used on me. Not sure if that is their standard practice or if it was because of the promo. Either way, I won't be back for a facial here.

Very unique technique and she gave to those problem zones on my back exactly what they needed. She is very thorough and she is tailoring program to your specific needs.
