Fantastic experience: Wonderful massage, again with Dr. Brad. He is knowledgeable and shares useful recommendations for home exercise. I always feel great for a few days after the massage. I don't know if he integrates energy work but he certainly gets rid of any bad juju.

Fantastic experience: I had my first visit yesterday with Dr Lenz (acupuncture and general eastern medicine discussion) and had an exceptional visit. I learned a great deal and had a good experience. I felt things were explained well and the time was taken to explain the thought process behind the treatment...quite frankly it was an open and engaging conversation that led to a high degree of comfort. In addition, I experienced two different folks in the office at arrival and departure and both were extremely helpful and kind. Overall it was a good experience and I will return (next week...). I would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I need a hip replacement and have been in much pain, Tabatha is excellent, is so so knowledgeable, and has really minimized my level of pain to my surgery date.

Negative experience: Cancelation policy is insane. First time had to cancel last minute for an emergency and they charged me $120.

Every aspect of my experience has been fantastic so far, from the seamless booking and welcoming team (shout out to Cheri!) to the relaxing environment they provide and the quality of the treatments I've received. I recently had some severe muscle pain that Ayme was able to diagnose and help address in a deep tissue massage session. I went for a follow up this week and in addition to it being a relaxing experience, she was able to assess what had improved since my last visit and provide me with education on stretches and posture corrections I could try at home. I'm looking forward to being a repeat visitor and trying the other services they offer as well. Fantastic experience: I had my first massage at 640 with DR. K. BRADLEY LENZ. I signed up for a prenatal massage, but it was so much more than that. I went into the appointment feeling anxious as I was a few minutes late after filling out initial paperwork, thinking this was going to cut into my massage time. Dr. K. Bradley Lenz did an assessment of my health, listened to my pulses (he studied Chinese medicine). Everything he assumed that was off with my body was spot on. From a pain I had felt in my head the day before (connected to bladder functioning) and tightness in an area of my arm (backed up small intestine) I was amazed. It is incredible how everything is so connected- he reminded me to slow down, and come to my breath. After all, I'm growing another human inside of me. I signed up for my next massage, and making self-care like this a regular thing. Thank you!

I truly was in so much lower back pain that I was having trouble getting around. After an hour massage I could walk again! I was able to use the stairs in my house! I know it sounds like hyperbole but it’s not. I’m not all better yet but I am much better. I already have another appointment scheduled and am planning on another one after that! Fantastic experience: I saw Elif for an energy healing session and she DID NOT disappoint. I've been to a few healing sessions and am familiar with the art form of Reiki for spiritual healing but I was not prepared for the experience and journey Elif brought forth on my journey. Through deep meditation and the use of tuning instruments, Elif lead me through a journey of DEEP self healing. During my session, I was able to identify some anxiety and overwelming feelings I was unaware were even affecting me. Being an overall busy and happy person, I didn't expect much by the session, but i was wrong. By the end of my session I felt like a weight had be lifted off my chest and I slept soo good. Easy communication via email from their website to get info and set up an appointment, then a quick call with cc info to hold it before travel. Professional and friendly staff warmly greeted us and we filled out some forms. I opted for a sports massage from Shelby and my wife had a Sweedish massage with Adrienne, both preforming a thorough massage that focused on areas we suggested and also the while body. Highly recommend treatment here if you are in the area!

Fantastic experience: Tom Levav (LMT) gave me a sports massage after I completed a 50 mile ultra-marathon. I was having trouble recovering from the race so I went to 640 Massage to see Tom about my lingering knee and hip pain. Thanks to Tom's work on me, I have since been able to continue training as normal! I am definitely going to continue seeing Tom for massages on a regular basis.
