Fantastic experience: 5 stars all the way!! I’ve been a patient at Back to Health Chiropractic for years now and had fallen behind in regular chiropractic adjustments. After being seen for a comprehensive evaluation in November of 2024 I started a treatment plan to help me with my back and hip pain. I finished my treatment plan in early March and I’m in the maintenance phase now! I definitely feel the difference and will never neglect my chiropractic needs again!! My advice to anyone suffering is, invest in yourself as you only have one body!! Back to Health Chiropractic is the place to go!!

Fantastic experience: I have gone to Back to Health Chiropractic years ago and stopped for a while and I have just recently returned due to issues I was having. Before returning here I have been to see my shoulder surgeon and my back surgeon, I have also gone to to physical therapy, acupuncture and massage therapy as well, all of which were good, some better than others. I will not rank them in favorability but I will say that Back to Health Chiropractic is ranked #1 in my book. I felt the best dealing with Dr. Mark, he was patient and explained everything in specific detail that I could relate with, I would suggest Back to Health Chiropractic to everyone considering Chiropractic care, you will not be sorry! Also, all the staff were great to work with and very personable, in short it’s a great place to go for care.

Fantastic experience: I started my wellness journey a few years ago and Back to Health Chiropractic and Dr. Marc was the springboard that got me started. I started at 327lbs and wouldn't do any exercise. When I got Dr. Marc I was trying to get healthy and didn't really know how to get there. Along with the new patient orientation that advised on how to pick healthier groceries, and guidance on exercise Along with being "aligned/adjusted" regularly, I just completed my third marathon and weigh in at 75lbs. I love fitness and endurance sports and I am certainly grateful for Dr. Marc's guidance and care.

Negative experience: I live 45 minutes away, had one of the last appointments of the day, and they wouldn't take me because I was 6 minutes late. I was given no advance notice of this policy. Never going back. I can't reply to their response so I am editing my review to include: That they have no record of my visit, could be true, but seems like a handy way to deflect the bad review. That my review might be for another business is erroneous.

Fantastic experience: Back to Health Chiropractic is a rare gem and we are so lucky to have them in our community!! They are amazing for the whole family – including kids! I have seen a handful of chiropractors in the area over the course of six years and, while they are lovely people, none come close to the healing and care I received at Back to Health. I am prone to being anxious in any type of doctor's office - especially when meeting a new doctor, but I experienced NONE of that. I was instantly comfortable. Not to mention, my initial appointment was more thorough (and informational) by FAR than any other chiropractic visit (or doctor visit in general) I've ever had... and follow-up appointments never made me feel like I was being rushed out the door - only genuinely heard and cared for. It is obvious that they TRULY care about their patients well-being. When you first walk in you are greeted by the MOST wonderful staff! They will absolutely make your day with their genuine pleasantness, efficiency, and lovely smiles. Dr. Marc has such a positive, energetic, yet calming manner about him and is INCREDIBLY knowledgeable and considerate. They use some techniques that I have never experienced elsewhere, were far less jarring, and FAR more efficient. I have dealt with various back, neck, and shoulder pain/difficulties for years and after a 10-week program with Dr. Marc I am completely pain free and doing things I never thought I'd ever be able to do again - or didn't realize how bad off I truly was. SO worth the time, effort, and money! Plus, when I went in a few weeks ago I had done something to my shoulder on accident - been in pain with minimal mobility for a couple days - and after my back adjustment, he took a moment to examine the shoulder, used a unique method to adjust it, and there was a drastic difference immediately! Within 12 hours I was pain free! He KNOWS his stuff! Based on my initial experience, I told my husband to call and make an appointment as his back is far worse than mine (and his job FAR more physically taxing) and what a difference it has made for him as well! Through posters on the wall and my own experience I realized it would be beneficial for our elementary school aged daughter to be started on her chiropractic journey sooner rather than later (if for no other reason than to hopefully stave off any issues before they get to where my husband and I were). She had her first appointment last week and WOW. The staff handled my little squirrely chatterbox so patiently, made great conversation with her, made sure she understood what was going on, and were just (not surprisingly) wonderful! I was also SO impressed with how Dr. Marc still gave the detailed information about how our back works, what he does, why it’s important, AND what to expect when he made corrections but on a level that was engaging, amusing, and easy for kids to understand. My daughter was a chatterbox of information on the way home, a bucket of giggles while she was there, and was asking if she could come back the next day! :D As an added bonus, thanks to a particular correction Dr. Marc did, her allergy sniffles have completely dissipated! I am floored. Honestly, I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Marc and the staff. They are all AMAZING! Coming in for my appointments honestly feels like coming home. There is just a warmth and comfort and you know you’re going to be rejuvenated (physically, mentally, and emotionally). The world needs more Dr. Marcs, Lauras, Kailas, Autumns, and Julies! :D Guarantee you're coming out of here feeling better and joyful! :) **7/29 Edit: My daughter, husband, & I saw Dr. Bennin, the new chiropractic intern, last week and he is an absolute delight! He seems very skilled, knowledgeable, & driven and his "bed side manner" is fantastic with people of all ages. My daughter was a ball of giggles! He did things slightly different than Dr. Marc does for me but I still felt AMAZING after! In our opinion, he fits in perfectly with the rest of wonderful staff & we're equally grateful for him as well. :)

