I have a compression fracture in my neck, a bad lower back and planter fascitis. 

Due the excellent treatment we’ve been receiving, my lower back is almost completely pain free, my neck is much more bearable that it ever was and my planter fascitis is almost completely gone thanks to some great exercises and massage techniques he taught me.

I cannot say enough great things about this office. I think you’ll be very happy you chose them for all of your chiropractic needs!

Fantastic experience: A few years ago I came to Dr. Nielson and staff at Total Health Chiropractic. I was on the verge of dying. My face was an ashen gray color. My weight was 98 pounds. My height is 5'6 & 1/2". Dr. Nielson took one look at me and instantly knew he was up against time and that he needed to put his full, complete and best effort toward saving my life. All of the effort that the entire staff put together to help save my life worked. At this present time I have good color in my face. I weigh 135 pounds. I have strength and energy. I'm walking about 1 hour a day now. As far as I'm concerned I have the best Chiropractor in this area. He is better than good. He is exceptional.

Dr. Nielson is one of the best I've been to! Extremely knowledgeable, helpful kind and definitely adjusts the problem area to take away the pain.

Fantastic experience: I went to this office because I needed help with my lower back. They took me in and they x-rayed me, massaged my back with ice, explained my x-rays and adjusted my back. I am a little sore but I expected that. I really liked them because they are personable.

Fantastic experience: First of all, the staff is always super welcoming and friendly. (Harder to come by these days.) I saw Dr Miles who did a thorough, initial exam, and x-rays. Each time I go for a treatment/adjustment, the range of movement in my neck increases and the dizziness, which is the main reason I sought treatment, decreases. If you have been told you have vertigo, or inner ear issues, please give Total Health a call. I think they may have offices in other parts of the city, which is convenient, but I use the office in Ooltewah and my treatments are working. You will also be in and out quickly, this office does not overbook their patients.

Fantastic experience: Best place I've been to yet!! By my 3rd adjustment down by my tailbone quit going numb after 2 hrs of driving. I'm not leaning to the right alot now either. I feel better and move easier. The staff is always super friendly as are the doctors!!

Fantastic experience: Dr Miles and his entire staff did an EXCELLENT job of making me feel welcome and at home here. It seems they've thought of everything- water, coffee (a must), fruit, tea, and of course bathrooms for the waiting customers. Not that there were any waiting customers - during my time here I never saw anyone have to sit in the waiting room. They walked in and were greeted and immediately shown to the back. The same went for me (once I got my first time paperwork filled out). The receptionist took me to the back room and pointed out the different areas and their purposes on our way through the building. I was then seated in a private room and Dr Miles entered and introduced himself. We chatted a bit and he took some Xrays - their website offers free initial xrays and exam for first time patients. It's a great value. After the Xrays I was shown to another area where I laid on a table after being hooked up to a TENS unit and I relaxed and let the machine rub my entire back. Definitely wonderful. I met with Dr Miles again after that and got my back cracked and was sent out to the front to schedule a return visit in which we could review my Xrays and set up a care plan. I would HIGHLY recommend this clinic to all and I can honestly say I am looking forward to my next visit. Something that typically isn't said in regards to health care facilities.

Fantastic experience: Came here after having so many neck and back issues. The doctor knew immediately what my problem was and suggested a care plan to fix it. I have felt a tremendous difference since the very first adjustment. Fantastic experience: Came here after a car accident and my pain has improved SO much after just a short time! All the staff is friendly and efficient. Love the flexibility and short wait times, but wouldn’t mind a more through examination either. Super convenient and stress free! Great with kids too! My children are a bit nervous to have chiropractic care, but Dr. N (and the rest of the staff) does a great job making them feel comfortable and is gentle with them.

Negative experience: COMPLETE GARBAGE! I called in for an appointment. They said 10:45am. I show up 10 mins early cause I know theirs paper work to fill out. After I waited till 11:15 they stick me in a exam room. 11:30 rolls by and I can’t wait any longer. DON’T SCHEDULE PEOPLE IF YOU CAN’T HELP THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DON’T WASTE PEOPLE’S TIME! As I was leaving the receptionist apologized and said “sorry the doctors just busy”. SO AM I.

Fantastic experience: so glad I started going to Dr. Browand. For years I always thought my nose was plugged up and I just couldn't breath easily it always seemed to be an effort. After seeing Dr. Browand a couple of times I can breath with no effort at all and it feels like something was moved out of the way I can smell better and my nose doesn't feel like there is an obstacle keeping me from breathing easily. It feels great.

Visits seem to be helping, and my girlfriend who has had only a few visits tells me her adjustments are already helping A Lot. I like to go places early, and so far there has only been one time that they did not get me started *early.* Friendly yet professional staff. So far, I have been quite impressed. Also, I have not been to other chiropractors, but the cost seems to be very reasonable.

Fantastic experience: Love Dr. Browand and his staff. I was paying more to go to an Out of Network Dr who was unable to provide all of the services and therapies that this office provides. Due to his expertise, we have been able to identify the issue that is causing the pain and are actively working to correct it.

Positive experience: The staff are great (Kim and Bethany) They help you with working around your schedule and benefits. Friendly atmosphere makes it a great place to come to. Dr Browand is very good at what he does and is able to pinpoint your issue and prescribe treatment to alleviate your pain. I would give 5 stars but I am not being paid to do that yet Bethany wont cough up the dough - so you get 5 stars sister lol!

Fantastic experience: Dr Browand and staff are great. I used to have issues with my knees and a sciatic nerve and I can say that after going there, I have not had issues in over a year. I started going a couple times a week and now I go once every week or two and it works great. Dr Browand is great at listening! If I come in with a new issue, he listens and he addresses it right then.

From the moment you walk in the door for your first visit, you are treated like family. Rachel & Kim are kind, considerate, professional and always ready for a nice, heartfelt chuckle. It’s been quite some time since I’ve walked into a medical office, asked if I wanted a specialty brewed cup of coffee or piece of fresh fruit! However, as this office is maintained in such an efficient manner, it’s not usual for you to be whisked off to the private exam room before even having the chance to sit down at all. If all that weren’t enough to keep you coming back, especially in this era of diminished health care serviceability, Dr. Browand is a true health care professional. He takes the time to answer all questions, makes you feel comfortable and at ease, and apparently has magic hands too! I feel better every day, and look forward to every appointment…again, when’s the last time you felt like that when going to a doctor’s office?!!
