Negative experience: The Indian lady in the Lab for blood test is horrible! Her skills aren’t good and literally stick the needle in my arm 3 times and still couldn’t do the test. I was about to faint and she still insisting on doing the blood test??! She even told me one time she was doing a blood test and a girl fainted and said that since i didn’t fully faint, it wasn’t that serious. Excuse me???

Fantastic experience: I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Sabina for her outstanding help and support. She went above and beyond to help me understand my insurance and resolve billing issues that other clinics were unable (or unwilling) to assist with. Negative experience: I have been using this facility for a more than 10 years. The doctors are good and I have seen a few of them. The facility doesn't have much of services but it was good for my purposes. Close and low cost. Unfortunately for the last couple of years the management of services have been in decline. They have cancelled my physical appointment twice in four months, The lab service doesn’t respect appointments and very inefficient. The staff didn’t care when I complained about the lab they even suggested that I go somewhere else. I will be researching for another clinic going forward.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to ICHS for both dental and medical, I will say the medical used to be great until they started making appointments because you do parts of cleaning and other services needed but only part by part. The medical is the reason I give this place a five star. My kids and I go there and the doctors are amazing. I love the way they exceed your needs and make sure you are very well takin care of. I am so thankful I found this place, for medicaid based it is an amazing clinic! Thank you to all the staff their that have been wonderful to us:)

Fantastic experience: Recently, I went to Mini City Hall Bellevue in Crossroads. Everyone there is very kind and helpful. One of the staff member there provided contact information for Sabina Bagirova at ICHS. I emailed Sabina and made an appointment to help with Apple Healthcare Application. Sabina was extremely helpful and went above and beyond her way to make sure everything is done correctly. Sabina was so professional and followed up with me after her work was done to make sure that my healthcare plan works for me. In this time and age, I have not met anyone like Sabina Bagirova, who sincerely listens, cares and follow ups with whoever needs her help to make sure everything is working well. Fantastic experience: Dr. Sahari, Rebecca and Lucy at the dental clinic were wonderful. I came in with bleeding irritating gums. Turned out I was brushing and flossing wrong (don't use the dental picks). After taking Dr. Sahari's advice for 1 week, I was NOT spitting out blood each time I brushed...Yay! Biggest thing is that my insurance was about to end at the end of the month and they were able to squeeze me in for all my dental deep cleanings in 2 weeks. I felt very taken care off and listened to at the end of each visit. My squeaky clean teeth thank you!

Negative experience: Worst experience. Receptionist doesn’t have any knowledge. They don’t understand even basic terms and working without any interest. Clearly shows job dissatisfaction. Went for the 1st time and returned back. They don’t respond phone calls too.

Fantastic experience: Really appreciate the help the clinic team has provided my mother, starting from working with us to explore payment options as a visitor, to patiently listening to her medical concerns and needs as a non-English speaker. Kudos!
Negative experience: This place is ridiculous. Sitting there waiting for my gf for over an hour and then this guy demands me to put a mask on. Very rude I might add. No one ever bothered me within this time. Does he treat everyone like this who walks in the door??? This ain’t 2020 buddy! Go into any major hospital, no masks when waiting in a lobby. Only this ridiculous place.

Negative experience: It's so complicated to even book an appointment. The lady who answered the call do her work so slow and take her damn time for it.

Had no problem with my anxiety thanks to the comfort and care and mostly knowledge of kindness required for a patient with my mental and anxiety level ! Positive experience: This is a review for Dr. arimoto. My mom has been going to ICHS dental for years and today she was blown away by her excellent care and thorough explanations. My mom was getting an exam of her infected root canal and Dr Arimoto took the care and time to fully educate her and assist her with getting a follow up appointment at the front desk. She cannot speak highly enough of Dr. Suyaka Arimoto.
Negative experience: One of the worst clinics in dealing with clients is that they do not adhere to the patient’s condition while he is in pain and they do not care. They give him an appointment and say that the doctor is busy with another case, and they know that the person’s case is an emergency. This clinic is one of the worst clinics in dealing with it. It does not deserve to be a clinic for humanitarian treatment. I hope that my comment reaches the person in charge of the clinic.

Negative experience: Called in for help at referral department on Nov 7th at 1:15pm, a gentleman answered the call, he refused to find a clinic where close to my location, wanted me to find by myself because he doesn't have time to do it. If no one can help for referrals why bother to have this department exist? So do medical records department, never call back for my voice mail

Fantastic experience: Jessica McGifford has been an extraordinary chaperone as I took up therapy after avoiding it for well over a decade. Her professional guidance, empathy, and candor have been paramount in guiding me through self care, acceptance, meanwhile holding me accountable. Fantastic experience: All the doctors (medical) I have seen recently have been excellent. They listen and take their time to understand. Their diagnosis is accurate and prompt attention to issues has been given. The referral team go above and beyond. I cannot comment on the dental practice as I have no experience with them.

