Positive experience: The reception was cordial, relaxed atmosphere in the office. I entered 10 mins before my appt time completed forms, and waited good 30 mins before seeing Dr. Bansal. I might add, this was my 1st visit! However, he was pleasant, personable and professional with experience. He treated me well. Waiting time, was a No go!

Fantastic experience: This was my first appointment with Dr. Bansal & I was made to feel very comfortable right from the beginning of my visit. The nurse who checked my blood pressure & went over all my information was so kind. I am very anxious when having my BP taken and she was so patient and talked to me making me feel so much more relaxed. Dr. Bansal was very kind and thorough explaining the reasons for the testing I needed. Having a doctor and his staff that are compassionate and kind is very important to me.

Positive experience: I didn’t see Dr. Bansal. I met her assistant online for 4 mins and was charged 40 dollars for that. I don’t understand this. It was a follow up appointment but I would never make any appointments with assistants. They are not that experienced and don’t say much during the appointments. Dr. Bansal is good. I wish I had not wasted my 40 dollars on this 4 mins online meeting.
