From the moment we walked into their office, we were met with warmth, kindness, and professionalism. She took the time to listen to concerns, thoroughly explain diagnoses and treatments, and make both us parents and our son feel at ease. Her gentle approach, patience, and ability to connect with our son made the visit stress-free and even enjoyable. She addressed all of our concerns and in one visit did more than my son's previous medical group did in 2 years. Dr. Madhuri provided expert care with a compassionate touch & very thorough examination. The office staff is also fantastic—efficient, friendly, and accommodating. We feel incredibly blessed to have finally found such a dedicated and knowledgeable pediatrician. Highly recommended for any parent looking for top-notch care for their little ones!

Negative experience: After relocating from Northern VA, where we had an excellent pediatric team, I’ve been disappointed with the care my son has received here. There has been ongoing confusion regarding his lab results and a lack of urgency in handling his insurance referral for a critical post-surgery procedure. Despite my son having emergency surgery at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta on 2/18, his doctor insisted on seeing him before processing the referral—claiming she hadn’t seen him since last year. However, I bring him in annually for checkups, and his next appointment was already scheduled for 7/03. Instead of prioritizing the time-sensitive referral for his 2/27 post-surgery appointment, she seemed more concerned about catching up on his medical history, delaying necessary care. Already stressed about my son’s recovery, I needed support, not unnecessary hurdles. As a result, I immediately requested a new PCM through Tricare.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Madhuri is the ultimate doctor and my experience with my son was better then our expectations. I meet with almost 6-7 pediatric doctors for my son at different places but she is the first doctor who is far far better then others, she takes full time and explain everything in detail instead of just doing the formalities. Her nature is very kind, soft and always with smiling face. I don't think i could ever meet with such kind of amazing doctor in my life. I request everyone to go there and meet with her atleast once, i am pretty sure you will find your visit useful.

Fantastic experience: Great pediatrician. They are very respectful and staff has been great to deal with. We were skeptical picking this place based on few last reviews, I am glad we went there. They did explain their financial policy where I am responsible if my insurance does not cover for treatments that I have approved. Seems like a standard process. I do have high deductible so I have been checking with my insurance to make sure what is covered. I would higly recommend this place if you want best quality care. Update: It has been a year and we still really like Dr. Madhuri and the practice. She is very detailed with her exams and cares a lot about children and families.

Positive experience: Dr. Madhuri gets five stars from us for her kindness and the level of care she provides. I have been bringing my daughter to her office since 2019, and Dr. Madhuri has been the best at paying attention to all the details of wellness and mental health for my child. Minus two stars are for the staff and organization. I make sure to be always on time due to the short 15-minute grace period for being late. Anyhow, without any exception, it always takes at least one hour to get seen after the appointment time. I usually have to reserve an extra hour for any visit to this office. Getting the staff to respond to any requests for medical records or changing appointments is also a lot of work, but they have automated options to confirm or cancel the appointment when needed. With better organization, this office would be amazing to visit.

Negative experience: My son has been coming here since he was a newborn, he just turned two this week. I loved Dr.Maduhri but the lack of professionalism on their part. Every time I go in I have to wait HOURS (2+) when there is only a 15min grace period if you are late. When I expressed this concern to Dr.Maduhri she told me to find another clinic. In the middle of moving I didn't find another clinic.... Fast forward to my recent appointment. I scheduled my appointment weeks ago. My husband called twice to schedule the appointment but never got a callback. I called several times in one week just to get an answer. I got an automated phone call the week before to confirm appointment.... On the way to my apt, I tried to call & let them know I would be a little late but they told me there was no appointment because it was “never confirmed”. How did my appointment just disappear like that?

Fantastic experience: Excelente oficina de pediatría, tengo 13 años de conocer profesionalmente y atender a mis 3 hijos con Dr Madhuri, desde que ella trabajaba al sur de Atlanta( Fayetteville) en 2009, así que posterior ella mudó al norte de Atlanta ( Alpharetta) en 2016. Y desde entonces no importa manejar 98 millas viaje redondo para llegar a su servicio.Se toma el tiempo suficiente para atender a cada uno de sus pacientes de forma ética, profesional y cálida, sin duda alguna una persona hecha Angel en la tierra.

And it's the best!! she is not only interested in their health but also in their personal and mental growth. It is the best place for your children

Negative experience: My son has been going here for a few years and lately it has been hard to get in touch with someone to confirm or cancel an appointment. Everything has gone to automation and when we leave a voicemail. We never get a call back. This has happened on several occasions. I was presented with an excuse of my number not the on file. I am giving a one star due to lack of customer service. We really love the nurse practitioner there but I am concerned about the communication. We will be seeking another pediatrician.

