They give undivided attention in a quiet, peaceful setting. I come out completely relaxed ( not wanting it to end!). Fantastic experience: Thank you Jacob for getting me going on my weight loss. Jacob was very professional and brought me through exercises that work but did not strain my joints or muscles. I worked w Jacob for two months two times per week. As of today I have continued to lose fat and build muscle . My body weight loss was 12 lbs. in that two months….for some reason I broke a barrier and still dropping the nasty extra weight that cuts life short and impedes mobility. Jacob has Push through Fitness and Nutrition and works at Momentum.

Her treatments are spot on, and last a long time. She is a very caring person, so much knowledge and skill in medical massage, has great communication skills and really listens to what my body is telling her to work on. The environment is very safe and clean, could easily fall asleep during my treatment, but we have good conversations throughout my treatment. Thank you Kelly for who you are and what you do!

Fantastic experience: Emily greated me when i can in. She was very friendly znd asked me a few questions about my reason for coming in. I hsd explained i was camp hosting in the area and over did, i was in fair amount pain and was having problems standing or walking for long. Once onthe table i eas made as comfortable as i could be and she got started. It was one of the best massages i have ever had. After three sessions with her over a 2 week period and alot of ice and rest i was back to work (just not pushing as hard) i would not hesitate to go back and probably will next summer when we go back to Idaho for the full season bext year

I could not be happier with the results! The facility and the staff are great. Ariel has been treating me and has produced results that are amazing. I have increased mobility and my pain levels are way down. I could not recommend Ariel or Momentum Medical Massage more highly.

Fantastic experience: All of the massage therapists are extremely skilled. They can use a variety of modalities to really give you the best treatment possible. They are able to pinpoint the areas that need more attention, so you leave feeling refreshed. They also take the time to teach you different stretches or exercises to address any issues.

Fantastic experience: I recently had a hot stone massage with McKellyn. It was just what I needed. I had recently tweaked something in my lower back and having stiffness and pain in bending forward. She worked on several knots I didn’t know I had and reduced the pain in my hip. She made sure that the rocks were not too hot and used lightly scented lotion and oils. She had depth of knowledge and a fantastic personality. The facility was very clean and relaxing. I was so blessed to get an appointment with her!

Gentle but firm and really understood what I needed after the long drives that we’d been doing to get here to visit family. I just booked my husband for his own self care! Fantastic experience: A friend "dragged" me to the 6am spin class here, and wow! What an awesome studio! I did my first spin class here with Kelly- I haven't sweat that much in a while! She had fantastic music to boost your energy. They offer the MYZone heart rate technology so you can see your progress on the TV throughout class if you are interested. And Momentum isn't just a cycle studio- they also offer pilates, yoga and strength classes. The studio is super clean and stocked with the highest quality equipment. Everyone was so welcoming- and the clients consist of all ages and ability levels- male and female. If you're looking for a high quality, intimate workout environment, this is your spot! Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: The instructor Kelly is a great instructor. She listens to her clients and helps them build a work out plan that fits their needs. The gym is really clean and has new updated equipment. You really felt like you are part of the family and the atmosphere is full of energy and has great vibes. I would really recommend this gym if you are looking for a great work out. You will not be disappointed.

Fantastic experience: My daughter started coming to Momentum after a shoulder injury, which the massage therapists treated with cupping/massage.(I think my daughter milked the injury a little longer than necessary bc the massage felt so good!) After this, we discovered our insurance covered massages…who knew! Kelly educated us on our coverage, so we of course decided to monopolize on those benefits. As a result, our whole family looks forward to their massages! We have had massages with each of the therapists and they are all very skilled and educated about their craft. I highly recommend this group to my family, friends, and patients(I am a dental hygienist and often have patients that have TMD issues and through massage there is a maneuver that can be done to get the joint to release.) Don’t wait until you are in pain to call…instead be preventative and take time for self care!

Fantastic experience: I feel 90% better after just one - 30 minute Massage Therapy Gun session. I’ve been doing PT and massage for my 4 week old shoulder injury but still had lots of pain while sleeping, loss of mobility and was limited in what I could in my workouts. After just one session, my pain was nearly gone and I was able to do weight bearing exercises that I couldn’t have even considered before this treatment. Don’t get me wrong… I love my massage and cupping sessions, but I would definitely recommend doing a massage gun treatment if you’ve been struggling with an injury or for recovery.

