My baby has been extremely grumpy and collicky since day one, and for the past week after seeing Dr Bree twice she has been SO much more relaxed. I also feel a lot better after getting adjusted between wearing 30lbs of gear at work, post partum, breastfeeding, and working out. All of the staff are so friendly and the office is very quiet and relaxing. I could not recommend this place enough!

Fantastic experience: I started seeing Dr. Kam when I was 38 weeks pregnant with my third child and it was the best decision! She helped me with lower back and round ligament pain due to my right hip tilting too far back. It made the last few weeks of my pregnancy much more manageable! Since then I have continued to see her myself to stay in alignment but also starting bringing my new born daughter around 2 months old; I should have brought her even earlier! Dr. Kam is so great with babies! She helped my daughter with tightness in her neck and back which was causing her to arch backwards, leading to issues with her latch during breastfeeding. She also recommended I consult with a local pediatric dentist to have my daughter’s tongue and lip ties looked at. We decided to have the procedure that would release her ties which I believe, along with her chiropractic adjustments, improved my daughter’s latch and all of her muscle tension allowing us to continue on our breastfeeding journey. My daughter is now almost nine months old and we have seen all of her issues resolved and I owe it all to Dr. Kam! She has also adjusted my 6 year old son several times to help relieve excess fluid in his ear canals. He has experienced so much relief and doesn’t complain about his ears bothering him any more because the fluid is able to drain properly and not build up pressure in his sinuses. He loves going to his appointments to play with “the doctor toys” which are toy chiropractic tools Dr. Kam has provided for her pediatric patients to play with while other family members are being adjusted! I highly recommend Ply Family Wellness for the whole family! The personalized care they offer will have you leaving each appointment feeling like you are saying goodbye to a friend verses a doctor’s office where you are just a number!

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend! I came to see Ply with chronic back, hip, neck and shoulder pain I've been experiencing over the years. I've seen numerous professionals - chiropractors, acupuncturists, massage therapists...and I've never made as much progress as I have with Wesley in just a couple of months. I came to this office in particular because I am currently pregnant and knew good adjustment was necessary and it has to be the specialized Webster technique. I appreciate that I was sent exercises to do at home after my first appointment and really feel like the work done in our initial consultation is what set us up for success. I've never had a chiropractor take that much time to understand my history and concerns. Wesley really listens to you, you can tell he is passionate about his work and helping people and is a great chiropractor. We've been able to go from weekly appointments to once every 2 weeks and I'm just amazed at how I feel. I used to feel like I needed an adjustment every few days! But as soon as she put the last needle in I could feel the fuzzy traveling around my body. He is also very thorough with the assessment. Fantastic experience: They are amazing! Not only adjusting but listening to your problems and symptoms. They truly care about getting to the root of the problem. Dr. Wesley looked at my blood work and then went even further into an analysis of each test and explained each one and what the test determines the “high-low” range is and what is actually considered to be a “healthy” range. And taught me so much about vitamins and deficiencies. He also is the first dr to listen to my hip issue and address it properly as to WHY it is happening and recommended exercises. This office has helped me so much and I’m only on week 2. EVERYONE SHOULD GO HERE!!!

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Ply Family Wellness for your chiropractic adjustment needs. I have yet to use them for acupuncture or nutrition therapy, though I'm sure they excel in that as well just based on my experience of their whole-hearted approach to patient care. Dr. Wesley has taken good care of me for the past several months, starting out with two visits per week for a month to really get my joints back into proper positioning and providing me with a detailed at-home stretching regimen to help keep them loose; something I never got from other chiropractors I've seen and several of the stretches I will use for the rest of my life. I'm currently still attending once per week every two weeks as my job in the demolition industry keeps my body aching. At first glance I was worried Dr. Wes wouldn't be able to adjust me properly because I'm significantly heavier than he is but he knows what he's doing and seems to get all the right back and neck cracks upon my visits! The price point at Ply Family Wellness is one of the best I've found in the area, and their practice being close to 35 makes it easy for me to get to them in the mornings before work (I've low-key been not wanting to review them here because I don't want to lose my 7am time slot to other customers, but I can't be greedy in my health and wellness!). To sum it all up: If you have an aching body, go and check them out! It's a much cheaper alternative to surgery and the Ply's truly care about your well-being!

Fantastic experience: I called Ply Family Wellness right after I found out my toddler developed a double ear infection from her first big cold virus. Dr. Ply quickly set us up with an appointment with Dr. Kam that same day, and after her adjustment I saw an immediate improvement. A few days later, after just 2 total adjustments from Dr. Kam, my daughter’s ear infections were completely gone. Not only is everyone in the office super friendly, but we left each visit with really great advice and tips. I’m so thankful for Ply Family Wellness!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Kameron is a wonderful chiropractor. I have only been twice but am on the schedule for more. She listens! I walked in with a tension headache and walked out feeling MUCH better. She gave me some good advice on daily living to relive a lot of that tension. I have lost 9 inches off my waist!!! I feel so much better!!! I am receiving compliments not only on my weight loss, but how much better my complexion looks! I have gone down 2 sizes and still shrinking! I sleep better and can focus much better!!! I fractured my elbow right before beginning the food plan. The orthopedic doctor said there was nothing to do. I would lose movement in my arm. Dr. Ply worked on me and gave me exercises to do at home. I am completely healed!!! Dr. P is one of the good ones My wife has had bad headaches for years, but didnt have access to legitimate chiropractors in her country. She started care under Dr. P and hasn't had a headache since! I've also observed several of her adjustments and Dr. P is always very gentle and isn't rushed. He's friendly. He listens. I HIGHLY recommend visiting the office!