Negative experience: Front office staff is very rude in the “John’s Creek” office (mainly one person). Dr Madhuri is good, but staff is very rude. I never seen this type of staff with this much attitude.

Negative experience: My son has been a patient here for four years. He needed a flu shot (my wife was pregnant, and Omicron was everywhere. We wanted to protect my wife as much as possible). The only place he could get the flu shot was his pediatrician's office. We scheduled a time. When we got there, they refused to give him the flu shot because we had a bill from our last visit, and they wanted me to pay it right away. I kindly asked them to let me call my insurance and figure it out (because based on my insurance, I only have to pay the copay for a routine visit which I have already paid. I thought it was a misunderstanding). I told them I would pay the bill after talking with my insurance. I don't think it's too much to ask for a $100 statement. They refused to do that. In this office, money is first, and the patient's needs come next or last. I will call my insurance and pay the bill if it stands, but I will find another pediatrician for my son. They are so unprofessional.

Negative experience: Do NOT come here if you expect to get care from a team that stands by their words and actually cares about your child's well-being. Front office is HORRIBLE and FULL OF EXCUSES!

Negative experience: Dr. V is a great doctor unfortunately her staff is horrible They love to give attitude but not receive it. I make calls after calls trying to have a nurse or a her call me in regards of questions concerning my children and I never get a call back. Her old staff was much more valuable to her and to the patients. Now with this new nurse practitioner that was my last straw. Don’t act like you are someone important in a place you just began to work, and speak like you own the place. I will no longer take my kids here and will find me a new doctor who has a well trained, respectful staff. Dr. V , you are amazing but unfortunately for your staff I’m not going through mayhem any more

Fantastic experience: Let me say, I’m so happy I chose this office! My family recently relocated to Georgia from another state, so we were looking for a pediatrician for our girls before school begins. I attempted to make an appointment with Northpoint pediatrics, but in order to schedule a new patient appointment,there is a “2 week” process in which they must have their medical records. So after a bit of phone tag with them after they received our medical records, I decided to give dare 2 care a call, nervously hoping I can get an appointment “at least”! Sure enough, all I had to do was give them my former pediatrician information, and I was able to get my girls seen THE NEXT DAY!! I was so worried about getting physicals for my girls in order to register for school in time. Dr Mahdri is AMAZING!!! The way she interacts with the kids, so gently and explains to them in a way the kid can understand, it’s like she’s family!! Best decision I could’ve made was calling dare 2 care!!! Thank you!!! Oh and I forgot to mention the kids are given books to keep at every appointment!!! Bonus points from this mama!!!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Madhuri’s office, Dare2Care pediatrics is the real deal. We are new parents and Dr. Madhuri spent more than two hours with us at our first appointment for our daughter, providing lots of information and answering any questions we had and making sure our needs were met. It did not feel rushed. Our experience has been the same in subsequent visits. It seems like this is the standard level of care for all patients and families at this practice. It’s also really nice to see their focus on mental health, especially for new parents and all the associated challenges.

Fantastic experience: Dr Madhuri has been just fantastic. I have no words to express my sincere gratitude to her and her staff. We have twins and one of the child is special needs with multiple issues. Dr. Madhuri has been brilliant in handling him. She made herself available whenever we needed attention for him. Out of office hours Voice Messages have been promptly answered and we felt comfortable that whenever needed we would get access to her and get the needed medical advice. He is very dedicated and that dedication has been possible as she has a very supportive family who we have seen helping her in the office whenever she had to give leave to her staff. Her dedication was exemplified when we were moving out of Atlanta and needed a certificate from her. With her kids and family sick she still made it a point to write the certificate and email it to us even if it meant staying up at 3:00 AM in the morning to do that. I have not seen any other doctor doing that!..Thank you Dr Madhuri..we still miss you after leaving Atlanta for a year now. The ever smiling Marissa complements her boss - if you have questions for need a message to be sent to the doctor during working hours, Marissa is sure to do that. Very cooperative indeed. After few interactions, you do not need to spell our your name. She will recognize your voice. Thank you Marissa for all the help. You are a bog support to Dr. Madhuri and make up a great team!