Fantastic experience: Dr. Marc and I had our offices in the same building for years. I could just walk less than ten steps to get there. I had a pain in my left side for years, which I attributed to the long hours sitting at my desk and sitting on long flights. After a couple of sessions, the pain was gone, forever. Nowadays I have to drive for my adjustment, but that is the only trip to a doctor that I really enjoy!

Positive experience: i don't give perfect reveiws because every one can inprove and no one is perfect. but back to health has serviced me and my needs wonderfully. i was in constant pain, now i'm not. pain meds damage your kidneys and other things long terms, so i don't do those except on rare occasions. but Dr. Marc and his team have done wonders in reducing my pain and dealing with my long suffering back. they traet you with respect and kindness are professional but caringI'm so glad I found them. i would recomend them to any one who has an injury or pain from their spine. they are a 4and 3/4 star

Fantastic experience: When I walked in the office the first time and saw "The Power that made the body heals the body" I knew I was in the right place! Dr Mark's initial assessment intrigued me enough to set 10 weeks of appointments to correct bobble head and thoracic kyphosis. I needed about 4 months to financially plan.Little did I know I would have a bout of breast cancer during that time. Along with lymphatic drainage(another practitioner) Dr Mark's skill, education,and empathy supported more healing in my body than I originally expected!! He is the real deal, an A++ from me.

Very interesting to hear his evaluation; a particular place on my spine was hard ( with no spring) which indicated to him that the problem was the liver.!! How correct he was! Thanks Dr Marc for keeping me "on the path" of better health through spinal adjustments.

Fantastic experience: This is the most wonderful chiropractic office ever! I had a very traumatizing experience once, many years ago at an office in New Hampshire. I didn't even want to see that kind of a doctor again. Period. Years go by and I knew something was not right and I exhausted all the other avenues before I realized I had no choice. I had to seek a "crunchy doctor". I went in, extremely nervous and a little frightened. I met Dr. Marc and the rest of the awesome staff. They put me at ease. They took the time to help me understand how they could help me. We started treatment. I can't even begin to tell you how much they have helped me. I actually look forward to going now! I am very blessed to have found this wonderful group of people!

Positive experience: If you are coming as a new patient take care upon your arrival and first appointment. Know your options before leaving your first visit! ====================• Great experience with Nikki, she’s lovely and so helpful. I leave the facility feeling great. Nikki is kind, knowledgeable and skilled in her practice. The people who work at the front desk when you check in are also very pleasant and greet you with a smile and most of the time say hello and know you by name as you walk in the door. My only complaint is one that comes down to finances and poor communication I received on the options available to me for how to process with insurance or cash. The lack of communication and information presented to me as a new patient at intake resulted in a much higher billing of almost 2.5 more times expensive than it would have been had options been laid out clearly and in a transparent manner when I first came to the practice. When the options were clearly presented to me they refused to process the more logical processing on a retroactive basis. I am beyond disappointed with this portion of my experience at this facility.

Negative experience: I did not care for the chiropractor that took over Dr. Tony practice. She told me I was manipulating the system. Well it's my health insurance and my health and I think she's the one manipulating the system by trying to tell me I need wellness exams when I don't so I went elsewhere and I don't have this problem at the new place I am going. I would not recommend back to health chiropractic to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I've been taking the hot yoga class with Chris at back to health chiropractic and it is amazing! Chris makes it comfortable and free of judgment. I'm a young breast cancer survivor and between the multiple treatments/surgeries and the fact that I have scoliosis I wasn't sure I'd ever get my range of motion back. I have seen so much progress flexibility wise In such a short amount of time and am excited to keep moving forward. I always come out feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. A++

Fantastic experience: I had an instance of Vertigo so I went into the office and Dr. Mark was amazing. He was very patient with me since I was having difficulty moving with the dizzy spells. He manipulated me, put a laser on my pressure points, and did a maneuver to move the fluid from my ears. Their specialty is keeping the spine healthy but in my case they go above and beyond to make their clients feel a little bit better before they leave the office.

Fantastic experience: Cannot say enough about this business or the amazing people who work here. The doctors are both highly effective and INCREDIBLY passionate about what they do. The staff is the most personable group of people I have ever met and are VERY veteran friendly. This group isn't just patient-oriented, they are PEOPLE-oriented. I went in there for the first time a few months ago based upon a family referral soon after I injured my back. I had multiple herniated disks and could barely walk. After only 2 visits, I was back on my feet again. After just 3 weeks, I could feel NO pain anymore.