Fantastic experience: I just wanted to take a moment to rave a little bit on Momentum Medical Massage, and in particular, Hayley my therapist. I have been treating a bad shoulder from an accident from many years ago with massage therapy, and used to go to Spokane to do so because I tried several around Sandpoint and I was not satisfied. After moving to Bonners Ferry I stopped going to Spokane because it is just too far to go on a regular basis. I finally broke down and decided to try someone in Sandpoint again, and I am so glad I did! Hayley is super experienced and professional and truly gives what I would consider a "medical" grade massage specifically treating the area of concern with focus and precision. She is also delightful to talk to and extremely personable. The booking process was also extremely convenient, and the typical registration paperwork that you do at the beginning is all done online and is very easy to complete. I highly recommend Hayley and Momentum Medical Massage, especially if you are like me - having tried the Sandpoint area in the past and felt like you came up short. PS. They also have a gym and some classes (including morning spin classes), although in full disclosure, I have not used any of these facilities. I just thought I would mention the one-stop-shop factor. :)

I have scoliosis and severe pain and limited mobility in my spine...I have had personal trainers that assure me they understand and then proceed to train me like any of their other clients.it always ends the same, with me in more pain than when I started. I have been fortunate enough to try out a class (they actually provide a "try before you buy"), and experience some truly amazing massages. Five star all the way around. So, at the risk of sounding like a paid ad, run... Don't walk . Small classes, an individual approach, customizable exercises in real time, and then a truly stellar massage opportunity that's intuitive and informed. It's a gem. That's all I have to say!

From Los Angeles to Anchorage to Texas, to right here in Sandpoint and dozens more locales, there have only been a very select few of that 100+ that have really stood out. Kelly is among the most shining examples of those few. Her energy is stellar, and her talent and empathy are as readily evident as is her impressive knowledge and even more impressive dedication. Her calling is clearly more than just a business to her; she genuinely focuses on helping you. Fantastic experience: I have had a regular masseuse for most of my adult life. I did hair for almost 30 years and it was a must. 2 and a half years ago my most recent masseuse changed careers and I just hadn't found anyone else. I am a full time seamstress now and I play Bass Guitar so I was in deep need of one. Aiden is the best masseuse that I've had, ever and that is really saying something. He really honed in on my problem areas (areas that I hadn't even realized were a problem). He's also the strongest masseuse I've ever had and this was a lesson to me that even though I can withstand a very deep tissue massage that I will have to have him go lighter next time. He kept asking how the pressure was and it was great and I was breathing and not tense when getting the massage. But I did have some bruising along the sides of both biceps, which in all honesty may have happened with less pressure due to how long it's been since my last massage. I have also noticed that these last few years my skin has changed and gotten more sensitive as I've gotten older. But even with the soreness (which I'm used to when I don't get massages as much as needed) my back, arms, neck and shoulders feel better than they have in a long time. So I'll continue to drink lots of water, take some Advil and have him go a little lighter next time. I'm looking forward to the next appointment that I already have scheduled. The facility was great. I was very impressed with the table, the room, the music and overall ambiance. I am also extremely impressed with Aidan's technique and knowledge! Thank you and Adian for a great experience!

Fantastic experience: An excellent gym! The staff takes an interest in your fitness goals and strives to make them happen - no matter what level you're starting out at. I utilize their massage services as part of my wellness routine and I couldn't recommend it more. The facility is well appointed and very clean.

Fantastic experience: Aidan Emerson has done a fantastic job of personal training for me. He has been training me three times a week for about three and a half months now. The results are as follows: I’m significantly stronger, have better balance & mobility, and have lost a significant amount of body fat while gaining lean muscle. This has been happening in the new, squeaky-clean Momentum facility. Aidan is also very good at medical massage. He is an encourager...I believe he is gifted in this. I highly recommend him for both training and massage.

Fantastic experience: All I can say is WOW! I have had back/neck issues for 8 years now from an auto accident. I have seen several different massage therapists, but have never felt true relief. After 1 session with Kelly I felt relief!! I felt like I had a neck again! I felt like I could move better, and my pain level dropped significantly. Fantastic experience: Working out at Momentum is just like having a personal trainer at your own private gym. Kelly leads small, intimate classes that make you feel as if you’re receiving personal one on one training in every class! Ken and Kelly are very accommodating to allow me to work out when I can not make it to a scheduled class. I actually get excited to go to the gym again!

Fantastic experience: If I could give it more stars, I would! I am in the small group personal training and spin classes. It has turned working out into a FUN experience for me! MyZone gives me MOMENTUM and motivation to stay in the ideal zone during workouts. The facility is organized and clean. Lemon scented cloth towels are available after workouts...a nice added touch! The owners and staff are very friendly and welcoming. Oh...have I mentioned that you can get one heck of a massage there, too!!!