So - plz expect delays sometimes as the doctor provides premium care to her patients with utmost love. It’s rare to find a dedicated and true pediatrician in today’s money minting Medical mafia. Negative experience: My daughter’s both brought my grandchildren to this practice. BOTH had a mediocre experience with the pediatrician as she seemed a bit overstretched and needed more medical support and assistance. The REAL problem was with the argumentative, defensive, adversarial, unprofessional reception/office staff. I witnessed her rudely snapping at my daughter and always arguing as to WHY she was in the right! She is never organized....promises things and doesn’t follow through unless multiple reminder calls are made, and she seems to take things quite personally when it is simply a business situation. Both daughters have moved from the practice based on rancor from receptionist/office staff .....more so than medical care/doctor. The doctor should take this review under high regard and warning....as the face of her business could cause the ruin of her practice.

Fantastic experience: Dr Madhuri has been a blessing for our kids since they were born, more than 9 years ago. Since day 1, and through their growth she has been always the same outstanding, very knowledgeable and very caring doctor. She has very good bedside manners and does not rush through the appointments. She listens to your concerns and goes above and beyond to address them. The staff is also very friendly and nice. They have extended office hours on weekdays and also open on some weekends to accommodate parents who are busy during weekdays. We have recommended her to lot of our friends.

Fantastic experience: We have known Dr Madhuri for 10 years. Both my daughters (age 5 & 9) have been under her care since their birth. She is not just an excellent doctor but also a very good human being. She really listens to the patient (or parent) and takes care when making a diagnosis. We always feel confident when we leave her office (with or without a prescription) that my child was under superb care. She has very good bedside manners and never rushes with the appointment. She goes above and beyond to address your concerns. The staff is also friendly and courteous and do their best to accommodate same day appointments in case of emergency or your child being sick. We and our kids love Dr Madhuri. She is the Best.

Fantastic experience: She is a great Doctor. My kids love visiting her. No matter how sick are they, when they come to know about visiting her, they forget everything. Our daughters have been going to her and each and every single advice she gives out has been super helpful. She is very personal, thorough, compassionate, knowledgeable and caring. They are very engaging and extraordinarily professional!! We also love that they are multi-lingual. She is the BEST Doctor our daughters have ever been to!

Fantastic experience: Dr Madhuri is the best pediatrician ever, her connect with the patient is at a different level. Every time we have called in with an emergency, she has responded within minutes. My daughter is currently sick, she had fever and now possibly an accuse infection. We were helpless all night as my daughter was restless and crying due to pain - so we left a voicemail early morning. To our surprise, Dr Madhuri called us in like an hour to suggest the next course of action.. This is rare especially in US for a doctor to be such receptive and reachable.. Definitely the best !!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Madhuri Vishwanadam is the best pediatrician we met in the USA. She understands parents and treats children by going to their level. We changed our dr and visited her after many of our friends recommended and here we saw a big difference, My son didn’t even cry and this is for the first time in any pediatric visit.

Positive experience: Madhuri is very good.. The service is also very good.. except for the receptionist and her service.. but we have been asked for so many questionnaire during the first visit. It is for the information regarding my daughter which could have been asked or mailed before the visit. We waited for long time because without filling the paper work, we couldnt meet the doctor. The receptionist is not friendly. During the Second visit, even though we called 1 day earlier to confirm the visit, the receptionist did not inform us about the paperwork again. So again we wasted 20 min in filing the paper work. I was so irritated. She told we cant meet the doctor without filling the online questionnaire. Then Marisa took us inside when i was still working on it. but I coudlnt concentrate on my kid due to the work. I complained the doctor. but she said it is for helping me, I told her this should be informed me earlier because it takes more time during the consultation. So be concerned to ask the receptionist for any paper work earlier when you call to make use of the appointment time.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Dr. Madhuri has excellent bedside manner and it's obvious she cares about her patients and has a passion for what she does. She is truly heaven sent. I wish there were more doctors like her. My family feels blessed to know we have Dr. Madhuri as our provider.

Fantastic experience: I cannot say enough about Dr. Mahduri and the staff at Dare2care. Everyone is so kind, affirming, and professional. My sister-in-law is a pediatrician, and I was very picky when it came to choosing one for my daughter. I was shocked at how a lot of pediatric offices do not follow what is AAP recommended even when it comes to little things like weighing newborns without their diaper and checking the temperature rectaly (it is the most accurate). Dr. Mahduri exceeded my expectations. She truly cares about her patients. She even takes calls on the weekends and returns calls quickly, which has been such a comfort to me as a new mom. She is thorough, and up to date on all her literature, and I've never waited longer than five-ten minutes in the waiting room. All visits are usually an hour because she values your questions and concerns and is all about making sure your child is at his/her best. She also has children of her own, so she has both the educational and mommy standpoint. I would recommend this practice to ANYONE, especially first time mommies! This woman is a baby whisperer!