Fantastic experience: I don’t know what position is Elena in the office. But she is THE BEST among all. She gets things done. She follows things through. My mom dentist made a referral to a specialty for oral surgeon. I called the northwest center for oral surgery office but always went straight to voice mail, no one answered no one replied calls. I called ICHS Bellevue and wanted a referral to a different clinic. Elena happened to pick up the call. She helped us solve the problem right away, rather than waiting for months as many others experienced. She’s so wonderful!

Negative experience: The front desk is awful! Worst bunch of people I ever met, and they are racist against anyone who isn't Asian. The dentist does okay work, but I wouldn't recommend coming just because of the headache you get trying to make an appointment with them. 3 times I made an appointment, and 3 times they rescheduled me month's out, giving me different reasons as to why I can't be seen! They make it obvious that they don't want you there.

However, their team showcased an incredible level of patience and guided us seamlessly through the system. They arranged our referrals in a way that we could never have managed on our own. The dedication and professionalism of the ICHS team are truly commendable, making what seemed like a complex process, an effortless one. We couldn't be more grateful for their assistance.
Negative experience: Jessica a councilor of mine i’ve been through counciling for 10 years i’ve never met this type of councilor. First of all she said she wouldn’t do any paper work, I’ve been counceling with her for 8 months, and now she’s saying she only does 3 month periods. And she told me to take a break from counceling, she’s not even helpful, she just thinks about her-self and she just cuts me off in air, which makes me feel like im in the middle and I dont know what to do. ICHS is an asian community, she doesnt speak any asian languages, and only speaks english. I’m asian myself and I dont know English as much. And I was wondering, does she have any license for counceling?? I don’t think she has any experience for counceling. Like just go work somewhere else if you only speak english and don’t work at an asian community.

Negative experience: I went to the doctor yesterday, they couldn’t do anything, although my son had a terrible cough and chest pain, I simply sent us somewhere to take an x-ray, they said that your son’s lungs are very good. And at night he again had a temperature and today I arrived at Urgent Care, they listened to him and said quickly you need to do an x-ray because my son's lungs are very bad. And my visit yesterday was unsatisfactory unfortunately
Negative experience: They don’t respect your time. I had appointment at 1 pm and I waited until 2:30 and ended up leaving without getting help. So unprofessional and disrespectful. Avoid this place.
Fantastic experience: It was very easy to make an appointment and I got there at 9:10 as they told me to fill out paperwork they were very kind and talked me through all the paperwork. All the staff was very kind and I did not have to wait long in the waiting room, my appointment was at 9:45 and I got called in at 9:40. Very nice nurses and doctors

Negative experience: No show at my appointment, no rescheduling.
Negative experience: I went in with a broken and infected tooth. I have never been in so much pain.. The nurse broke my tooth more during x-ray, even broke the filling out. I asked the dentist for pain medication. He chuckled and said no. Schedule me an appointment for a month out. I went into my doctor for a seperate reason the next day. She looked at my tooth and prescribed pain meds. She said to get a new dentist.

Negative experience: Doctor threatened to cut my anxiety meds that I've been on for three years unless I come in during this month. During a pandemic. Threatening someone's livelihood to get money is not cool and I'll never be coming back.
Negative experience: My mother and I have had a lot of horrible experiences here, pain not being taken seriously, having to fight to get your referrals for specialists they said you need,(took 13 months to get mine) one doctor in particular is insanely rude, but we got over that. Their newest fun thing is we've been trying to get my 16yo autistic brothers meds refilled from them for over a week. It's taken so long due to the doctor denying the refill 3 times he now has WITHDRAWAL SYMPTOMS. After calling in today, and after hanging up, the pharmacy alerted us the refill was denied AGAIN by the doctor. We went in to speak with them and they said the best we can do is an appointment in 22 days with different doctor. This isn't a narcotic medication, it's one he was prescribed to take daily by this specific doctor that is now personally denying his refills, and not even allowing him to schedule a sooner appointment. This place is a joke. Do yourself a favor and stay far far away from here.
Negative experience: They are very loud and the doctors seem overwhelmed and tired. If your appt is at 10 you won’t be done until 2 hrs later wait time in lobby alone is anywhere from 30-45 mins but they say let them know if you’ve been waiting over 15 mins and still won’t get you in for another 30-44 mins. They seem to also have equipment shortage.
Negative experience: They’ve intentionally made me uncomfortable and have refused service on several different occasions. They recommended an out side service that implied future services that they did not follow through with. Causing me damages. Worst option you could make.

Negative experience: This dental clinic is the worst I’ve been to yet. My kid went there for a clean, but when they the taking the x-rays they stuck a plastic x-ray holder into their mouth! They did NOT realize how deep it went and it stuck into the throat before they pulled it out! One day later it hurts more then the day before, if they went even further this might be permanent!!!!!!! Like I said this place is not that professional that’s why they get so much 1 star reviews DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!
Negative experience: I do not recommend this clinic. They gave my son the wrong shot. I agreed to one shot, but they used the vaccine for a completely different shot! In addition, after the injection it turned out that the vaccine was expired! They injected an expired medicine to my five-year-old child !!!

