I don’t enjoy protein powder but Nutrishop still has plenty of other ways you can improve your health and body composition. I'm excited to say I’m seeing my body composition change this year as I become more focused on my health related goals.

Everything's reasonably priced, the meals are convenient for someone like me who doesn't enjoy meal prepping due to a busy schedule, they're labeled with nutritional values and they're delicious!

Although he could try to sell you one of everything in the store and make you believe you need it, that is not what he is interested in at all. He is interested in helping people feel good and get healthy, and be the best version of themselves. This new NutriShop management is the best it's ever been. This review is not coming from a young and spry 20-something (you know I'm not lying because 20-somethings don't say "spry"). I am well into my years with 2 grown children. I was at that place in life where no matter what I did, it seemed like I couldn't lose the weight nor get my health on track to feel good again. Bradley has met me where I am in my health journey and I have never been more encouraged. Things are looking up and I am starting to feel great again! Added bonus: I've learned so much about nutrition in the process. Get in there and talk to Bradley...Let him help you!