Negative experience: I call everyday for more than half hour and I cannot reach them. They just put me on hold. Horrible customer service.

Negative experience: Dr Yam shared my medical records to my domestic violence abuser and after seeing me one time for 15 minutes and a note slipped secretly to her .. she tried to have me involuntary commited and called Bellevue police.. police did not find her accusations to be founded and notes were taken .. since dr Yam has revised my med records to help her in fighting violations.
Positive experience: Never had a problem with this place, the wait times depends on the time of day you go. The afternoon is best, the hardest part is getting referrals to specialists. I tore my patellar tendon and took them 5 months to finally get a referral. after multiple appointments and complaints, I got a faster diagnosis and treatment from YouTube.
Negative experience: I want to give 0 star if I could The staff there is unprofessional and made wrong appointments for me. Which end up sending me a wrong bill.
Fantastic experience: Three stars to five. There is still a wait time to speak with someone on the phone but it seems to have improved enough to be reasonable. As well the last few times I have spoken with someone they have been exceptionally polite, patient and genuinely interested in my inquiries. Thank you. --- The care is good but I am always waiting an average of 30 min. just to speak to a receptionist on the phone. Today I am trying to cancel an appointment. If you don't cancel an appointment in a timely manner they threaten to block you from the clinic. With all due respect if you're going to threaten people please make it realistic for someone to reach a receptionist- a voicemail box would help. 35 min. and counting on hold. It has always been this way.

Positive experience: The person taking my phone calls is always very rude! ! Though she might not be from this specific location. ICHS should hire someone more more polite to pick up phone calls. However, I really like Dr. Winnie Lee there, otherwise I would switch to another home clinic and give one star to your clinic.
Positive experience: The providers I've met have been top-notch. The staff is slightly more hit-and-miss, where understanding sometimes gets lost in translation. However, the number of languages spoken by staff is truly amazing.

Positive experience: It's intimidating but their really great there they care about their patents
Negative experience: I really liked this clinic when they first opened. The dentist was really patient and helpful. The last 2 or 3 experiences have not been as good. I have been waiting for "pre-authorization" for weeks to get approval for a procedure. They did not follow up until my phone call to them. The front desk staff though generally helpful, they recently scheduled an appointment that apparently they thought I needed.. when I got to the clinic on a Monday mid-day, the dentist and hygienist asked me 'what I was here for?' My response: "I was told this was a required appointment prior to the procedure. I hope you know why I am here." Ugh.. not sure if I want to return.
Fantastic experience: Very pleased with the professionals I have come in contact with in the medical and dental staff here. There is always at least four receptionists working hard at the front desks, keeping things moving as well. Very busy but an overall efficiently run clinic. I've never waited longer than 15 minutes and have had at least 6 or 7 (maybe more?) appointments here so far. I've heard the receptionists being able to help people who don't speak English well by translating in various languages and it seems like almost every reception staff is at least bilingual which is great! Today before my appointment I noticed that a translator came in to assist a guest checking in so they do offer that, which is a big help for people in our community. I saw another reviewer metioning the receptionists not speaking in "an ear pleasing way" and to that I just have to say get over yourself and take your racism elsewhere. They do a good job, accent or no accent.

Negative experience: I usually go to the clinic in Holly Park, however, there was no more room for appointments until the next month. I think the staff at the reception were very nice. I'm only giving this place a two star because of the Dentist I had . The assistant that I got was okay. However, the Dentist that I had was not nice, he was a bit racist and sexist. The dentist was a Korean gentleman, when he was checking and picking the plague off my tooth, he was socializing with the assistant. As he was talking, I felt very uncomfortable because of the kind of racist and sexist things he was saying. I felt like he did it almost so carelessly, and ended poking me a lot of times and bleeding. The only thing I didn't like was the Dentist making me uncomfortable. It's kind of ironic how a Dentist would be racist, after all this is a international community. But other than the Dentist, this clinic in bellevue was pretty nice.

Positive experience: I go here often, and usually for dental services. The staff has never been rude to me. My only complaint is that I feel like I'm slightly choking on excess liquid whenever they have that suction tube in my mouth during dental procedures...and I've never had a problem with that elsewhere. Maybe they need to place the tube elsewhere in my mouth? But otherwise, I appreciate the place.

Negative experience: been on the phone for 1 hour to get information on appointment. kept on a hold..
Positive experience: The doctors are nice but the rest of the staff including nurses are not very nice
Negative experience: Receptionist behaved very badly. They took 30 mins just making an appointment. And also we're not on the point they have told me while making one.. really really bad experience I ever had.
Negative experience: rude staff, huge hassle just to be seen after walking in with appointment, and they billed my insurance for things that weren't even done knowing I'm on medicare, all just to get a wart zapped.
Fantastic experience: Took my son here for a wellness check and the staff were kind and welcoming and made him feel comfortable and at ease. I was quite impressed and will certainly return.
